I will never purchase anything from wish.com. It has been 45 days since I ordered a handbag they didn't ship my item yet. This is absurd. No way to contact.
I would never recommend wish. I wish I could rate 'zero'.

I purchase a date was given and the date keep going further and further until it reaches a month and a half waiting waiting no apology from the company but they charge you they getting pay and you still waiting and finally when you received what you order the quality is like run run run I'll never waste my hard cash money with this company.

My bad, I didn't check the reviews before I ordered! Everything I've read here is what I'm going through since I made my order in mid May. The order was supposed to be here between May 20th and June 1st. On June 1st they bumped it up to June 17th. Now after reading everything here, I have no faith in getting my item before midsummer. It's too bad that sites like this are allowed to continue their bad service. Once I get this settled, I will delete their app and never order from them again! I'll stick to Amazon and eBay, everything I've ordered from them has come before the date they quoted when I ordered the item.

Tried to cancel purchase after they canceled the main items I wanted and they refused cancellation after 12 hours of order! They say the items have been processed but waiting over 2 months for shipment? And no the items were in processing for days. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible service.

I waited 30 days for my package. And then on the day it was supposed to arrive I checked and The date was pushed out another 15 days! I am so mad. Terrible service. If they tell you something is supposed to be there than it should be there. Never ordering again.

Save your money

They were sure quick to take my money but now the expected delivery date has been changed and moved out 4 different times
Tried to reach the company everything is automated no place you can actually type in a complaint or speak to somebody I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau They have an F rating
Complaint was not satisfied I asked for was a refund or at least my product which I don't ever expect to get

Complete scam

This site will steal your money and never deliver. I ordered 2 months ago and never received. Customer service is a robot only. No live person option to speak to. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company which was the only way I could get my money back. It worked.

I have placed two orders on this site. Like many of the reviews here, I didn't receive my ordered items. I am not sure it's because of the COVID situation or not.

But to be fair about this Wish site, the reimbursement is like what they promised but you may encounter some sporadic/inconsistent situations. Here are two situations I ran into:
(1) The "Contact Support" link sometimes may not appear. But by back and forth closing/opening new tab, it eventually appeared.
(2) Sometimes it will not leave you enough time to type in your problem. In this case, pre-write your problem on a word document, copy and paste to Wish can resolve this problem.
Initially, I was about to write an unfavorable review at one point, but during my last try it went through and got my refund immediately. I got to say one good thing about this site is that it processes refunds with lightening speed. The customer support function design may not be perfect, but I truly believe this site is not trying to scam like I previously suspected. It just needs to streamline its software ("Contact support " part).

I placed an order. Money was deducted from my account immediately. Orer was suppose to ship by a certain date. Still has not been shipped. Called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" only to get a recording telling you you can not speak to anyone. The recording said to contact them via email. Then the email says it will take 2 to 3 days for them to respond! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Today is June 2nd I placed 10 Orders in April And I did not get non of them yet. Latest up date on tracing was may 4th. There costumer support is disaster. I will never try to order anything from Wish not I will recommend then to any body. WORST ON LINE STORE.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Wish.com is horrible. I ordered something 2 months ago and I still do not have the item and I am getting a run around by the company. Their online customer service is a BS loop and they do not have phone customer service. I am going to write a bad review about my experience everyday until I get a refund. They can find the items in transit.

Yep! Aside from the misleading way they advertise the products being sold vs. what you are really buying issues. I have been waiting 21 days as of today for my order of 500 Surgical Face masks I planned to donate to my 1st responders and various workers having to go without due cheap employers.

I got bam-boozled on my 1st order thinking I was order an claimed to be shipping today only to find out it was suddenly back-ordered 1 hrs after paying for it. Ever try getting $$$ refunded to a Vanilla VISA gift Card?

Scam Company

This is a scam company. I got a notification on two items and after two months they keep moving the processing day one day ahead. Their computer is in tune with their scam. They should be shut down for false advertising and more. DO Not Do Business with these crooks! They have my money immediately and I have nothing. It's very disheartening that they are allowed to exist, They hook you in on a cheap price and then if you add a size or color the price jumps up. A real cheap shot from a real cheap outfit.

This company is a joke. After 4 weeks from my order date and the day after it was to be delivered the date was pushed back 16 more days. It is still in China I did not know it was coming from China. Today is June 2nd the last I had any updates was May 22. Don't even try there live chat there is nobody to chat with just computer generated messages.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. I doubt that I will even get my order. This was the first and last time I purchase from Wish.
