They keep extending shipping times. Said it would take 2 weeks, I'm at 2 months and no sign of it ever leaving China. Stay away! Their customer service is horrible as well - just a chatbot that doesn't even let you ask questions

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I just wanted to try and warn people about this HORRIBLE company. Do NOT give them your money. They are a SCAM! I placed an ordered 3 months ago and haven't received it. I've reached out to their customer support 3 times and all they will do is give me tracking information that says the items are in China and haven't moved since I ordered it at the first of March and that I have to keep waiting. Waiting for over 3 months is unacceptable especially since they can see in the tracking that I haven't received the items!

His website (wish.com) just containing a group of scammers and cheap products.
The post was for a speaker, and I paid over $40 for it, what I received is a cover/sleeve. When I contacted the site, There wasn't any help. Just wasting time and a lot of money on scammers and cheap untrusted website. Shop from amazon.com. NoT a cheap site and group of cheaters, And scammers, No wasting time and money.

This is a mess of a company. They use photos of products lifted from other companies (I recognize some of the photos) I'm still waiting for a Tee shirt I ordered almost 2 months ago, and a jumper I ordered a little later is jumping all over China, per the tracking. Will it ever leap over to me in the US? Seriously, don't be enticed by all the photos of products that flash around in their site.
UPDATE- The tee shirt arrived about 10 weeks after I ordered it and the quality is awful. It's very cheap material that doesn't stretch, even though its supposed to be a tee shirt. Also, the jumper I ordered never arrived.

I ordered an item in early april, it is now june, and the item has yet to clear china customs, the other item entered the US on April 18th, and has yet to be delivered. Don't order from wish if you expect the item within a few months.

We ordered beats earbuds almost 3 months ago, delivery date continues to be pushed back. App will not allow you to request a refund, I will never order again from these low lifes and will delete the app once (if ever) it allows me to request refund!

I brought multiple items between the beginning of April through early May. Till this day, 6/8/20, the promised delivery dates have changed 10 different times for each of the 18 items purchased (have screen shots), some times 2 times in 12 hours. When I tried to cancel, they refused saying they are on the way (most were supposed to be here in under 2 weeks). I also sent 6 emails, no response from the company. They provide no tracking numbers for the US, just China.

I should have known when the price on the page and the price in the shopping cart did not match. I figured the clothing would be average at best in light of the price. But I was okay with that for stuff just to wear around the house, or running errands.

On April 29 and 30th I placed two orders. NEITHER of them have arrived and we are almost at mid June! The delivery dates keep getting pushed back and the shipping information has not been updated since May 7th! This is the worst experience every! Poor customer service and poor shipping. Can't comment on the clothing because haven't received anything!

Ordered items 9 of them on March 3rd I've got 3 items in April I'm still waiting for the rest of my items. There's no phone number to speak to a person you only could chat online to complain. And to do that you have to do one item at a time. Its been 3 months it's a shame. I'll never order from them again. Once my items arrive.

Poor customer service. Products ordered mid may - it's 2 weeks into June. No products delivered. NO LIVE SUPPORT, only Bots. SCAM SITE. Learned my lesson, if it's too good to be true, it probably isnt.

Deceiving!
June 7, 2020

Ordered the Toys, Plants vs. Zombies for my grandsons. The picture shows about 15 to 20 items with order. Got 2. Disgusted by their excuse why it took 2 months also. It doesn't take a month for them to come from L. A. to Phoenix. Ying Ping is the maker of these toys. I'll never order from Wish and let my friends know.

WISH is cheap low quality Chinese stuff, nonexistent customer service and products being "out of stock" after you make a purchase are the reasons to AVOID. As many of you, I created a profile by choosing a "free product" if I pay shipment and I received a cheap bad quality product for the price of shipment I paid. However, on April 21st I gave it a second chance by ordering a garden bench and adding few bits to order (thinking it'll all come together in one shipment). How silly I was I realised when my product "arriving time" changed to "out of stock" message in early May. I selected "refund" as an option and on 10th of May there was a message "Refunded on May 10,2020". I still DID NOT RECEAVE MY REFUND, and the delivery date of other "bits" keeps changing to now June 25! There's no option to contact their customer service, which means THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Now opened the case with PayPal so my advice is SHOP ELSEWHERE!

TERRIBLE. My package was marked delivered on May 29. Said it was in my mailbox, only package did NOT come. Wish has no live customer service and a bot "chat" service that only will tell you what you know. Had to trick the bot to get an email in (because when you call number its a message saying they don't do live customer service). Argued with two people through emails about giving my money back or resending the item. Online your told stupid steps with the end result being they don't give refunds because its marked delivered or to file a police report. Really? Guess what showed on at my house YESTERDAY 6/6/202... the package after Wish INSISTED it came and I wouldn't get a refund. I'm appreciative I received what I ordered but will not use this service again. Be careful if you choose too. Check their BBB rating... it's an F! A good business bottom line, you help serve and satisfy your customers. They are disgusting.

This is not a legit business. People told me but I didn't believe it. Is my first order and I had 3 delivery date. First 24of may before and soon after the order. Then one day after (more than 8 hours so you can not cancel the order) there was another delivery date 6 of June and on 7 of June I got another delivery date for 21 of June. I can't change anything, no other delivery address, no cancel order, no communication with the website. The only communications is true customer service page where is a bot with nonsense answers and you can't do nothing else.

I am oder place on 13th May 2020. In your app wish delivery date 1st is given 18th May 2020 and then change 7th June 2020. Till date my parcel is not delivered. I want to cancel my order and refund back my money. Your app not helping me or no option to cancel my oder. That time date is giving 27th July 2020. I am not waiting for this longer date.
