I've been waiting 3 weeks for an item. If I would have known before ordering it would be that long I wouldn't have ordered. When I ordered it said 5 days for shipping. After that it finally gave me a time frame for delivery. 3 weeks! But after supposedly being shipped no refunds! $#*! you wish!

This is the third time I have used wish and the second time I have been scammed. The first time i purchased a fishing pole and it did come and it was exactly as described. So I thought wow this is great, I can get some good items at a great price. That is called the lure. They give you one good deal and then lure you in to rape your wallet. I have ordered and paid for two more items, a projector and a knife and neither of them have arrived. They provided fake tracking numbers so that Paypal will not refund me the money. But even the tracking number and the phone number for the delivery company are fake. Don't waste you time or money on this website. For every good deal, there are 30 rip offs. This last order they said it was delivered from Hong Kong to Cincinnati Ohio in 2 DAYS! The tracking number says that I ordered it on April 29,2020 and it was delivered to Cincinnati Ohio on May 1,2020 and and then on the next day May 2,2020 it was delivered to my home in Charlotte North Carolina. That is impossible, not only because no delivery service can cirumvent U.S. Customs and get that package into the country in 1 day, but I dont live in Charlotte North Carolina where it says the package was delivered. I live in Tampa Florida and that is where the package was supposed to be delivered to, not Charlotte N. C. So how can they say it was delivered if it never reached my address? Look at the photo below and see for yourself. Scam Scam Scam. And dont think for a second that Wish.com is not in on it. They know exactly what is going on and they are getting a cut from the scammers.

You get what you pay for most of the stuff they sell is junk. About 10% chance of not getting anything. About 30% chance of getting something different then what you ordered

I am relativity new to wish but what I experienced was not good. I tried it in the very begging of April and I have only received one item which was a key chain that broke in 2 days. For the rest of my orders their arrival date keeps getting pushed back and when I tried to contact customer service it was a computer generated response that said I can talk to a real person if I paid one dollar! My are my concerns being charged? I shouldn't have to pay for help. Overall not happy.

I have ordered masks 4 times from WISH.com. My first order of 40 masks was perfect. It met expectations and I was so pleased I ordered 3 more times. I had a long history of pretty good experiences and rated Wish as almost as good as Amazon. My last three mask orders were disasters. I have been waiting for an April 3rd order that never came. Another order for 100 masks showed a picture of masks abd gave a description of masks. After over a month, I received a pack of mask filters. The picture on my order on their site was changed to show filters, not masks. The fabric masks I ordered came. They are very thin. I will need to sew a filter pocket in them. At least I can find a use for this bag of filters. I am going to make my own masks, Meanwhile, I had promised to give masks to family and friends who did not have them. I hate to judge WISH by a few bad vendors, but this is too much.

I did buy on occasion lured by the attractive photos and super low prices. However, soon I learned the truth of an old saying: "cheapness cost a lot more at the end". I traded quality, delivery, and the feeling of being robbed for low prices of merchandise that never arrives. Right now, I've been waiting for over TWO MONTHS for gloves and masks to deal with this pandemic and still nothing! Of course, they give you a tracking number that doesn't work in USPS (bogus?). I've been asking for my money back (as they claim they do) to no avail. They keep postponing the delivery date and ask you to wait a little bit more. Ex: original del. Date: Before May 1st, then it was the 12th and now up to June 13th. I mean yes, i like wish i do enjoy their items, but what i don't like is this. I don't like that the items i purchase is cheap but when it comes to when i add them to the cart, they become expensive. I ordered insoles. They never came. I waited a while because things were taking MONTHS to get to me. When I realized the insoles were never coming, I tried to get a refund. Wish wants you to use their "customer service" bot, which told me I was too late for a refund. So, you have to wait months for stuff to come, and when it doesn't, you're screwed. Then I emailed them. That was like banging my head on the wall. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Stay away.

I ordered 1/4" elastic in both black and white because I was making cloth face masks and needed it for the ear loops. All of the local stores were completely out of elastic of any kind. I placed my order on 4/16 and the Wish site said it would arrive on 4/23 which, I thought, was a very speedy turn-around time. This was my first time dealing with this site and I should have done a little research on them before placing the order. As the expected date came and went, I checked the app for updates only to find that they kept revising the expected delivery time. In addition, communication with them is almost non-existent. It is comprised of a series of contrived responses such as ""Since your order has already shipped ad you're still within the estimated delivery window, I'm unable to offer a refund at this time." They recently posted the expected delivery time as June 1,2020. My original delivery date was 4/23! I already received an order of 1/4" elastic from another source and I don't need it anymore. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. Stay away from this site. They do not conduct their business in good faith.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
