I ORDERED AN ITEM INITIAL DELIVERY IS MAY 6 THEN THEY CHANGE IT TO MAY 21 I REQUESTED A REFUND THEY SAID THE DELIVERY NOW IS JUNE 5! I WANT THIS OWNER INVESTIGATED AS THEY ARE FAKE I WANT THEM JAILED!
I bought a watch on the 28th of March we are now 64 days on, no delivery. I contacted the Wish Customer Service as the link in the order didn't work. Wish customer service keep moving the date week by week. When I mentioned I wanted a refund, they then totally ignore you. So I opened a case through resolver exactly the same happened. A load of baloney about delivery dates, then as soon as I mentioned refund they blank you and won't reply. I can't believe how this company are still trading and getting away with this frauding people out of money for goods that are not delivered. No wonder the head CEO is a billionaire. Sadly I had to select 1 star to write this review, I don't do reviews but on this occasion I found it very necessary to warn others, if you buy in here it's at you own risk and don't expect to get a refund if your item isn't delivered.

Please, Please live in the real world and don't believe the 5 star ratings, the Wish site is a total scam that will try and rip you off with meaningless discounts, offers and promises, when you do eventually lose patience and want to complain, the only way is through an automated system that, after all the questions will inform you it is to late to do anything but wait for your package(finally asking you to rate their service) they give you no time to cancel your order, again saying it is too late as it is being "processed", then when there is a problem with the post, "we can't do anything, it is in transit" please wait for you package and then we may be able to do something.
Above all, If you don't believe me about the rights demand your goods or money back before that time is up

This site is a TOTAL ripoff. They completely screwed up my order, basically stole $75 from me, and don't answer my emails at all. In my opinion, this site is illegal, and should be completely shut down.

I placed an order about a month ago if not a little bit over a month ago, on one order I had bought several different things, some of them are going to come later than others which was fine I understand that, but when the date finally came for me to receive an item, it changed to a further date, and then when that date came it changed to a further date

I can't say whether the product was any good because it never arrived after numerous times of asking when i could expect it. Every time i sign on the site to track my order, it pushes the date out another few weeks. I just ordered the same product for $9.00 more on Amazon but it is only a 4 day wait.

Worst shopping experience in my life. All the positive reviews are fake. Zero costumer service and you can not get refunds from Items never delivered by these crooks simply "re-estimating" your date of delivery. Been 6 times for me and I ordered mid april and original date was may 3 latest. Today is 5/29. Amazon is cheaper on all legit items. This is illegal counterfeit goods and Wish has stolen money from millions of poor unsuspecting people. They profit from pain and suffering. If you use Wish you are a FOOL

Items don't arrive when they are supposed to or never show up at all. Cannot get support for any problems on the site. Just a robot that won't let you ask any questions. Items that I have received are poor quality and don't last. I feel like this website is a scam. I will never order from them again and if you have never placed an order from Wish.com then don't. Caution. Wish not refund money for shipping they missi g 10 my orders and not refund 40 dollars for shipping that I pay. They don't care about customers. They don't have real customer support. Only if you pay $10.00 you have this servise. Its tereble.

Ordered and paid In full for 7 packs of face masks mid March 2020. I only received 1 pack at end of April 2020. There was no way to initiate refund from order detail. I wrote email to Wish customer support 4 times. Every time they replied with exact same wording asking me to use mobile app Or website to make refund request. But I had tried 20+ times with either mobile or website. There was absolutely no way to initiate refund. THIS IS TOTAL RIP-OFF AND FRAUD. I googled their toll free tel#, I only got recording when I called. You can't reach a human to look into problem for you. I lost $48 Canadian dollars from this fraud transaction. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY SHOPPING SITE! I will not buy anything from wish.com ever again!

Where is the ZERO star option for this SCAM company?
My item was cancelled without any notice. And Pop-up auto Chatbot "customer service" gave me two options that do not work (BROKEN customer service SMH). Leaving me no choice but to write emails only to be told to cancel item from the website. Endless nightmare.
Also, I'm still waiting for about 10 other items that are easily 1 month late. I can never ask for refund for those either because they keep moving the estimated arrival time. Again, auto-system that gets them out of paying us back at all cost. Half of them are 2 months late and counting.

They make an offer that is so cheap or for free you place your order, you pay delivery they cancel order refund payment but not the delivery, so they steal your money

Garbage experience! Ordered an item end of April and was given a delivery date of May 26th. Come May 29th that item delivery date was just updated to June 25th. Will I ever get the item? I am starting to highly doubt it. This is looking more and more like a scam. If you don't mind waiting 2-3 months for items that "may" arrive at some point then by all means order from wish.com. If however you want to feel confident that you are not being ripped off and your items will definitely arrive then avoid this site!

Foolishly ordered 7 products from Wish. I'm normally a savvy shopper and do a goodly amount of on-line purchasing.
Of the 7,2 were cancelled by Wish but I am still waiting for my refund more than 30 days later. They said it would take a while and to ask my Credit Card company for it. I have; and United Mileage Card is not remiss in handling refunds.
2 items were both due May 1 - 14. But here we are on May 28. One is still in China but "will be here tomorrow the 29th" to Rochester NY. Rally!? Pretty fast shipping if you ask me. Supposedly the other in is Stamford Conn, and it will now be here June 10. The shipping status is fabricated in that the entire chain shows 8 (yes 8) transfers within China over a 3 week period, with pairs of them into and out of the same locations.
Please look carefully at the 'sent' date of April 29 of the order confirmation, even as I forwarded it to myself today the 28th. All other status were pulled from the Wish site today.
As a point of note: the two different stores they show as part of the order fulfillment do not exits; and no legitimate shipping company (not FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other) show up. Just what Wish chooses to show, and which is clearly not valid.
Last: please note that Wish says they will not process refunds for more than 8 days after and order has been placed... OR has been shipped. Hence they will not allow me to cancel and get a refund as they show that everything has been shipped.
Do NOT order from this place for anything over a couple of dollars including shipping. And then consider it like a carnival... you do it for fun. Unethical hardly covers it. My only consolation is that what goes around comes around.

Right now is not the time to order anything from overseas because of the virus you may not receive it. Wish is not a good place to shop because items come from China they are held 48 to72 hours at customs and held at the post office longer,

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
