I ordered one purse and it smelled so bad of PLASTIC and was toxic I couldn't keep in the house. It was said to be "leather". Also ordered shopkins some type of molded fake plastic crap showed up. I wish i read reviews BEFORE ordering anything from this site.

My wife and I started using the Wish app at almost exactly the same time. Within a few weeks, she gets a call from the bank asking about some suspicious transactions for some gaming website (my wife is the last person in the world that would spend $100+ at some dumb gaming site), so she has to get a new card. Now, a week later, I get a call saying the exact same thing - someones trying to use my card on a gaming site. Wish.com is the only thing we had in common. I'm 99% sure it happened somehow through the Wish app. BEWARE. (ps - my items did arrive, some were decent, it's typical low-cost Chinese stuff, decent pair of sunglasses, cheap jewelry for my daughter, etc - I'm not saying anything about the items or even the slow shipping - but now I'll have to wait at least 2 weeks for a new credit card, which makes me wish I'd never found WISH - hey, maybe THATS why they call it WISH!)

You know that old adage, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I've only received 2 of the 7 or do items I ordered and these items are complete crap. One clothing item I ordered looks like my 8 year old granddaughter made it. Probably made by someone's 8 year old granddaughter. Lesson learned. Please take my advice and don't be fooled that this is a "app" you can download from iTunes. ITunes, you should be ashamed.

I've already bought several items on wish. When ever I don't receive what I expected, is because I didn't read the descriptions or other buyers review. If you are buying something in metal, you should see if is alloy, silver plated, metal or stainless steel. You better buy stainless steel. If the description doesn't say it, do not buy, keep searching. Is not the same a shirt 100% cotton, than a shirt 75% polyester and 25% cotton. If you just see and buy, and you don't read, then don't blame wish.com. If you confront any issue, wish customer service are helpful and faster than any other page. Again, if you don't read, then is not fare to blame wish.

Seems legit so far

My sister ordered a ring from wish and received it on time. She did mention it looked slightly different from the picture, but oddly enough she liked the one she received better than the one in the picture. This is the only time we have used the site, but it seems pretty legit. I am about to order a ring for myself from wish.

BEWARE

I ordered a self balancing board from wish. When i placed the order it said i would have it by 12/23! Which was perfect. This was my sons large Christmas gift. I came across a board and there was a USA flag on it. Said next day delivery because the company is in the USA! Verse otheres that weren't. So i ordered... BAD MISTAKE! I didn't get the board by 23. They changed the date to by Jan. 8 without letting me know. So my son waited for it. Got the board finally and it worked for 2 days! Ridiculous! So i contacted them and went off. They said they were issuing me a refund. We will see. If not like i told wish on their contact fourm I will file a complaint with BBB!

Scam

My boyfriend ordered a self balancing board from wish 3 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be delivered in time but it wasn't shipped at all, it kept saying it was at FED-EX in CA. To make a long story short, we canceled the order and was told we would get our refund within two weeks and we still haven't received anything yet.

I have now purchased several items from the Wish sites of -Geek, Geek buying, and Wish- for electronics there is no return or replaćement.(a quad copter purchased was faulty from the moment it was unpacked but there is a no return policy on this type of product so I did get a $10 refund which was 1/3 of what I paid).
For clothing the fabrics are for the most part really poor quality and the sizing is way small as in a 4X top would fit a 10 year old child. Various other bits of car accessories and the like are just trash. But mostly it's a lack of communicating from them and the 8 to 10 weeks it takes to have things delivered. So unless you are partial to pour quality stuff give these sites a miss.

You Get What You Pay For

Ok so idc about all your crap people cuz it's not true. All these reviews are fake. It is just another way for rival companies to write tons of bad stuff about wish with a fake identity. I have ordered from this app many times and have never received a problem. Don't you think if Wish was known for fraud and scams they would be sued or at least have their app taken off the App Store? This is no scam. It is simply a get what you pay for situation. If you order a $1 silver necklace it is almost guarantee that it is going to be plastic or metal. You are the only ones scamming yourselves because you actually think a silver necklace is going to be $1. I hate these bad reviews because it makes wish sound like a bad app when it is the best way to shop. All of you rival companies are just jealous of Wish's amazing prices and quality. Sorry to say, but this is the best app EVER!

Stolen Information

Just putting it out there, that my credit card information was stolen by the app for this site and they attempted to rack up 2000 dollars worth of debt on my account. Good luck guys.

Thank God, my order didn't go through, cos I wanted to cancel a couple of items I had ordered. The site is blank no contact details, no nothing except for the stuff they sell. I should thank my stars that I could read numerous reviews that this is a ROUGE site.

Absolute mistake to order from this company.
Purchased several things in November for stocking stuffers. Of the 20 items ordered, one showed up before the holiday. It was in a badly torn plastic envelope that had been rubber banded together by the post office.
After the holiday, 12 more items trickled in. Where the last items are is anyone's guess, as there is no tracking information for any of them beyond, "item has been sent."
Most of the items were absolute crap. Two items were nice.
They did refund quickly upon complaint but the communication was bizarre. There were no direct answers to my questions but later, an email would come through saying the item was lost in the mail and a refund would be sent. The refunds seem to all be 10% short.
Using this web site is just an exercise in frustration. Avoid it.

It's like eBay, except the products are cheap & sellers don't speak English. I've bought 10 things so far & only 2 of them had issues. First, they sent iPhone charging cables in stead of micro-USB cables. Second, the $5 Bluetooth adapter didn't power on. SO yeah, I'm kind of disappointed, because they make you pay for return shipping & these 2 items weren't worth the time or money to ship back. But I'll keep buying from this site for now, just because it's fun...

Cheap imitations!

Don't expect your product to be the same as the picture. I've heard about this before and it is true-- the company uses the picture to entice you and then makes a much cheaper and low quality product to send to you. I had to prove it to myself so I ordered a "sweater" and "sweatshirt" and literally got t two tops made it of thin tshirt fabric. Don't buy unless you're ok with cheap looking imitations.

I am a little confused as to why there are so many bad reviews, I wonder if it could be the individual stores that people are buying from on Wish? I placed my first order two weeks ago after receiving an offer for a Necklace where I paid one dollar for shipping. I received that necklace within three weeks and was happy with it. I decided to place my first official order two weeks ago and just received two of my items today. They were exactly as described and of really good quality. I paid 6 for one, and 8 for the other. Now, none of my items were clothing so I cannot give any feedback on clothing items. However, I was able to track my orders all the way from China to my mailbox. Some of my outstanding items are not trackable yet, but have all shipped. I am happy with Wish and stores of the items I received today! Great deal, as especially one is very unique! Maybe some stores from wish (and that is what Wish is, a middleman) do not have tracking, I am not sure yet. But, if you order, read the STORE RATING and the ITEM REVIEWS, and be prepared to wait as items are coming from far away. Obviously some of mine came expedited, and others not, so I may wait few more weeks for the rest. That is ok with me.

People honestly... Most of the items are a few bucks, so obviously it's going to be cheap. It's a good way to find little items here and there. It's fun and easy, takes an accurate amount of time considering coming from China.

I ordered what looked like nice star lights to hang in my daughter's room. Never got a tracking# from the shipper. Did not realize it was coming from China. The lights are useless as they do not have a regular plug to put into a socket. They are some other country's electric plug. Completely useless to me! Will trash them as it is to expensive to send them back to china and they will claim they never got them back. Such a waste!
