I love going on wish and I have ordered from their twice but BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY. I've only bought small, objects like Phone cases and pens but I would NEVER buy clothes or anything over $10 on those site. Many of the stuff that comes from the site are cheaply made and poor quality. Almost all the clothes on the site are VERY poorly made! Also beware, a lot of the items you order come from China and take VERY LONG to arrive - usually it says a month but it will come usually 2 months or even 3 months to arrive!
The only good thing about the site is that smaller things like nail stamps and earnings are good for the price (usually $2-$4) as well as they give you a 100% refund if the order is wrong, broken or never comes - no questions asked. I bought some nail polish once and when it came it was completely hard when it arrived - it was frozen solid! But when I asked for a refund and sent a picture they gave me a full refund which was very nice since I was so excited for the product and it ended up a bust.
Well to start wish has me at a love hate relationship. Yes its true you get what you pay for but at times on certain clothes o have bought some have been brand name with the usa tags on them at quadrupled the price that I bought it for. But for the hate part is half my orders get lost in shipping. Don't get me wrong I love how I get refunded for them if it's past a certain day limit so that's awesome but make me not want to try again. They have gotten on top of their game in the last few by now asking if you received the item and if not do you want a refund. I also like how they say if you still receive the item keep it as a gift. So still I'll continue to buy from them. I just wished orders would stop getting lost in the mail cause seriously. That's what kills me
I love wish I bought so many things off there there's some things you have to watch as far as sizes in clothing check THIER sizing chart not your country's because it comes from across the pond I have not been disappointed yet and I been buying for almost a year

I ordered 6 items, I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. It actually took 7 to 8 weeks to deliver two of the six items. The others came weeks after. I sent countless email on the status. The items are very deceptive on the website. The actaual items are poorly made with cheap materials. Don't waste your money or time on this crocked website Tb dresses.
I have ordered four items from them and have not received one item. I cant track it, call them or contact them at all. I am very pissed off. They just lost a customer, im sure im not the first or last.
I opened my package of wish and just found a live bug in my package it was gross! Never shopping from here again costumer service is a huge joke.!

I haven't had any issues with the wish app. Everything I ordered has arrived. It is slow and you get items that are cheaply made but they do work. So far I'm impressed..
I signed up for the app so I was granted a "free gift" of my choosing. I chose a small cat ring with little rhinestone eyes that was super cute in the picture. I ordered it April 7th and just received it today, May 10th. I opened the package and laughed out loud. I got a sad excuse for a cat, with stones that look like they're just glued on. The ring was also just my size, which isn't a problem for me specifically, but I have a large ring size. If someone with dainty fingers would have ordered it, it would have just fallen right off upon trying it on. I don't care much because it was "free" (I had to pay a dollar for shipping) but I would hate for someone to pay more money than I did for something they really want and wait forever to receive something of laughable quality.
I've seen a ton of news lately regarding sites with cheap and cute merchandise like this that are based in countries in Asia and sending subpar items to its customers. Sadly it seems that Wish is no different.
Don't believe the expected delivery date. It takes forever. I ordered April 22 with an expected delivery date of May 2 - now it is May 10 and nothing. Hope that I actually get what I ordered.
I wrote a review and said that the item wouldn't work for the UK. This was modified so that there was no mention of the country.
Products are cheaply made and I bet they make money on postage as well - there are no multiple orders. If you want 6 x same item you order 6 x and that means you pay postage 6x.

Have ordered numerous products from Wish app and for the most part I'm pleasantly surprised. Only one item broke the next day but for the price you get what you pay for. Great refund process.
All products are trash. Stay away from the website. I should follow the people review and not purchasing from the site. You will regret it if you do so.
Brought a watch a anklelet and necklace when they came was not happy with the quality of the stuff the watch is not good had a litttle bit in the back the knob to turn and set the time was broken the necklace and anklelet is bad quality it plaster and it left me in tears i brought the necklace for a special occasion but i refuse to wear it now and it cost more to send it back stay away from wish dont buy any thing as you will be let down big time
Just got my solar lights NOT happy at all cheap plastic. Bits missing were you put batteries in lose parts not put together right

So i bought these head phone and ps3 controller. Ps3 controller came and worked just fine. Let me mind you i was charged for both of these items. My head phones never came to my house. When checking the shipping order status, it said my item was delivered. But it said delivered in china and signed for. So how is this delivered when it is in the wrong country. So i have contacted wish numerous amounts of times through customer support and never have i recieved a word from them, a refund or anything. I would sue them if this was a bigger ticket item. Still very wrong and bad experience with this web site. Aka crooks!
I have a video game store & figured to get more customers by using Wish to sell. The first thing I noticed is Wish takes a huge chunk of the revenue. I first began to list a PS4 at $340, and Wish was going to take more than $50 as their cut. The profit margin on consoles is very low, I would have to charge an extra $45 to get in a optimum profit margin range, no customer will spend $40 more on a console when they can just come to our store or competitor and pay the regular price. That's why mostly super cheap items are on Wish because of the huge cut they take. It's cheaper for us merchants to sell small items. KILLER - I sold Black Ops 3 PS4 on May 1st, mailed priority May 2nd (-$4 more for me) minimal profit BUT Wish won't send my money to my bank until May 21st "Send' not "Deposited". It's my first sale on Wish but It seems I have to wait nearly a month to be paid after the customer receives their product so for the next 2-week = My Store -expenses -product -normal profit.
I was very skeptical at first and just ordered 1 item. It came and was perfect. Since then have ordered at least a dozen items including jewelry and women's and children's clothes. Shipping takes on average 2-3 weeks from China. I'm not thin but just order a size larger and everything fits. I must say I only ordered items with 4 or more stars and do read the reviews carefully first.
Was introduced to Wish by a coworker. Promptly placed multiple orders for headphones, which are my favorite item to buy. None have arrived, the first being a week later now (even after the rather long shipping window). So won't be buying from them anymore, but they are responsive and OFFERED to refund my money if items do not arrive. Summary: don't bother, too slow, seems like there's a high chance items won't arrive/will be "misrouted" along the way, even with cheap prices this is ultimately a waste of money.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
