Nice site, slow to ship sometimes, cheap stuff and cheap made, but I would buy more from them. You get what you pay for

I have ordered from here several times for my family. They are great! Packages arrive on time, items are of good quality, and prices are UNBEATABLE. They take the "middleman" out and that makes a big difference.

I have been ordering from Wish for a year or so now. The items are what can be expected for the price, and shipping to Canada seems to take a loooong time with some sellers.

The customer service is really good. They answer promptly and for every piece I haven't received on time or if the product is defected, I have gotten my money back in full.

I've spent thousands with them they said a certain item was deliverd delivered and it wasn't they gave me the run around for weeks and said they can't issue a refund so they are keeping my money on an item I never recieved I will not longer buy from them

Ordered some flip flop sandals in a size 5, when they came through are more like a size 4, no point in sending back so just kept and sold on ebay, wont order again, the sandals themselves were lovely they did take over 3 weeks to get here, but it is china,

Only had a couple issues, and wish refunded my money when I would report not receiving something. Pretty fun to shop on

This site is a complete scam and overall is very untrustworthy. I will never order from this site again, and people please be warned... THIS SITE is a fraud and they do not actually ship your product, but still bill your visa. Stick to amazon or something else.

Always make sure you fully read the description of the product you are buying! If you don't you'll end up without something completely different than what you thought you were buying.

I was stupid enough to buy a few things at this stage nothing has arrived but did notice delivery date on 1 thing was 3 months so I emailed to ask why and no reply I just guess the money and goods are GOOOOONE

This is a ridiculously terrible app, don't bother with it. Everything I ordered has been refunded except one item that was supposed to arrive 3 months ago and I still haven't been able to get a refund on. Don't use Wish

Mostly everything you buy off wish is very cheaply made. They make it seem like you're gettinf a good deal but you're not really.

I ordered hand bags at Wish, 1 bag recieved and, the price was too expensive but the bag is made of a cheap material, very disappointed. Nothing encourages me to buy more items to Wish.

I ordered an item before Christmas. After waiting 6 weeks, they informed me that I would never receive it. After contacting them twice about a refund, they explained about the huge amount of refunds they were having to processand I would be contacted. It is now July and I am still waiting!

I deleted the app when I realized the stuff is mostly crap and the shipping time is ludicrous. I am drowning in emails from them now. Their "unsubscribe "page is bogus also. You can't do it. I just want them to go away.

Wish was the worst online shopping there is. They said it would take a week for a fidget spinner to get to Australia and it took a month.

Ordered shoes June 6-thought I would receive last week of June-turns out the order didn't go thru---I'm done with them! Donna C

Poorly made and terrible quality. Nothing ordered fits, no matter how large I ordered item, even the nail polish was cheap.

I have ordered many items from Wish.com and have been satisfied with most of them. However clothing runs small so read sizing charts carefully and I don't like how sometimes certain selections are higher priced than listed when you choose your favorite color or size. However. I do recommend Wish.com to all my friends and family because I like their prices and it ships directly to your home.
