I have ordered multiple items from them and the only thing I was happy with was the pet clothes. I got and xl sweatshirt that wouldnt have fit a small child and all there clothes are very cheaply made. I dont think I will try my luck with them again

The products are cheap as you can imagine, dollar store status, always always smaller than expected in anything. And returns are impossible you have to pay more to ship it back than the cost of the item. Their customer service sucks but if you don't plan to return then it's worth the cheap products that take a month to arrive from China post.
I knew I was taking a $15 gamble, so when my item arrived and didn't fit I was not surprised. I did take other's advice and ordered two sizes larger than my normal size. Still way too tight, and the sleeves were no joke six inches longer than my arm. I give them props though, because my item arrived way ahead of schedule.
I have placed a LOT of orders with WISH - they are very honest and if you ever have a problem, they refund your $ very quickly. They do take some time shipping and delivering on occasion, but the values make the wait worth it.
Although the quality might be cheap in many instances, FYI, a lot of their merchandise fits the bill for temporary solutions.
My friend just received her order of Westeria Flowers and quality was not good. Especially the flowers looked very tacky. Not happy.
The store is packed full of goodies! Things for your home, your car, your boat and all at an affordable... or better... price. Sometimes shipping is fast and quick. But be careful. Some items come in slow and some don't work. I found most items come from overseas and why it takes longer to receive your purchase.
I ordered from there 3 pairs of shoes said leather and they were plastic. Took like 6 weeks to get them and I still haven't received the other item I ordered with them. Any way I did contact them and they did refund my money and actually told me to donate the shoes which I did, so I respect the company for that much. Everything is from China and what you pay for the most is shipping and why it takes so long going thru customs etc. I learned my lesson, Stupid to think it's a deal, it's not.

Items did not arrive, was refunded but haven't shown on cc yet. No one to talk to. They kept changing the expected arrival date. Yes the prices are cheap but so is the merchandise. Out of 10 items ordered only 2 ever arrived and they were definitely not " as shown". Spend your you money at home. These guys are crooks.
I kept some items in cart, and what exactly they did, they r thieves and charged my card bcoz they had my Cvv in earlier purchases and looted my $150, u rascals, better go and sell tomatoes and potatoes
The prices on this site for all items are hard to beat! I have bought many items from this site and do most of my xmas shopping via Wish! Lots of choice over a wide range of items from clothing to hosuehold items to electronics. Delivery can take a few weeks in some cases, but customer service is great if you ever have any queries!
This is how they get you. They offer low prices, but high shipping. You get product, in my case everything I ordered large came as children's medium, way too small and wrong color and one was wrong item. They tell you to pay for shipping to send it back for a refund. They profit from overcharging on shipping and making you pay for returning wrong items. I have yet to receive a refund. Someone needs to $#*! them down.
All i can say is i love this website. Fast shipping, great products... the shipping is usually twice the amount of the order but it depends on what you buy
Okay well Wish had rebilled me after giving me a refund of 40 bucks. Then they went back a month later and re billed my CC for 40 bucks. This was all done with out telling me or letting me know I found out when I couldn't use my CC and went to find out why I was over limit.
So I fought the charge I had to take screen shots of all the messages between me and the Wish staff which plainly said we will not re charge you even if you receive the items later consider it a gift to you for us not getting you your items in the time frame we said we would you can always count on Wish.
So I sent in my screenshots and gave the my side of the story it took about 2 months to finally got cleared up but got my letter from my CC company the other day and they found in my favor and have refunded my money once again to me.
So wish you can stick that where the sun don't shine and as I told you after you did this dirty trick you were losing several customers and you have me my wife and also my son and his wife and a couple more are all closing there accounts with you because you can't be trusted. My advice people is stick with EBay I have been with them many many years over 20 years and have never had a problem!
Nope no questions just here to post how Wish ripped me off by re billing me way after a case was closed and I tried to complain to wish but got nothing but bullshit comments back from wish and was re billed $39.01. Let me make this clear I was refunded my money it was sent back to my credit card company case was closed and months after they re billed my credit card and I just checked my statements and they did take their money. Even though some items have never came ring was to small for even little finger ask yourself why would I buy something that would b to small. As of now nothing I can do except forward all my screen shots off Wish and write a statement of what happened and show case was closed and Wish is just a bunch of thieves.
So this is my first site I am going to to warn people NOT to use credit cards and NOT to buy from wish it's just as I thought from the beginning a rip off site.
Wish says they aren't doing it my CC says it's Wish that is going ahead with this charge after a couple to few months after closing my case. Plus because my case was closed I received a ring that was wrong size didn't even fit little finger but because case was closed couldn't complain about it. Wish had stated even if your items come in because seller didn't send on time I get something from that order 3 or 4 months later and guess what I am billed for it.
Wish says even if you get items after refund keep it as our thanks for shopping wish and because seller did not get item to me in time frame allotted.

Over a sum of close to $40 bucks Wish lost me as a customer and I buy a lot of things on line Go to Ebay the most trusted site to buy from and staff you can trust. I have warned my family members of what happened and asked they no longer shop at wish.
I still never even got all the items I ordered but ended up paying for nothing. Also be cautious of what you are buying some items were fine but other items pure china crap that is unusable. Yes they say send it back for refund just check to see how much a small package will cost you to send it to china you will be paying 3 to 4 times more just to ship than what item is worth.
But I guess the thing that really angers me is stuff never cam some did way after the time frame and I was refunded the amount to my credit card and out of the blue I was getting re billed and didn't even know it had it not been for my CC company mailing me the documents telling me I was getting re billed, sneaky sneaky site. I am fighting this and my CC company is helping me but I have already been charged the money. DON"T TRUST WISH SITE!
As soon as my last of items has come in I am closing my Wish account along with my wife and son for sure and hopefully other family members and friends

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
