I looked at several items, then I purchased a $7 item, add $2 s&h = $97! Turns out, everything I marked as a favorite or looked I was billed for. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE!
I wished I had seen these reviews before I was taken. So far, most of my money has been refunded, except the s&h charges and 2 items that had already shipped.
To try the company out, I bought a 64 gig flashdrive. Was only $7, but what the heck. After receiving the item, I found that it does not work at all in any of my computers. Now, to get a refund, they want me to mail the item back at my expense. Well, at the low price, I would be throwing good money after bad. All I know is that they will not be getting anymore of my business. Do yourself a favor, try not saving a few dollars on these cheap products. Buy from a reputable company in your own country, and not orde from China.
Only reason I gave it one star was because if I left it blank it wouldn't let me do a review. We have 4 packages that were never delivered from August 2015 and the company says sorry, no refund, no NOTHING but RUDE people, NOW I get an email stating they want a photo of my credit card and my drivers lisence, THEY HAVE LOST THERE MINDS! I've requested NUMEROUS times for them to delete my account but they keep sending me emails stating I need to send them proof of my credit card and ID so it proves it's my account. I WISH I had NEVER done business with WISH!
Ordered a few times with no problem. But the most expensive item I bought $39.00 was not delivered even though they said they did. Checked with my post office using the tracking number they gave it, and its never left the mainland. They owe me money and will not refund it. Americans should beware.

Would give no stars if I could. Terrible company. Received the wrong size and they will not cover the returns postage cost even though this is their fault... Which was £9! Each email reply I had just said refer to refund policy. Nothing about what they do if it's their error! Disgusting. The boots were advertised as reduced from £290 to £28. They are not worth a penny, cheap nasty plastic. Do not use them.
So glad i used prepaid cards for my transactions and not my actual debit card. They restricted my account and i can no longer access any other prepaid cards under the same email address. I have money tied up in these cards that are unexplainably shut down by this bogus "store" how anybody can be truly impressed with this terrible customer service is beyond me. Everything I have ordered has been incredibly small, even your triple X sizes, your material is very flemsy, not much of a thread count to anything. Yes, your items are cheap, inexpensive, but if you can't wear them, whats the point?
I ordered a pair of pants from them, took about 2 weeks to get to me and I'm a larger girl so I ordered a 2 x and the were cheap material and on the smaller side and order a gel thing for my heel, took a month to come in but works fantastic, I ordered more... I also order a bunch more things that I am waiting on, spent 100 dollars bought around 10 things, will let you know how the product is when it arrives, I don't mind it taking so long since it's so cheap
Ordered 64GB USB 3.0 thumb drive, the one I received looks like the picture but it was 2.0 NOT 3.0. It says it formatted to 62.5 GB not a full 64GB. Don't know how the storage is haven't tried transferring files yet, sure won't put anything important on it! Shipping was 14 days.
Using their app was easy. It was waiting longer than the expected delivery date for a necklace that arrived to me in pieces... Not worth the hassle or your money to purchase anything from this site!
I recieved MOST of what i ordered, i ordered these items in late nov. 2015. The things i bought were ok,( you get what you for). I have yet to recieve 2 rings and some gloves. And it seems impossible to reach wish, they want order #; s but everything is in chinese. Lesson learned, do not buy from wish.
They take the money from my bank account and they didn't send me my order they did not answer to my mail I have sent to them many mail they answer to me like I have not pay and they don't want send me my order or my money back what I need to do? I've ordered many things from this site. A dog collar, some shirts, two piece outfits, makeup, jewelry, a pillow pet. Everything has been of excellent quality and I have no complaints! Here's some things you need to know when shopping on wish:
1) Wish is made up of individual sellers, it's not one big company where everything comes from one place. That being said, different sellers will have different quality and different reliability. Don't discredit the whole site based on one seller.
2) it is in your best interest to look at reviews before you order anything. If an item has none, I'd reccomend buying something else that does. Always read what people have to say, and typically stick to things that have at least three stars (I like to stick with four just to be safe).
3) Most of these items (if not all of them) are coming from sellers in China. Keep that in mind if your item is stuck on the same shipment status as it was five days ago, or even if the item comes a few days late or never shows up at all. These packages are most likely making a very long journey to get to you and will occasionally get lost. With that being said, if you contact support enough times about your concerns or if your item never shows up, they will give you a refund. (I have ordered something that never showed up and got a refund, I reordered and that one got to me).
So, with all of that in mind, please shop at wish but at your own risk. Use your head and make informed decisions and you will end up as happy with your purchases as I am. I'd reccomend wish to anyone and everyone! There really is something for everyone
When I order, I also price the same items on Amazon. Pillow covers, exactly as ordered. I will order more of them because I think they are fun. The shipping is long. There is a wait but I'm paying 3 bucks for the exact same item I would pay 9 or 10 for including shipping. Clothing, you must be careful with. The sizing is different. If you wear an XL you need a 2xl. They have a chart. If a model is not wearing the item, then you have to read the reviews and see if you can see the hanger through the material in the blouse. I have gotten a jacket. It's snug but I should have paid attention to the size chart. It's a nice jacket. I've ordered a hat, it arrived as scheduled. Looks just like the picture. Same with a bracelet I got for a buck. I've ordered hair extensions on a lark. They are great. When I placed an order in error, they took care of it within the time they promised - 2 days. I am waiting for stuff now. If anything changes I will update my review. So far, I'm happily surprised.
Any positive reviews must be submitted by Wish/Geek employees because it's not possible to get anything good from this site. Really is one of the worst experiences I've had online shopping. Items don't have descriptions; just photos and the photos look great but are decieving. Shop at your own risk! Also, notice that every item has a review but try reviewing a product yourself. You can't and that's very suspicious. One star because I had to.
I always receive my items and when i dont they refund me back and when the item arrives late i have it for free. I recommend this site its amazing
I love this store. So many cheap and cool items you can buy. I have placed over 5 orders on this site, and they have all come in perfect condition. The only problem I have ever had is when I ordered a sweatshirt, and it came in the wrong size. I contacted customer service, and they replied right away and refunded me so I could buy another one. They even let me keep the sweatshirt, so I gave it to my dad. I highly recommend this store.
I ordered a couple a minor items i. E. A silver bracelet it was beautiful and only one dollar. A dog charm very pretty. But than I ordered an electric warming brush to straighten hair in came with the European style plug. I didn't even call customer service I just tossed it. Like I said just be careful.
Shows products for a ridiculously low price, but when you want to buy it it always changes to "sold out". Clickbait at it's finest. When you order a product anyway, they simply ship it to the wrong address (at least they say they did, they probably didn't send anything to anyone). Horrible horrible company. Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
