Wish.com got me over the smartphone. They advertised very inexpensive prices so I started putting things in the cart. I wanted to review my order and delete somethings before sending it in, but instead my order was automatically placed and I was unable to cancel it. Not to diss China, but a lot of their products wee shipped directly from China and it was hard to keep track of what was going on. There was no one to contact if an item wasn't good. Every time a package came from them I was disturbed by it because I hadn't intended to order! I would advise everyone to stay away from wish.com.

I'm new to wish having bought my first order but I can say that Wish is definitely a keeper. The Items are very reasonably priced and the delivery of the products are quick. I enjoyed my first visit, bought several items and will repeat the process many times more in the future.

Had this been a euro company they would have been shout Down. Cheating with the "free shipping", different priceses from when you look to when you buy, no contact when you finally find a way through theire web and shipping time is loooong

I ordered some bits of jewllery that said 925 sterling silver. The necklace came all rusty and the rings are plastic! I also ordered an earing that came and has no clasp on the hoop so its impossible to wear. I ordered x2 cushion covers and only ever recoeved 1 with a bist zip
Dont waste ur time or money the stuff is cheap because it is tatt only worthy foe the bin.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

A friend had told me about this Wish app and I have seen it on Pinterest as well. I ordered a t-shirt, trousers & jeans... All came in earlier than expected delivery date which was great. The t-shirt was a low quality, but the jeans and trousers turned out perfect! Glad I went with my gut instead of listening to the reviews below me. Definitely made a good purchase and good experience.

You will never get a refund if you do not receive your product, customer service is never going to help you. I have been trying to get $40.00 back. I have learned my lesson... buy from USA. They give you crap

I ordered 2 items and they came according the estimated time of delivery, my hair extensions are great, the free sterling silver ring is real, is has s925 imbedded in it. The quality of the hair is exactly what I would expect inexpensive clip ins to be. I feel horrible that others have had a bad experience, but I see it is has a risk, just a little risk for inexpensive items. One should probable stick with Wish approved sellers. I'll def give it a chance again and hopefully I won't run into the same issues others have had.

I ordered several pieces at once, and 90% we're horrible fabrics, mis-aligned buttons, and all of it was 2 sizes too small. The only ones I would consider going forward are name brand items and things you would use for cosplay / dress up, as nothing was work appropriate.

Purchased a product and it did not arrive. Messaged customer service to get a refund, and was refused on the basis that I did not message within 30 days of the 'estimated arrival date.' When I pointed out that they had messaged me after the supposed 'estimated arrival date' to say that the product would arrive late, which is why I did not ask for a refund sooner, they did not care and still refused a refund. Pretty sure this was a scam, since the product I purchased is no longer advertised on the site. I have since deleted my account with Wish, and will never use this website again.

I ordered 7 items at once from wish and got first item within 2 weeks which seemed pretty good till I opened the package. The first item I get is broken and does not work at all, I received an other two items couple weeks later, had to get them sized but that's fine. I am still waiting for 4 other items to come and no luck... over a month gone by and starting to think I got ripped off. Another thing you can not call to speak to anyone, recording just sends you to they're crappy contact support in the app that is not helpful at all. I gave them a 1 on review because doesn't let you pick any lower. Stay away this app friends. Terrible.

I've been ordering from wish for a long time. Personally, my only complaint is length of delivery time. I've often waited for like 10 weeks for an item. And if you aren't aware, there are hundreds of sellers, so keep that in mind as you receive each item separately. Also many people complain about sizes of things. Everything. So read the sizes/amounts of things which are always in metric. Get out your metric conversion done so you're not surprised. Pics of items are not accurate. So... if you order don't forget these tips. Also remember that clothing sizes will always be super small. I weigh about 115 and I'm 5'2. I would need an xxxl t-shirt. Just saying.

My most recent message to 'Customer Support'...

