I received a email thanking me for my wish order. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WISH! I sent several emails to them stating this. It is scary that they can just take money from my account. I have ordered from them in the past, well over a year ago maybe more. I immediately went into the app ( I had actually deleted it) and removed my bank information. I finally got a response that I had been given a refund. I kept looking for it in my bank account. Well I wasn't given a refund only wish credit. I thought well people if you are going to do me that way I am going to use the credit. So I ordered enough to use my credit. I have been waiting for my order to arrive. The day has passed so I went to the app and looked it up. Now the arrival date has been changed for another month! One item has just now been shipped. I doubt I will EVER get these products! They are a scam! Blatant liers! I absolutely do not trust this site. Do not order from them. Do not give them your bank information! I earn you now!

I ordered various items on wish on 4/21/20 and as of today 6/1/20 haven't recieved any of them yet. When I tracked them the items location hasn't been updated since 5/6/20! This is just plain BS! At least update each week where these item are... Ordered before and hasn't taken near this long! 40 days is just too long. I can understand 21 but 40? I won't order from wish ever again! I paid for those items same day I ordered should have them by now! Wish is a rip-off

Ordered 4 items at different times. It is now more than 45 days since the first order. Nothing has arrived.

There is no customer service, except a computer bot that is stupid and just repeats that you'll get your item since it has been shipped.

Wish was offering free items. After I finished claiming the item it seems the total amount for shipping was more if I had paid for the item. I immediately canceled the order was told that my credit card would be refunded within 14 days. Next morning checking my e mail message from wish said your items has been shipped. After chatting with someone I was told no refund items was shipped already it had not been 24 hours that I was told the order was canceled. Beware of this company

4 months ago I ordered Seresto dog and cat flea collars. When they finally arrived they had a horrific odor. Real Seresto collars do not have a bad odor. The collars did not have the authentic Bayer emblem either. They were fakes. I sent an email to Wish with photos. They promised to investigate. They didn't do anything. I sent a second and third email. No response or refund. They kept my money and sent me counterfeit collars. I don't know about other products but they ripped me off on the flea collars and I will never order from them again. Beware!

I have placed 3 orders, of which only one arrived after about 6 weeks. The other two have not arrived and were resend according to Wish. Six weeks later and they still have not arrived. Only upside is that Wish paid back without any further questions, but is does mean that I have been waiting for three months without getting my order. I won't order there again.

As other users here said... they just keep changing delivery dates forever without giving you a chance to request a refund... THIS IS FRAUD!... You can't rip off people's money like this. You need to stick with the first delivery date and if it doesn't arrive or the product is returned to the sender (as it was mine when i did the international tracking of the product), YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
