I have been ordering from Wish for over two years. I have never had a problem. The communication has been good and I have never had a problem getting a refund and I am often told not to even send the item back. I have gotten some fantastic jewelry for a dollar, scarfs, toys, travel accessories, etc and everything has been very satisfactory and decent quality. Sorry to hear that so many people have had problems.
Cameit's OK but when I got my order in it had paint chipped off other than that it looked the same as the picture look really cute beside the chipped off paint
I've been a shopper on various Chinese websites and apps such as Wish and Aliexpress and I've never had any problems. Also, when I make an order, I keep the following saying in mind: "You get what you pay for." There's a reason these things are cheap. They're poor quality and that needs to be the expectation when you order from these places. Also, I only have a debit card, so when I make a purchase from these websites, I first go buy a pre paid card from Target or CVS and then make my order. You have to be a smart shopper to avoid any chance of extra charges or even hackers. Hope this helps
I have never had any issues getting a return for items that I never recieved. However, they have the tendency to send you the wrong colors/patterns and sometimes "similar" products that aren't similar at all (eg: different brand of lipstick. Still lipstick but not the one I ordered)

I have found it difficult contacting the stores selling the items, they tend to be unhelpful but when contacting the WISH support team directly, they're very good to make things right.
WARNING! EXPECT TO WAIT 1 month on all orders. It's from China. It drives me crazy seeing all the bad reviews just bc of slow shipping.

I have ordered from this app for over a year now, you get what you pay for! If you buy a shirt for $3.00 don't expect to get a $20.00 quality blouse. Many items are good and shipping can take awhile but it is not too bad and never have had problems. Once ordered something on accident, so I asked for a refund and they put the money back on my card with in seconds! Great customer service. Mostly just use this site for product now instead of clothing, items such as makeup, applicators, and some jewelry items are always good quality. Always read previous buyers reviews and see pictures to get a better idea of what you will be buying.
I have been placing regular orders for about a few months now. I've purchased authentic cosmetic brands for half the price. My favorite product is the hair growth oil. I will keep ordering. Shipping is faster than estimated.
I have been making regular purchases from Wish for the past couple of years. I learned the over half of the items never arrive and probably 80% of the product that does arrive is late. Up until recently I was always refunded for my missing/never delivered or late products. All was great until the last 12 or so items that I ordered didn't show. I requested refunds for these items as I always have before and they blocked my account. I emailed wish and was told that they could not unblock me, no reason given btw. I can only assume that it is because they refunded the last 12 or so items to me (never received the item so I should be refunded according to their policy).
My theory is that most of the items never actually ship from the store. I was always ok with that because I got my money back for these items.
I am still waiting on a number of items to arrive, most of which are a few weeks late already and I'm guessing that they will never arrive.
Of course now that my account is "blocked" I will never get my money back. Poor business wish!
I was one of your biggest promoters and advocates, telling everyone that I know to use your site with great reviews. I will never spend a dime at wish again and I hope that many people read this review... be hesitant before buying because they will screw you!
THE SAGA CONTINUES...
I received three of the outstanding orders that I have been waiting for.
The 6 order so that have should have arrived but have Not. AND they still have my account blocked so I can not be refunded or contact anyone to find out Where my stuff is. The tracking doesn't show these in Canada. I still have another 3 orders that are late but say that they should arrive soon.
What a scam!
I have ordered a few products from wish.com and some were good, some were bad. They do offer a wide range of products at very low prices, so obviously you have to take this into consideration. Products take about a month to arrive, as they usually send from China. I ordered some USB drives with 1TB and 2 TB capacity at prices around $20 or less. They were all fake - they appeared to have the given capacity, but had been manipulated and in reality only had 16GB. I reported this to wish.com and within hours received a full refund and was told I did not need to return anything. That is good customer service. I was able to repartition the USB-Sticks to their real capacity and have at least usable 16GB USB sticks for free.
One word of caution, ALWAYS use PayPal with this site, NEVER a credit-card. I have read reports of people using credit-cards and having problems of extra charges. That cannot happen with PayPal. I always used PayPal, myself.
I purchased many items with no problem. Until I bought nail polish. I was sent an empty bottle and my credit card was compromised. This is the second time my card was compromised on there site.
You get what you pay for. All the stuff mainly comes from China so most of the clothes run small but the other stuff I've ordered it great sometimes not exactly what was ordered but of I don't like it I usually give it away cause it was so cheap. I have not ordered anything over 20 bucks yet.
I would advise to stay away from this site. They take your money and even not delivering the ordered item and then when you have a problem take forever to get back to you and when you need a return they ignore you. As well as deactivate your account as after making purchase your order history page do not shows any purchase. So you cant track your order.

