I placed an order on 16 th of November. The irems started to come after 2 months. Some came after 4 months, one item never came. I tried to contact them but there is no e0mail, only automatic support that can never answer your question. I am writing this review on May, 18th, 2020. See the stupid answer I get when trying to review this item!

Never even got to the purchase option. The item I was looking for was priced at $5 and some change. By the time shipping and taxes added to made the price closer to $10. Too many negative comments about this company. Go to someone you trust.

The delivery date when I shopped says in less than a week but once I ordered, it is showing me more than 2 months. I don't even get any update on some of my orders. This is the worst business I've ever had to deal with. I ordered over $600 worth of items one item alone being $500 and they took my money and made me wait two to three weeks before they informed me that the item that they took my money for was out of stock. They refunded my money, thank God, but there is no live person that you can talk to, you have to talk to an automated machine through text. Is the absolute worst and an absolute scam. Is stay away! Stick with the original, Amazon!

My three products were suppose to turn up 12th april but didnt then the date changed to 29th april and didnt turn up, then the date changed again to the 24th may and guess what, didnt show up, now its saying 30th may. All i keep getting are emails saying im still in the delivery window so cannot have a refund. Fourth delivery window and will lilely keep changing while they keep my money. No way to speak to anyone apart from automated emails. Will never use this company again.

However the Jewelry (free - pay shipping) is made of high quality delivered in decent time, and most of it is from China.

On 05th March I purchased masks 100 pcs from wish. Price $22 plus the delivery fee of $13 but never arrive till today. I contacted the support service but the system said I need to wait till 20th of May. On 16th of May I cancelled the deal but the system said "the unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on 15 May 2020". Wish is just a scam company. I regretted buying from Wish

They were promising quick deliveries "15"ish days even with the covid situation. The date arrived, then changed. I waited. The new date arrived... Then changed again. I asked for a refund and the website does not let me ask or talk to a human.
I have to go on twitter... They tell me to wait until May 14 to be eligible... I ask on the 15th... Now they tell me to wait until May 26.
At this point, it is a scam. More than happy to wait more, but not to be led around and lied to

Multiple thefts from my credit card using my Wish account. Wish "customer service" just gives me the run around and pretends not to understand what I am complaining about even after I have listed all the fraudulent transactions.

Wish. Com seems to be a scame
Wish. Com seems to be a scame, I ordered 5 things 2 month ago and I paid for it. 2 month later i received non of it, when I tried to reach customer service it seemed like mo one cared, even when they refund me for 1 item out of the 5 that I ordered they refunded partially refund did not have the desansy to refund my whole amount after waiting for 2 month o did not receive my items or my money. I will keep writing bad reviews about them.

The shipping with this company is just plain awful. I never received a product that I ordered and have tried e-mailing them with no response since you can't call them right now. It is VERY frustrating when you can not talk to a person!. I have many orders that I put in weeks and weeks ago. I'm done with this company after these orders hopefully get here. In the meantime, I better get refunded for an item that never got delivered. Just terrible!

I ordered a Bose bluetooth head phones, first when I see it says £16 when I clicked to buy says £22 and when I finally clicked to slide to final pay says £32 total, £10 delivery, that is double the price that I have been told, anyway I still bought them, the parcel arrived 5 days later and the driver lefted the parcel outside my door never even ring the bell to let me know, after I opened it was a long ladys hair atached to the headphones, It was disgusting, and it looks fake, I will never ever order again from here, I am not happy with this company.

Prices changed between me adding the item to my cart and checking out. Shipping costs are high. Customer service is extremely lacking. I have been trying to get a refund for an order cancelled 2 minutes after it was placed because the prices changed. They continued to process the order and shipped the item several days after placing and then immediately canceling the order.

Ordered nearly a month ago. Recieved one item out of 5. Postage paid on each individual item. Then had the nerve to charge for customs for over £11. Cheap imported crap from China. Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
