Well I been a wish customer for almost 3 years. I order plenty of stuff before. But recently I know we are going through a pandemic but that doesn't mean they shouldn't help me out. I been waiting for packages for over a month and a half. I emailed them and they said the packages is on the way. Well that was 3 weeks ago and we are almost at 2 and a half months and 4 emails away and still nothing. I no longer recommend this app to anyone. It seems like they have no real employment there. I cant get a real answer or get any information where my items are which is so sad. All I ask was for a little information. I cant sent proof of any of my items because I'm still waiting 2 and half months later

Ordered on the 13th, was told first that my item would be here in 7 days, then the 26th. After complaining, they now have changed to the 10th. Found out it hasn't even left China yet. Cannot speak to anyone, tried to cancel could not. I wanted a refund and cancel my order, their automated system will not let you. Stay away!

Ordered a XL Cashmere Jumper. Size was so small I couldn't get my arms into the jumper. Would fit a 12 year old child, maybe. An extremely complicated method to raise a complaint. When going through all the steps, basically I was ignored. No refund given. I will never buy from this site again.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered a golf net on 27th March on the basis the delivery would be with me between 3-7th May (birthday present). It didn't arrive by 7th May so i contacted them asking for a refund and was told it would now be with me by 22nd May. I then waited over another 2 weeks and it didn't arrive by 22nd May. I am now demanding a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they keep ignoring my request and simply sending the same email over and over again. They are now saying to get in touch after 6th June if it doesn't arrive. This is the 3rd delivery date and they told me after the 2nd one to get in touch if it doesn't arrive. But when you get in touch after it doesn't arrive, they do nothing - tell you to wait again and give you another date over 2 weeks in future. Absolutely shocking service, would never ever use again in a million years and will be making a point of making reviews on them so everybody knows they will take your money, not deliver, and ignore your rights as a consumer!

I've been struggling to get a refund/cancel on multiple Items. My delivery dates were changed, not once(May11), not twice(May26), but three times now(June15), and "they" keep telling me I can't get a refund cause I'm still in estimated delivery date.

Do not order from Wish. They have no way to contact them when parcels are late (a month after due date). The first parcel arrives with no invoice. Given I have 7 small orders and all late, I have no idea of which one this is.

I have the sensation this application is mocking of me. I made a few orders to deliver at home more than one month and every two weeks they say say it will arrive 2 weeks later. When the date comes, then they say another 2 weeks and so... I feel dissapointed. I have cancel the payment card and I really hesitate I will order again on Wish. The point is that I want to have my money back and cancel all these items. They don't let me. Just show me a box crying and say that my delivery is on my way.

I have ordered 4 times from Wish. The first was a leather carryall which took about 7 weeks to get. My next two orders were for face masks. They never came after waiting several weeks for them. I did receive refunds but really wanted the merchandise. My fourth is a case of toilet paper I ordered back in early March. Still haven't received that. What Wish does not tell you until you've completed the purchase is when to expect receipt. Amazon tells you up front the delivery date or an approximation before you pay. The final ditty you discover is that everything ships from China via US Mail. That's why it takes weeks, even months to arrive or that it NEVER arrives! I recommend never doing business with Wish.

Some times you don't get orders and they refuse to refund or make the order. Plus they have noway to contact them buy phone to deal with them i refuse from them again because of getting orders

Ordered a laptop and wireless mouse. The wireless mouse processed that night and provided a shipping number. Wish said the laptop order would be "processed" within the next week. When the week was up, they pushed back the processing date another five days. When that was up, they tell me the item is no longer in stock but they had similar items I could receive for no additional cost. When I click the link to review the items, it just takes me back to the original laptop I ordered, which they say is out of stock. Meanwhile, the mouse was shipped out and then returned to the warehouse by the shipping company labelled "Unable to ship" for some unknown reason but they won't give a refund because the item "has already shipped" NO IT HASN'T. Your own site says its not shipping. You don't have the item I ordered two weeks ago. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

I ordered two lights for my garden. The photo of the lights give the impression that they are about a metre high. After waiting MONTHS they arrived in a plastic bag the size of an A4 envelope and one of them was smashed to pieces. They take your money instantly, but they change delivery dates without warning, you can`t contact them and the assistant is a bloody annoying machine that asks the same questions and does NOT give you an answer. They are disgraceful scammers. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I want to report that this is a thief company. It confiscates within 30 days any money that has not been received by the parcel within the time period specified by them and has not applied for or managed to apply to Wish. I think about 10% of the goods are not sent to them at all. Let's face it, if you haven't received the item and haven't managed to contact their service within 30 days, Wish is simply confiscating your money. Of the 1 million 10% of buyers paid 20 each and did not receive the goods, 2 million remains for them. Is this a really honest company? Can our money really disappear so simply?

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
