Ordered from wish on April 10.2020. They took my money immediately but the items did not arrive. Tried to track the package with the tracking number provided but number did not exist. Contacting customer service is useless, all canned automated responses. 1-800 number is useless, recorded message only. Seems to be impossible to speak to a live person or track a package. Avoid this company it is a scam and ripoff, 1 star is way too high a rating, unfortunately there is nothing lower.
Be careful from where you order from it takes months to receive item did not warn you it could take months to receive. Order May 1st still haven't received items

Wish has extremely long delivery so you wait and wait and then some more and it never arrives. So you contact customer service and they say the window for a refund has expired. BULL! If you never receive something you must get a refund when that has been noted. I cannot control delivery. On several other items they cancelled and refunded because it was not available at the price I had ordered. If it could not be ordered it must not be listed. NEVER BUY FROM WISH. I am still waiting an several items which I ordered more than a month ago.

I have ordered multiple items from Wish in the month of April and they have changed the delivery date 3 times and still, item is not delivered.
Customer Support also sucks, it's automated and they don't respond to mails properly. Also, when I ordered the product they showed the product shipping is from USA, but they shipped from China. Shipping charges are also mentioned for every item like they deliver on time but they necker don't that. Don't go for cheap prices, quality of the products are bad.
Ordered merchandise on April 25th and as of June 6th I have not received, with the exception of 1 item of 2 Coins which are JUNK/Fake coins. Be sure to read the fine print. The June 6th date is the latest of 3 dates I have gotten. I see now I have another date of June 28th. Can't talk to anyone by telephone, All you ever get is customer support on the internet, with a new shipping date. I am now going to go to my credit card company and show items as not received. I think 2 months and 2 days is plenty of time for shipping even if it is China, Covid-19 got here much quicker. Save your money and STAY AWAY.

Order a bench press rack came beat up bent and half the paint chipped off. I paid 400 bucks for it looks like it's used they also charge you shipping twice this company is a total scam I feel completely ripped off.

RUBBISH COMPANY I ordered a sign for our home Bar it took forever to come and when it did it was the wrong one! There mistake so I contacted customer services several times They were not helpful at all asking me to send photos which I did and then asked me to send some more this went on for a week and then accused me of copying the photos of the internet! I Am absolutely furious and disgusted with this company and will never ever buy from them again and will be telling my friends and family not to as well. Takes 2 months to get order
I placed my order April 20,2020. I was supposed to get my order June 4. It's June 6, when I checked my order, it's supposed to arrive on June 19. NO notice at all that arrival date has been changed. It takes two months to order Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil for Face. Never again will I order from WISH.

I ordered face masks from this so called company and they informed me that they were undeliverable in which a refund was going to be credited to my credit card. When checking my statement there wasn't a credit but another charge. I contacted customer service and they said it would be corrected. 6 days later I was charged again So paid 3x for something I NEVER RECEIVED. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Be very carefull with the one month policy. I bought a tankless water heater and because I was unable to install it Right away because I was still in the garage construction phase, so when I finally did, the 130$ water heater wasn't working. I wrote to them and the told me about the 30 day limit that had expired, so I lost everything. Another time I ordered a television mount and waited for it to arrive, which it never did, so again because I waited over a month I lost the payment and never received the item. Again be very carefull for the max 30 day Policy.

Its true it is a unacceptable amount of time to wait for a delivery but you can contact customer services who once the delivery date is gone always give me a refund and has gone back into my bank account quite quickly.
They always say if it turns up you can keep it, this has happened on various occasions ive been refunded then two of three weeks later it has been delivered.
However ive noticed that they keep moving the delivery time so you cannot get a refund one item ive been waiting for three months now and the order has still not been processed as its sold out but it wasnt sold out when i ordered it so for theese reasons im only giving it a 3 out of 5
I placed an order for five items. The shipping charge was $17 per item. I guess this is because each item is coming from a different supplier. All in all, it is not worth it. I did not place the order and slept better!

I've had similar incidents of not receiving an order I placed 26/03/2020 it's now June 5th and still no delivery. I contacted them via twitter. First tweet them *******@wishsupport and hopefully they with contact you via DM. My order was refunded. They say "logistics is out of our control" then they better sort themselves out because if you are a paying customer, they should have more control on their shipping methods and yes, the date keeps changing

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
