I don't have any income and I just been diagnosed with cancer I'm trying to find part time work to pay bills and thought nice hair would help so I ordered 2 lace front wigs and I got Halloween wiggs they are horrible just grow its puke yello green and a bright blue one I'm not happy tried to ask for a refund and they blocked me do not bye anything from this shot hole

This sales app is such a bad thing in every aspect. They will list one price, then charge you another at checkout. I had them charge me DOUBLE the listed price, then when I asked, they claimed it was the color I picked out. Then another customer rep said it was due to my ordering an XL! They made excuses, blamed me for the bait and switch, illegal, as we all know from economics in high school! Then the jacket I was charged double for didn't even zip right. Ad said "lined jacket" and it came with these little inserts! Awful people in customer service, I will never do business with them again, and I've heard that from many people. Awful!

Wish logged me out

I ordered something from wish last week and wish suddenly logged me out from my account last night I don't remember my password and when I clicked the forgot password and make a new password it logs me into another account I wanna know if my order is cancelled or not

I'm all into trying the sketchy cheap shopping sites. I've actually had a really good experience with them. A lot of my orders got messed up (they let me order without an address, still in my city, because they thought they got all my info when I signed in with Facebook?) that's the only downside. So far I've gotten one pair of shoes which were a little small so I wanted a different size, the manufacturer couldn't do that so wish gave me a full refund and let me keep the shoes! They fit my sister perfectly. This is cheap stuff but I was impressed with it. Costumer support is super helpful and replies fast through the app and I've gotten a bunch of full refunds from my big address mishap.
It's was a headache to start out with but I actually really love it

Literally comes on a slow boat from China. Extremely late only bonus was since it was SOOOOOOOO late I got a complete refund. The items I ordered were also complete garbage might I add. A little sailor outfit I ordered for my child to have photos taken in came stained and frayed

Poor quality

I bought a cute pair of sandals from this site... the second time I wore them, they broke. I repaired them, and the next time I wore them they broke in another place.
I also bought a tank top, size large, that was VERY small.
On the plus size, I bought a pair of shoes that I love - bought 2 more pair in different colors.

I love wish

My sisters use wish, I use wish. Bought many things on there & plan to buy more. You just have to be smart about it. Find buyers with good descriptions & good reviews.
Sure the shipping takes time but that's the only real downside. Just remember most of the items on wish are evening shipped from China or around there. So of course it is gunna take time. Don't order if you need something super quick. Although they are expanding their choices for quick delivery.
Their customers service is good as well! They have a reward program as you buy. & offer amazing deals on things.

It has been over 2 months I purchase from them and I still have it receive my items and there's no one available to relate this issue to. They still have not refunded me my money. They are all scammers that takes your money and never send your items. Do not buy from this company, they are fake

Ordered from Wish and thought that since I had heard about questionable charges coming shortly after ordering from here that I would skip around the problem and not use my card on their site but rather pay through PayPal. Well that didn't stop the problem. Ordered and about 4 days later I got a text from my credit card company suspecting fraud from a 30 cents attempted charge. Since I get instant alerts, I confirmed it was fraud, card was cancelled and a new one was sent out. Today is approximately 10 days since ordering and I once again was hit with fraud charges but this time on my other card which happens to be linked to my PayPal account as well. I have a strange feeling that when you order from the app there is a back door where they can cruise around when you jump over to PayPal. They attempted 3 times within 2 minutes to charge $39.99 to my second card today. My credit card instantly declined them and now I need a second card sent to me within a weeks worth of time. If you are going to order from Wish I highly suggest figuring out the price and then purchasing a prepaid visa/MasterCard for that amount and then use that to buy from them. Really tricky company and a royal pain in the butt to have to deal with this all now. Buyer beware!

NO GOODS & NO REFUNDS 89 DAYS SINCE IVE PAID & 84 DAYS LATER? It's been 84 days since shipment date & Wish is misleading customers. I've been warned against your Company in Social media. Wish misleads on your website " clients dont have to worry at all shopping at Wish". Truly a perfect cornartist company. Wishas got my money for 84 days. Me NOTHING! WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT this has turned out to be. Went unto complaintsboard.com and was shocked to see more than 300+ complaint against payment & No delivery. More than 200+ complaints of people not getting REFUNDS etc etc.
Please people STAY AWAY from WISH.com don't become another victim of this scam.

I have been dealing with wish.com now for the last two years. I am an impartial outsider on-line shopper who lives in Canada. I am a totally satisfied customer, having placed orders with them for 120 items. They have ALWAYS honored their commitment to customer satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the product, they WILL refund your money; and from my experience, within 10 days of telling them. I am usually happy with their products but I have had to return products about 3 times in the 2 years. They are prompt and courteous and I have never even been asked to ship the products back. It is an honor system on both sides. The quality of their products are not always top notch but then you get what you pay for. Their products are good enough for my needs and a fraction of what you pay in another store. You can't have champagne on a beer budget. My recommendation is to deal with Wish; they are good honest people who offer the shopper Excellent Value for their money!

Products pictured on the app and the way they are described are NOT AT ALL how you will receive them! By the time you receive your item you have that much less of time to return it, if you so choose to. They try to say how they will make it right and refund your money... I'M HERE TO TELL YOU... THEY WILL NOT! They want you to take pictures of the product in order to get a refund, exchange, etc., which I did and with in the 30 day period ( I even offered to mail it back at my expense). The problem also is that you NEVER deal with one person. You send in your request and Susan with Customer Service will reply and has a question for you. As you respond, you then get a response from a John with Customer Service who is now responding with a totally different outlook on how he feels the situation should be taken care of. Bottom line... they give you the runaround and It's a BIG SCAM! Needless to say I'm out $102 for a defective Professional Airbrush Makeup System Kit that doesn't blow out air as it should (I can blow air harder than this thing can) and stuck with this machine that doesn't work! DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!

The pictures in the Wish app depict products that are Not the same as the actual products that they are selling. The Wish app sells poorly-made, knock-off products that are intended to look like the pictures represented (but are not realistically comparable in size, shape, color, or quality). I bought two products through the Wish app and neither item matched the product depicted in the picture on the app. I wasted my money. Be warned.

We are a highly ranked retailer who sells on 10 different marketplaces with stellar reputations on all... except WISH. If you are THINKING about selling on WISH... DON'T. If you are thinking about buying on WISH... DON'T

There is no one to speak with in person, there is no escalation, there is only email that may or may not be responded to within 48 hours. Their corporate telephone number is an endless loop of instructions in English and Spanish on how to email them.

When a customer would like to return an item because they don't like the color they regularly told not to return the item and are just given a refund which is then at the seller's total cost.

They suspended our account and are holding our money for the second time because we have too many fraudulent orders. These are NOT orders... THEY cancel the orders before they get to us. We never see the orders and have nothing to do with them. The first time they suspended us they realized their mistake and immediately re-activated us. This time, no one will get back to us at all and they are keeping our money for 3 months.

As a consumer, we had a customer return an item to us - but did not go through WISH to return it. We tried to refund the customer but WISH disallowed it. We went back and forth with WISH for THREE MONTHS trying to get this woman her refund. They kept giving the customer and us the runaround.

This is a very shady company and as a seller or a customer you would be wise to keep WAY away from it.
