They will Block you from buying for the stupidest reason like changing what CC you use. When they Block at WISH but also GEEK.

I've now bought 3 items from Wish. 2 were completely not as described. They issued full refunds without having to return the items, which I threw away. Completely unusable, and 1000% different from the images shown on their app of the items. The 3rd item i bought from them has yet to arrive 2 months later. Yes the prices are cheap, but this stuff is such bad quality, it usually doesn't survive the shipping process.

They make the product (in the picture) look amazing, but when you receive it, it is poor quality, has stains, or is completely something different from what you have ordered.

*I bought a cute baby book for a boy--> they sent me a baby book that was for a girl and that is not understandable.
*I bought baby clothes and hats--> the fabric is pretty much as cheap as it gets (scratchy and see through), and the hates aren't the right size. Also all of the things I have ordered were the wrong size. (bought newborn and received toddler).
*I bought a diaper bag--> it was dirty and had big stains on it
* I bought a nursing pillow--> turned out to have stains on it and be two times smaller than listed.
* I bought a couple glass bottles--> ended up with the plastic holder for a sippy cup.
Please do not waste your money or time on this site.

People so earth never shop online under the app call Wish. They have the worst customer service and honestly never deliver products on its actual dis date delivery. I placed an order for a Fitbit watch, it's been almost 3 months and I still haven't gotten my month, stupid so me I got another product and it's been a month since I haven't gotten it either. Now they are telling me that they lost my $#*!en products and that I should get another one just like it, so they just want my money and never del my things on time.

You cannot ask a question as to an order you had placed as all you get is a boiler plate response. They show you a number to contact for 'Customer Service' supposedly located in San Francisco, but when you call the number to speak to a 'real' person, it is a answering machine referring you back to the website.

Monies billed to my credit card do not match what was ordered or received. They have shipped items that have not been ordered. They did state that they credited my account for $14.00, but when I went to my credit card account, they did credit the $14.00, but re-charged it again!
I have asked for an accounting of the items actually received and shipping costs, all to no avail. If you go to your account, you can only request information for one item at a time. This is very time consuming. Plus you never get an appropriate answer. I do not think they understand what is being asked...

I would not suggest you use this site. It is nothing but frustration in getting your Account reconciled. But playing these games they are hoping you will forget it all to their benefit.
I do not recommend this company. If you are extremely patient and can deal with lack of delivery within a specified time, wrong items being delivered, than go for it.

Bought leggings with lace inserts on sides. When it says ONE SIZE they mean it might fit someone 5'7" weighing about 100 lbs. Maybe.

They hardly ever send things when there supposed to. They can take ur money but not return it. And I love how it says have you received an item u put no and it says sorry pasted the 30 days so no refund when the tracking clearly says it's still in China. Might as well just burn ur money
I ordered off wish I usually am happy with everything and receive all my orders this time they denied my payment but took my money and I did not get my stuff my card also said transactions were to wish I'd like my money back and for that to not happen again I'm about to delete the wish app if this happens again I know a few others it's happened to also
I ordered a Mac and received it and it didn't work. I had to return it. I had to pay for the shipping. I'm never ordering anything more that $2 from this place. Don't even try calling customer service they will just give you option and you never get anyone. So don't buy anything expensive. You'll loose out on your money and not worth the hassle.
All the clothes I ordered were too small even though I ordered a size bigger. Really loved the items, just too small! Now to see if I get my refund!
I do not suggest buying any toys from them or picture frames. Many seem to be false advertised. Which is upsetting in its self. Also the clothes you have to be careful. Children's clothing sizes seem to be right on. However the Adult clothes are a bit smaller than here in the states, it seems. However I have not had any issues with any jewelry or other decor I have bought. Had one item that was a week late. They refunded my purchase and allowed to keep the item. All other items were in before their dates stated. As long as you do not mind the wait. The site isnt to bad. Just have to read descriptions well and view all photos closely. Not all are as first photos show.
Ordered an item and paid with PayPal. I had notification from PayPal before I received anything from wish.com that it had gone through. Fine. That was last evening. This afternoon I received an email from wish.com saying it was sorry my payment was denied and wants me to give them a credit card. PayPal says it was cancelled on wish.com's end, so there is no way I'm giving them a credit card number after reading reviews where items people looked at were mysteriously being charged from the app. I had looked at some clothes after I had placed the first order, and when they went into the cart, the price had changed to about double what it had said it was. So give them your credit card at your own risk here.

I am a plus size girl. I ordered 5X which larger than my usual 2-3X. Everything thing I ordered was very tight and some of it came 4 months after ordering despite my persistent emails. I have ordered from Zulily many times and never had a problem.

Someone suggested wish that's the only reason I went on the site. Oh I loved what I saw. Enough to order $317.00 worth. They canceled my whole order and refunded me $144.00. The way they add and subtract in China is different in the USA! I might be out the extra but I was just ready to order another $150.00 I guess it could have been worse! I ordered a garlic chopper and broke within three garlic cloves. It also didn't come with instructions for the interchangeable blades. It's easy to order a refund (5 star), but you're responsible for shipping and in my case the shipping would cost nearly as much as the item. (subtract 3 stars and another for my time involved. Then subtract more stars for the quality. Negative stars for sure. Won't be shopping this site again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
