I ordered 4 things from Wish. Three did arrive. The smallest and least expensive by far. The larger and very expensive item showed as shipped the returned to their warehouse. Now they will not refund my money, siting it shipped and keep extending the wait time. Their automated Customer Service is on no help so basically they have stolen my money. DO not make the same mistake I made. Please do not deal with this rip off company under any circumstances. If you read this and do then you deserve what you get.

I ordered two outdoor bar stools from wish.com. It emailed me claimed that the products were delivered. I never received them. I live in California, its tracking info showed they were delivered to Wisconsin. Despite repeated email exchanges, it simply insisted that the products were delivered even after i showed the order confirmation from them which clearly showed my California address. It wanted me to contact the carrier by myself to have the products re-routed. Unlike most of other online orders i had, the carrier never appeared in the process. The tracking info and delivery message were all generated by wish.com. It simply collected the money and fabricated shipping and delivery information. I then found out that the company has an F rating at BBB site, other buyers had the same complaints like mine. Don't understand why the government allows such an operation to exist.

Wish tries to act like other companies but offer zero protection for consumers. They state items delivery will be in two weeks but then later inform you it's three months. Despite item still in China, there is no way to cancel. It's simply not worth using for a few pounds saving as items will take half a year to arrrive & wish avoid contact with customers. Deleting the app is the way to go.

I used to love this app. I always received my items and the few times I didn't, I was instantly refunded. If I received something that wasn't great, I also got my money back AND keep the item! But now I haven't been receiving anything. It really makes me sad to say that I am not going to be using them unless they figure out their shipping problems. It's not cus of Covid either. Deliveries were fine until about a week and a half ago.

WISH claims I received an order that was never delivered. After 2 weeks they asked me to look around my surroundings to see if it was left. We are in a pandemic and everyone is home and I have a deadbolt lock on my gate. UPS notifies me when I'm expecting a delivery and again after it's delivered. I never got any notification from UPS either way. WISH is uncooperative and it appears me not getting my package is not their concern just my loss. Terrible customer service and you can't talk to anyone.

No customer service, NONE. It shouldn't take 2 months to get a refund of an item that I should've received almost 10 weeks ago. But I had a choice of a refund of the S & H now or an entire refund in 4-6 weeks. No chance at speaking to anyone or having a legit email exchange. I'll never deal with this "company" again.

The customer support is a bad joke. My item ($35) shows delivered since April 14th and when I look for support it has only an electronic support with generic responses (worse than siri) saying that I need to wait a little more since it can be stuck in customs. If don't receive it in some days to contact them again... but contact whom if this is the same electronic response... they just don't have any human support.
It is a paradise of scams.

I ordered something, when I checked shipping tracking information it reads that it was delivered and someone signed for it, the problem is the address I provided on wish app was not the address it was sent to, I got this information from ups but they cannot tell me where it was sent for safety reason, and I cannot get ahold of anyone from wish to tend to this problem

I bought a motorized walking treadmill for $327 from Wish. They sent it through UPS and claimed it was left at my garage. I was home that day, when I received the delivery alert, I went outside to look for the package, but it was nowhere in sight. I live in a cul de sac, I have never lost a package before. So when I looked at the delivery details, the package was 4.1lb, highly suspicious. How is it possible a piece of equipment like that weight 4.1lb? I contacted Wish for about 7 times and escalated to their official complaint portal, then they told me to go back to the Order page to talk to the Customer Services there. If the package was lost, all I wanted is to file a Lost Claim through UPS, but UPS needs the sender info, which I requested and explained numerous times to their CS, but all I have received so far is they can't process refund because the package was delivered. Wish is not willing to help any further and ignored my complaint as this product is highly suspicious as scam. I used to buy smaller products from Wish, but after this experience, it shows they really do not care about customer complaints. I would never buy from them again. If you are considering buying anything from them, buyers beware.

Package never sent to us, check with UPS, wish lable to different address. Follow up with Wish they shipped to wrong Place, wish keep saying it was resolved as the tracking show as delivered. Lol.

Ordered a birthday gift for our granddaughter. It was in stock and was to arrive by 5/7/20. No item, when you track it using the tracking item they sent, the item is in China. Now the expected date is 5/22/20 hopefully which will be after the birthday. If I knew it came from China upfront, I would not of ordered it. Thankfully it was only 1 of many gifts we bought. First time order from this site totally a "BAD EXPERIENCE". Bought a 4ply 50pcs mask in early Feb and was provided a ship date in late Mar. Since then they keep postpone the shipment date. When write to enquire reply was shipment close to delivery not able to refund. Processing date again change to Apr then to May. Ok fine I wait. But today is already coming to mid May I recheck status it indicate item you ordered is out of stock. Would you like a similar, "UPGRADED" item at no additional cost? Ok fine I accept that too. When I ask to choose from the list of items given. Either indicate routed not allow or expect to chose something at lower end. How could this possibly call a upgrade. It cheating. Why indicate a processing date when you cannot even ship. Why give a upgrade when you cannot even match the item I buy. I know the item it cheap but that doesn't mean you can scam buyer $$$ like that. Total disappointment.

I purchased an item from Wish which worked on day one, but not on day 2. I wanted to ask them a simple question of whether I could return without original packaging, as I'd thrown it away when the item was working at the start.
Impossible first to find an easy place to ask the question. They have a bot which only gives you certain options, but not to actually ask a question. Their email, which I eventually got hold of, kept going back and forth (once a day) without answering my question, until they eventually told me to go back to the bot.
Infuriating. I'm not someone who gets easily agitated, but when questions as simple as this don't get replied to, and you get sent on a wild goose chase, it gets incredibly frustrating.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
