I ordered all my stuff 3 months ago, I only received 1 item and the material was so thin I could not wear the dress at all. When I picked up the item at the post office I had to pay a fee again, and im still waiting for my other items to arrive. The tracking numbers they provide on the site is also incorrect its very difficult to contact wish. No one has returned my messages yet. Its not worth it. Please stay away from this site!

They sell very cheap crap that falls apart as soon as you use it. They fraudulently sell Miracast dongles as Chromecast 2 devices and they list the full detailed technical specs for a laptop only to add the words 'screen protector' hidden at the very end of the text.
When an item is incorrect or just does not turn up (as happened with me) their service department does not bother to read your ticket and writes back with something completely irrelevant. It takes multiple requests to get any useful response from them and from then on they ignore you. They still owe me for a drone that (the useless carrier) Yodel admit they left on a road a third of a mile from my house but they won't even open a ticket with Yodel (as they are required to do in such circumstances).
Avoid these criminals. They are not worth the pain.
Ordered a phone cover badly scratched couldnt cope with sending it back but the 2nd and only never again order was a samsung tab cover and they sent an ipad mini size.
They have been more faster with there deliveries since I started with them rhey have been great on deals..
Wish is a really great site, helping those who are wealthily challenged, by helping them save hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars on products that would help improve their quality of lifestyle.
The only downside is the shipping, which is excusable due to the fact that they must be a really busy service.

I ordered 2 Quadvopter drones back in December 2017. They were delivered in dark gray plastic unpadded plastic wrap. I carefully assembled them and charged up the provided battery. Both were inoperable. Couldnt hold charge.
Within my 30 day return window, I requested a return and refund. Their customer service representatives were not concerned and gave me the run around. Typical of scammers. I submitted pics of product box and expose items as requested. Then they wanted pictures of the original labels that were on the delivered packages. Then they asked for packing slips which there never was any in the package. They deliberately would not honor their defective products as returnable. I humbly reported their horrible sales practices to my credit card company and now must dispute the $194.-
This has got to be the worst experience I have had ordering online. Product shipping not included or disclosed when ordering. $15 to get a $1 item, for example. Also, none of the items do far have fit. Wrong colors, too. Good grief. Never again!
I ordered two harnesses one on January 30,2018 & one on January 31,2018. The harness I ordered on January 30,2018, that was almost to my destination, then suddenly, it says the shipment would be delayed and they would be sending me a new expected delivery date. Now, the harness I ordered on January 31,2018, that one also has a tracking number, but it hasn't left the country according to the number. I contacted support but they are no help whatsoever on anything. They refuse to do any kind of refunds unless its passed the estimated delivery dates. Then what, they'll say its passed 30 days and a refund isn't available. Last time I ordered, I got my exact item. I'm starting to believe it was a fluke thing that won't happen again.
Do not buy anything from this website its nothing but a ripoff cheap crap. I purchased a faux fur gray vest and it was a cheap thin fleece vest I would not put on my dog.

I have ordered from Wish.com a few occasions. I like the pricing and on occasions you can get items for free but pay shipping only. I would however advise everyone to check out that shipping cost before you add it to your cart. Sometimes you can find the same product you pay for with shipping being cheaper than the free one. Pay attention and read the descriptions and look at shipping charge and you will be fine with finding the best deals. Shipping times, however, are very slow.
I have placed orders in September & October 2017 and were meant to receive them in Dec/Jan. These were birthday gifts and now all items had to be refunded to me. No effort was made to track my parcels. Till date, i have still not received anything. Very inconvenient shopping definitely not made easier
I have ordered several items from Wish.com. Most have come in excellent condition, but some havent even shown up. Really and truly I still love their site! Anytime I have had a problem they were very quick to either offer a replacement or refund. My family and I will certainly continue to shop with Wish.
I ordered about 5 different items and none of the item nor works nor, is delivered correctly. I am highly depressed with the service. I am looking to post reviews/ ratings as Zero for WISH. I got my packages after recently after about 2 months. Now that i am trying to return or refund, it says, cant return as its been more than 30 days.

In November 2017 I placed some items in my wish basket and 2 items in my shopping cart. I left the 2 items in my shopping cart and went to bed. A few days or so after placing them there WISH decided to process these items. Immediately on getting the alert I emailed them informing them I did not order these items and to cancel. I panicked because I did not process them personally. After emailing back and forth requesting these items be cancelled I noticed the items were shipped! I also received an alert from my credit card company, I immediately alerted them to this fraudulent behavior by WISH, and got a credit. The 2 items WISH stated were shipped were actually not, and after a while 1 of the items were cancelled, in the mean time I was informed when the item/s received I should not send it/them back, I should take pics and send it to them. Which I did! NO ONE was reading my email history. After I noticed no one was doing this I told them to READ ALL THE EMAILS I SENT TO THEM FOR THE 100TH TIME. I told them I will no longer be communicating with them until they answer my question regarding what I am to do with the item received because I am not paying out of pocket to sent it back. It was near the end of January 2018 that I received an email stating I should keep the 1 item I did receive I can keep as a gift from WISH. The bottom line? I cancelled my account with them and removed myself from their website. NEVER AGAIN. Though the clothes are not bad, the prices are ok. However, my $$$$$ at their disposal, no way. I was informed by my credit card carrier that WISH has a history has a way pf doing this.
I purchased 5 items and so far have received 4. Of these, 1 was nothing like the product I ordered. It was 2 x 4000watt inverters and they won't even run a 750watt resistive heater. This should be no problem to a 4000watt inverter. I think what I received was 2 x 400 watt inverters. What a bloody ripoff! Advertised was a sound bar and subwoofer, all I got was a crappy soundbar. Ordered a bluetooth radio/speakers for my garage which looks nothing like the photos in their ads and despite the claim the sound was high quality, it is absolutely crap. I also ordered a phone case for my wife based on her model of phone. The case that arrived didn't fit the phone by any stretch of the imagination. I have been in contact with their customer service to seek a refund or preferably get the goods I wanted and after some communication that has since stopped completely. To be honest, I was dubious about them and took their promises and site reviews with a grain of salt but thought I would give them a go. My concerns have now been proven. I suspect that even the reviews they show on their websites are fake and mainly revolve around (people?) saying how quick their service was but there appears to be few genuine reviews that rave about the quality of goods. I also think that if you did happen to put a bad review like in my case, it never makes it onto their website. Like many others, delivery was great but was the least of my problems. Never again Wish! And I will also be sharing my concerns with my hundreds of friends on Facebook who will hopefully forward them on. I believe something has to be done about this company.
Disappointed with most of the things I have ordered. Have to be careful of sizing as most don't fit even at 5xl if I bought 5xl in Australia it would fall off me. Have to be careful to read fine print cause what the picture shows is not always what you will get. Also have to be careful with colour choices as it's not always what you think
I enjoyed purchasing from Wish on many different occasions. There were a couple of dollar items that i never recieved. I never thought twice. But when some other items didnt come i replied with a email to wish. I finally got my item after 5 mths. Then when i tried to order it again. Was told they no longer deliver to canada... needless to say i was very disappointed..
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
