I have been with wish.com now since early 2016, I have never had a problem with any of their customer service! They have gotten back to me instantly when I don't get my parcels on time and always are easy to get a refund from! However I have usually had to wait a few months for anything to appear at my place So if you want something right away don't bet on wish! However some things have come before the due date most recently an elvis pillowcase that my mother loved!
You know as I'm getting ready to write this review I was about to say I don't even know what I bought anymore because it's been so long, but I remember I bought a charcoal face mask and I never received it they robbed me even threatened to report them but since it was only $2 and something I said forget it but I'll never buy from them again if I could write them a zero I would.
They just scammed me. I feel as if I've been robbed! R6857 taken from my account and passed refunds with the amount of only R4000 and still owing me R2800. Reason for refund was verification of payment information which was sent at least 3 times and was never verified. It appears to be a lie because money was taken out immediately without verification. I want my money back.
I love how easy it is to use this site and all the great deals they have! The only issue I have found is that some of the products aren't exactly as advertised but Wish was very helpful in giving me a full refund for my troubles! I would suggest only purchasing from the ones with the Wish approved star.
Wish is a scam! You can get almost anything free on it. Once you've received your product you can open a return request and attach any picture of the product and they will grant you a full refund. What a good way to get free gifts from Wish. This is a lesson well learned as a garment seller on Wish. They would just refund the customer if they say "does not fit" even if it's not our problem. The money would just go out like that. They even tell the customer to keep the product and there's no need to return. As a result we lost the product, the shipping cost and the money! So go ahead and get your free gifts from wish. It's like Christmas everyday.
I was wrong about wish. I ordered something else, and it didnt come, and I would have to redund. Ugh sometimes its just working just fine, sometimes not so great.
So when I got a laser pointer for $1 and after a month it actually came in a card with bubble wrap surrounding the item. The laser pointer I'll say wasn't metal (except for the insides like metal prongs for the battery "which didn't come with") it was mostly plastic but looked good. Something has to be wrong with this app because if something is too good to be true, then it's probably faulty as the saying goes. But so far this one thing went great. I wouldn't buy nothing over 20 (in case it never shows) and I would also only use paypal as I did. If you can get a pre-paid card of the exact amount so no one can steal more money from you with hidden charges.
Payed for a watch didnt receive then was told is over the 30 day since expected delivery so no refund. Hmm this policy sux

I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that only about 30% - 40% only go to charity and the rest go for admin expenses. That's a bit crazy and unfair if you ask me
Clothing is all China market and sized very small. Order at least two sizes up. Mostly the items were good quality. Only got one thing that didn't work.
So far all of the items I've ordered have been of the highest quality.
My only complaint is the time it takes for them to arrive.
I am a repeat customer of Wish - I got reeled in on the" first item free, just pay shipping" but what has kept me coming back is how quickly customer service takes care of issues. Normally my items come on time or early. If they don't make it by the delivery date, I inform customer service and I am credited back immediately and told if the item does arrive to keep it as a gift for the trouble I have gone through. I haven't found any other site that is US based that will do that for the customer. The website clearly states there will be a wait for the items, there is no "rush" shipping. But I have done price comparisons, if I want to pay more and not wait, I will order from somewhere else, but most of the time I don't need what I have ordered that quickly. I recommend them and will continue to purchase from Wish.
Bought a few dresses and the material was cheap and see through. Have not ordered from them again. Medium is usually my size but the dress I got was way to big and not near a size medium.
I always pay by PayPal. Always paid on time, always received what i ordered, then suddenly they would not accept my orders. They want a copy of recent paypal statement to show i order from them. Why? I have asked many times and they dont answer. I personally would not advise anyone to pay by bank card, only use paypal, it is the safest way to use this type of site. There is something wrong here, not sure, but do not feel safe sending them any details of my banking.
I'm sorry. I find it extremely difficult to take people seriously when they are unable to use basic punctuation in a review. It sounds uneducated. A similarity I have noticed in most (not all!) one star reviews is that the writer doesn't either know how to, or have time to, write a review that actually makes them seem intelligible. Not only does it make you look like a dumbass, you also come across as not being credible. If you want others to start taking you seriously, slow down and actually take time to form an intelligent response. Also, Summer P., no one can "waist" your time honey. Crack open a book!
I place an order for 2 phone ear plugs and never received them.
I contact the coustmer service several time and they claim and insisted that I received them...
Also They suggested that if I did not receive the items I should contact the post office and not them.

Made my first order on May 4th was promised delivery on 1st july when it didnt come i was promised 8th july which has come and gone... still waiting... have stuff on cart but cant pay before i recieve first package
I get all I order and refunded if something doesn't come as promised. Some things come early, some not so early but they take care of my issues immediately.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
