Wish says they sell real gold for like $10, I got the gold and it was fake. I will never use Wish again, I also get their airpods, and it is a plastic case that breaks so easily. Wish needs to tell the truth about the gold, it is NOT gold. Very dissatisfied, and disappointed.

Ordered an external CD/DVD burner for my new iMac, since it doesn't have one (like ordering a car without a windshield, but I digress.} Product was cheap ($16) and due to the very confusing site I ended up ordering two ($16? Throw it on the shelf). Order date was April 28. First due date was MAY 18. Today it is either June 2 or it landed in the US on May 5. Zero confidence they will ever get here. Feel this was a scam. The 800 number doesn't work either. WISH I'd ordered somewhere else. AVOID!

This site is a load of rubbish. Nowhere did they say that the order will take 6 weeks to arrive. They said the item will be processed between the 17 and 23rd May and like normal I said go ahead as the articles are for my Grandsons birthday on the 26th May. Only when I tried to track the goods was I informed to expect the goods on the 6th July and now because the goods are shipped I cannot cancel the order. Like many I need to purchase masks and protective gears during this pandemic. I ordered on line three weeks ago and they postponed the delivery dates to early June... 2020 I hope. After a very long time and many many orders placed with Wish they became the worst excuse for a company possible. Suddenly, my password was wrong, I checked and it was not but I wen ahead and tried to change it. I got a message that my email address was not good. However, Wish continues to send ads to me on that email. After trying to chat with them I kept getting a message and link to a third party, JustAnswer stating after i joined them they would connect me to someone apparently to fix the problem. I told them i would not give my personal information to and pay another company because of a Wish problem. So now, when I try to chat I get NOTHING but the same message coercing me to join something i don't need.
I have sent emails and if and when they answer they keep asking me to do more and more, ie try another device, send screen shots, etc. etc. I have done all of this and get no where now for nearly 2 weeks.
I have asked them to cancel all my outstanding orders and the will not even respond.
At this point if they send me (Sandra) an ad to my "bad" email it and I click on shop it immediately opens but changes to a secondary and dormant account with a different email address and the name "Sandi" is displayed.
This is all about trying to force me to join a service ($49.00/month) I don't want or need and has clearly told can not help with this issue that it is internal to Wish.
Wish was started by a couple hot shot IT guys but they know nothing about it.

I "purchased" an inexpensive tv antenna from Wish on April 16,2020. I was told I would receive the item between April 28 through May 12. Wish provided tracking of the antenna until it left China.
On May 12, after not receiving the antenna, I received an update that the item would arrive between May 13-May 27. I was able to find a toll-free "customer service" number to call, however no service was available due to Covid 19. I was provided an e-mail address so I rattled off a quick complaint. I explained that I was not pleased with the abrupt, last-minute change with the delivery date. I went on to mention I was upset that no tracking information beyond China was available. My final issue was that no information was provided regarding the company which would ultimately deliver the antenna. No mention about whether USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS would complete the delivery.
About 2 days after I sent my email, I received a useless "reply". No new information was provided. I was provided the same tracking information, none beyond China, no information on which company would deliver the antenna, and that I would receive the antenna by May 27. Needless to say, my confidence is quite low in actually receiving it at all.

I ordered 10 plant holders for my balcony. The order confirmation states 10 pieces but they sent me 1 tiny pot which I paid £9 for. I have contacted customer service & they say this is what I ordered however my order confirms 10. You can't go back into previous orders & they will only refund if I pay for the return postage. Misleading, over priced, shocking customer service... avoid!

I never got my products, when asking for help i get the same pre-written answers on their app, pre-written answers by email not answering my questions and they have no valid phone number... it's up to you guys, but other sellers send their items for cheap prices and have customer service when something goes wrong...

I was left to deal with the vendor for delays in shipping.
I received other items with long delays (which is understandable in this time of lockdown). When I asked for an itemized invoice I was told to look under "order history". In that page there is no way to have a clear view of the number of units bought, price per unit, total price, shipping price. When I asked again via email for support, I was sent over and over the same message, without ever getting to interact with a person. The items are for the office and I have a very hard time To get reimbursed (more than $300).
I used Amazon many times in the past and never encountered a problem with their post-sale service; I was actually surprised by their incredible efficiency. I think that sometimes it is better to pay a little more but to have someone who solves (and does not CREATE) problems on the other side of the line!

I have bought products in the past and they have come slow but finally would appear recently I have bought items the Have nots arrived and when I asked for a refund sometimes I refund the shipping cost of the item never gets refunded I have like 5 items on order now that have not arrived. I will not be buying from them in the future shipping is extremely high even though the products are fairly inexpensive but if you don't get them you still wasted 15 or $20. And there's no real way of customer service

There is NO tracking, nothing when I enter the tracking place I just get more advertising. It says the product should have been received 9 days ago. Nothing. When i try to go someplace to ask I just get more advertisements. I have no idea of the quality of the product I haven't received it. Run away don't buy there.

They give fake delivery dates. Wish stands for "wish my stuff will arrive'. My order got move 3 weeks with no information.

Update: I deactivated my Wish account yesterday. Got verification code on my phone etc. Today when I was logging to my Gmail (I have 2 step verification) I received verification code from Google and from same number that sent me verification code to deactivate my Wish account.
I've changed my password. Tried again and same situation. So I've removed my phone number from Google. Changed password again, added phone number, set up 2 process verification again. Now it stopped. But what the hec was that? I know there are hackers on Wish but seriously? People watch out, they have access to your email, password etc.
I have few issues with Wish. First - it's so hard to find something, search option doesn't work at all! So frustrating! I could understand if it was showing you related items but instead you will see bunch of crap you don't need. Like today - I was looking for small drawer unit, all I got instead were clothes and other junk. After 30 minutes I wasted, I had enough. Another issue - prices - no clue what is going on with Wish but some items are way overpriced. This is China - why I would buy something form Wish and pay $100+ if I can go to any other store in USA and pay same or little more? But here another issue some prices are so high at Wish that you can literally find cheaper items on Amazon. And here is my other issue - you can find items from Wish at Walmart, Michaels, Joann etc. and they cost the same or price difference is not even worth buying from Wish because of shipping and waiting period. It looks like if you want to save some money going to Goodwill or any other thrift store seem better idea.

If you don't receive your product then you have to pay to get any information about your order. You can't call them at the number they give. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I only lost $13.00, be safe buy some place else!

I purchased a large bottle of car wax. I had to wait two months to receive it and when it came it was so small you can't even do a whole car. When I contacted customer service they kept sending me e mails in Spanish. When I asked them to reply in English they replied again in Spanish. They are the worst and I would never buy another product from them! If you still choose to deal with them don't say you weren't warned. They cannot be trusted!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