I have been ordering things from them for a long time now. I know that some of their stuff is crap and cheaply made. I learned to pick out the good from the bad and pay attention to the reviews of the seller. They also don't know colors very well - I've been sent the wrong color of things all the time. But - you learn. I've been ordering from them for years - and now when I went to place an order - the entire thing was refunded. I've been told now that my account is blocked and that it cannot be reinstated. I have asked over and over again but all I get is, "It looks like your shipping address was previously used in a fraudulent transaction" and "suspicious activity in your transaction history" wtf? I've asked for them to define what this means and I get the same thing over and over again. YES - I get it... I'm blocked. Ok, can we move on rainman... and explain why? I'm frustrated. It's like talking to a robot... with the intelligence of a door knob. I wish they would explain.
I could not get response from wish.com. They took, y money and I could not contact them, they sent no email.
Item is shipped after three weeks.

I almost never used wish because of some of the reviews I read on the internet. But i'm glad I got a re-loadable credit card and went out on a limb.
Yes sometimes you wait for a long time for your item to be shipped 30 days +
On the upside it's cheap incredibly cheap (product and shipping)
There are times items arrive late or not at all
On the upside refunds are provided without hassle, I've had them give me a refund and say if it does come keep the item as our apology.
Yes its not a 24hr 1800 number and easy phone support.
However email support responses arrive fairly quickly.
If your in a huge rush then you may not want to purchase off wish.
Or if you lack patience.
But I can say honestly I have never been scammed or ripped off by wish they ensure when someone I purchase from fails to deliver they honor the refund.
Wish can be great and it can be horrible. At first it was OK because if an item did not arrive or there was a problem with the item, a full refund would be given. The first year, any item that did not arrive was refunded. If there was an issue ie quality, a refund was also given. For some reason, Wish has blocked my account so that I cannot purchase or talk to a vendor about an issue. It has been weeks and if I do get a response they do not answer my questions. They claim there is suspicious activity on my account but they refuse to give any details. They asked for my credit card statement and I gave it to them but they have done nothing since and it has been 2 weeks. It is very aggravating because I got comfortable and spent $600 and now I have many items that have not arrived and Wish is not responding to the me. I'm not sure if the items were never shipped out, lost in transit and Wish is not responding. They keep giving the same comment over and over again like it is a computer and not a person responding.
I bought a watch for a good price. Well it is true when they say you get what you pay for. I believe this watch to have lead and maybe other toxic chemicals in the metal. Any time I wear the watch for more than 2 days I get aches in my wrist, hand, and my low back near my kidneys starts to hurt. I have also found myself to have headaches. I never ever get head aches. I stopped wearing the watch when all these symptoms started to happen simultaneously along with the drying of my throat, swollen white tongue, and throat aches.

Any time someone in my family orders anything from wish it is usually fine, we have only returned like 2-3 things but that's only b/c it didn't fit or something like that. Our packages have always been perfectly fine, other than that. I give WISH 5 STARS!

Wish us a great store that offers many things for cheap- CHEAP. Not saying that all of the sub stores in wish are bad as I've been ordering from here for a year now and have gotten many beautiful items that work and look like they're worth more than I bought them for. Just make sure you read the reviews before you order, and if possible look at the other customer's pictures to see your end product. I haven't gotten a disappointing accessory yet but I ordered one dress and I use it as a shirt now as it barely even looks like how it's upposed to. It was my fault for not looking at the reviews before I bought it. Good luck guys it's a great app but you need to be smart with it.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