'On June 26th, 2017, my 7 year old son got onto my iPad and made a $850.00 purchase on my Wish.com app. I IMMEDIATELY began cancelling the orders. And I even sent an e-mail to this very same address. Even though it was within the stated '8 hours of purchase', there were several big ticket items that claimed were already 'being shipped'. There was a total of THREE items.

I have received TWO of the three items. And I have had them for about 3 weeks now. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. They claimed they sent me a 'return address label' via e-mail. I only received ONE e-mail. Therefore, I have only been able to return ONE item.

1. The ONE item I DID return to sender, the sender has yet to contact me or refund my money. I KNOW THEY GOT THEIR PRODUCT BACK. UN-OPENED. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS.

The SECOND item, despite my MANY, MANY, MANY messages asking them to please re-send me the e-mail with a 'return shipping label'. THIS ALSO HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS. SO HERE I AM WITH A CELL PHONE I DO NOT NEED, NOR DO I WANT. UN-OPENED. AND I CANNOT GET A SINGLE PERSON TO RESPOND TO ME. THE ALLOTTED 30 DAYS ARE ABOUT UP. AND THIS IS TOTAL BULL $#*!.

The last item remaining is a $300.00+ cell phone. I have not received this item yet. Which is pretty damn ironic considering I was told they could not refund my money since it had already 'been shipped'.

There is over $500.00 dollars out of my account right now THAT YOU GUYS OWE ME. I HAVE TAKEN EVER PROPER STEP STATED TO TAKE. YOU CAN LOOK THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AND SEE THE MANY, MANY MESSAGES I HAVE SENT ATTEMPTING TO GET THIS MESS TAKEN CARE OF. AND I AM TIRED OF BEING PATIENT. I AM HOPING I WILL GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS E-MAIL.'

I live in NC leggings shipped to CA per UPS they were returned to wish but I never got them called was told they would be reshipped to correct address that was in April? Still no leggings and no refund will never order again

Well I don't like wish because they will send you used clothes. I don't mean like the ones you can get at tj max but these look like some one wore them until they faded out or bleached them. I have had things come to my house broken and they do not want to return them.

Expensive shipping

Be very careful on things to buy on the website could range from something really good to really really bad quality. My biggest issue isn't with the quality of merchandise that I have ordered and received because I guess I have been lucky. The shipping is the issue. Every single item of merchandise ordered has its own shipping rate and after all the things add up; the shipping rate cost more than all the merchandise combined together. That's absurd!

Piss of rubbish

Im having themost ridiculous service from them if they not sending me Automated mail tjry are just sending me irrelevant information regarding cancelled orders, they areconstantlytrying to deduct money out of my account which causes me extra charges all the time for declined fees and for cancelled orders. In short this app is a hige gamble for buyers especially coming to things like this which you cant even go over their offices and lay and complain you dont even know if whether this people exist or not. Terriblewebsite they sgoulf be blocked they'r giving online store a bad name in ggeneral I'll never buy anything from them. Worse their shipping takes forever on top of that you spend years trying to resolve one issue. Disrespectful team disregard for people this app should be shut

Scammers bought products, after received they wanted refund. Wish.com admins immediately gave their money and said that "you don't need to ship the item back to seller". And closed their refunds. Admins didn't ask anything to us. Buyers only put some images of products only but wrote completely unreal descriptions under the pics. For example they uploaded our copper pot images but wrote this is not copper. Or they told the size is different it is too big, but our products contains many sizes from bottom, top, holder, inside etc.on product photos. Or they just said not quality etc. Wish.com admins immediately gave tehir money. They didn't ask anything or any proof. After refunds completed we created disputes and we offered our proofs, images, videos etc. Customers didn't send any proofs. But they have taken our products and also our money. I mean wish.com gave our products and also plus paid their money back to the buyers. We lost our products also our money. We are selling goods more then 15 years on internet. Other marketplaces didn't do anything like this. Wish.com is not protecting their sellers. We will close our account today. Our security department detected scam on wish.com and wish.com supoorts them under their customer satisfaction. But these people are not real customers. They are scammers. We have all proof and will report this issue to FTC. Sellers
