So, I have ordered several things from wish.com. The shipping takes forever! But since it is coming over seas I expected that. Plus it says it in the reviews that they provide on the site. Sizing is also off. Again it is stated on the site that you should order up because the sizes are wrong.
For the price I paid for items and for the amount of time I got for them I feel like I got a decent deal.
I would shop here again, but never for anything I needed quickly!

We have ordered many items from WISH in our household and have NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! I contacted them many times and it was one excuse after another. WISH IS A SCAM DON'T ORDER ANYTHING
Not only is my first time account somehow corrupted. But trying to REPORT SAID CORRUPTION... was almost impossible to do. And even in the reporting. Response system... is CORRUPTED.

I go to see where my package is. To have the acount tell me first... that I have never purchased through them... $#*! I have three emails verifity every $#*!ing step of my order a tracking number and a confirmation number for the transaction. So I go to report something is wrong. 404... cant report. I LOG OFF and file as someone NOT with a account. To have a auto response tell me I have not given them the transaction number. Not only did my email have the numbers in them. I added $#*!ing pictures... their website reporting issues is COMPLETE $#*!.
Ordered an 5500 lumen 3d 1080p projector an once it came hooked it up an didnt work wireless didnt work couldnt access the interactive screens not at all what was described crappy picture no 3D. Then after contacting wish.com they were useless really dont feel like there trying to return the product just getting the run around
I never had problems before but I made an order of $17.81 and suddenly I can't make my phone payment because there is a charge on my card from wish of $110.22 I am very pissed that I was over charged and pissed that I can't get ahold of there stupid people and now it's gonna take them 3 days to even read my email. I need my money back asap and that's not going to happen obviously because there is no actual way to reach this stupid place. This is ridiculous and I will never be ordering from them again after this. I should be able to dispute it with them but now I have to go to my bank. This app should be shut down with crap like this happening. One star for this $#*! hole.
I ordered items a month and half early for a birthday party. Nothing arrived by the party, even though the party was 2 weeks after the 'arrive no later than date' Wish provided when I ordered. One of the packages did end up showing up a few weeks later. The order had 2 items, instead of the 3 I had ordered and 1 of the items had a huge hole in it and an arrow sticker pointing to it. They obviously knew there was a hole when it was shipped. Don't waste your time waiting long shipping times for the terrible quality items Wish sells.
Saw the ad with stunning low prices, then looked at the website with its beautiful product photos, and decided to give it a try. Ordered three pairs of shoes, a casual pair, dress shoes, and some boots. Total cost of about $100 (and disappointment began right there with the extra $10-15 per item that unexpectedly got added). I speculated that they had negotiated bulk deals with selected manufacturers, or that the long delivery waits kept shipping costs down. Wishful thinking. After about a month wait, each item arrived (and meanwhile I was slammed with endless emails from Wish daily trying to sell me more stuff). Shoddy packaging that barely covered the shoes, and the boots got badly scuffed as a result. But the biggest problem is the shoes are all crap. Made of cheap plastic that stinks like those red rubber kickballs you played with in school -- and what looks like cardboard. You can see the glue where the soles attach. Overall they look terribly shoddy, like classic knockoffs. It's apparent they'd fall apart after a handful of wears (though I'd never embarrass myself by actually wearing them). Knew I was taking a chance, and unfortunately proved that you get what you pay for. Deleted the app and won't go back.
I havent had a problem until now. Someone ordered something on my Wish app. Someone being like a Hacker or something and then I couldnt be refunded. NOT HAPPY. ONLY USE A PREPAID CARD OR DONT USE IT AT ALL!
I ordered 8 items to them last Feb. 2017, only 2 items arrived. I had my email confirmation on every items ordered, but when I track my order it says I don't have transaction made from them. Customer support is a robot. Hoax site.
First and last time ordering! Reveived first item in 6 weeks and it was broken (improper packaging) now over 9 weeks second item still not received. The only good thing was customer service took care of my refund right away.
I've ordered several pieces of sterling silver jewelry. I'm in love with the quality for the prices. This stuff comes from China, so be patient. I've ordered about 30 or more pieces of jewelry and I honestly feel like I'm taking advantage. I pay no more than a few dollars for rings and earrings and the quality blows me away. Occasionally, I get things added to my order that I did not buy. But it's so inexpensive, it's not a problem. They always offer s refund. Why bother for a few dollars. I'm sure its something I'm doing on my end, as it is merchandise I looked at. I recommend it..

If you don't get a tracking number, most likely you wont get that item and just waste time, waste the discounts.
If you do get a tracking number, 90% you'll get it.
If those sellers are unable to deliver/ship to a certain area, I suggest they refund the money right away instead of waiting for a month to refund. Unless they use this money for something else.
It's takes a month and two days to get your order ihave heard it on a slow boat from China but it litery is

I so far have not had a problem with the Wish app and neither has my fiance. I recommend that you check reviews on EVERY item you are thinking of purchasing so you don't end up with a bad item. I have only purchased items with awesome reviews because I am aware the entire site is sketchy! I would rather play safe then pissed passed off sorry. Otherwise everything i have ordered was awesome and always showed up.
Every single item I've ordered on wish came a month or so later. I was used to my items coming late! However, this particular time, my items never showed. The money was taken out of my account 6 months ago, & I STILL haven't received my items. They've even been taken off of the ''my orders' list. I contacted customer support (through email of course because they don't have "real people" on the phone) and I've been going back and forth with them for days. They keep saying that I've extended the refund date which is NOT any fault of mine. I'm speaking with different representatives each day & they all continue to tell me "have you any problems with future deliveries, contact us immediately." What about NOW! I'm never buying from wish again. I used to be a VERY proud customer, but this time, they've done it. If you want to KEEP your hard earned money, don't buy from here.
Beware of wish. I ordered on two separate occasions and have not received anything. When it's supposed to arrive on the expected date, it's pushes it back a week sometime two. I'd rather pay a crazy shipping fee from amazon then get ripped off and partly refunded from WISH. When you call no one answers. When you email they always email you back the same thing repeatedly... as if they just copied and pasted it. Scam scam scam please beware and don't shop here. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
