I have ordered 4 items on WISH and never received one - these were regular priced items that were supposed to arrive, not "limited supply." The first was a tablet, which they said was out of stock from the store but they were looking for it from another store. It was ordered on April 11 and supposed to arrive April 25. They are supposedly still looking for it. The second was another, higher priced tablet, which they claim was sent to the wrong address and refunded, but I have doubts that what arrived in Hershey, PA instead of Valley City, ND was really a tablet; it could have been an empty box sent to get a tracking number from USPS. They refunded it without asking if I would accept a refund (I would have chosen another tablet), and they still have this item for sale at higher prices than I paid. I also ordered My COVID face mask and a string of solar lights, but would be very surprised indeed if I ever receive either one.
If you irder a sale item its always out of stock.
The shipping is more the the item.
And the delivery takes for ever.

They never deliver merchandise. No telephone to contact. They do not respond to email, and their chat is a robot set up to respond to FAQ. Promised an item by April 23, then May 1st, then May 2nd, now June 21st. The tracking numbers do not work and only show that the merchandise is still at warehouse in China. When I asked for my money back, they responded with denied, item already shipped. It was not. Went back the second day and suddenly my email account name and password are not good.

My account was hacked by someone in Russia, they bought things on my account. I sent an email to Wish, they responded asking for information of the products which I sent. That was 2 weeks ago and they have done NOTHING. I have uninstalled the app but still have many things on order. Terrible and dangerous customer service.

There are many fraudulent businesses selling products on Wish.com.

I received the order confirmation with the correct shipping address. Then days later I received an email with shipping info. My address was completely changed (from NY to Washington). I sent numerous emails and private messages to rectify this. I have no idea why the address would change. Item was delivered to an address in Washington and accepted by an individual.

Do Not and I repeat, DO NOT purchase anything from this scam site out of Asia. They still your money. I have lost so much money on this site and they say they are refunding me and never do. When you try to reach "customer support" it's just an automated service that throws out generic answers to your concerns. I finally withdrew my account when I repeatedly reached out to let them know that some of my items weren't delivered. Generic response after a generic response. I got fed up and demanded someone call me. Of course, they couldn't because they are a scam. They don't have any real, human customer support. They kept telling me that my iten was delivered and I kept responding that it hadn't been delivered. Two of the items, I did the "pay half, pay later" and told them I wanted a refund for the first half and by aby means, do not charge my card for the other half when it's due. I deleted ny CC info off the account but had a feeling that wouldn't be enough, I was sure they had it recorded. So I cancelled the card I was using on the site. It'a good thing because sure enough, they still tried to charge my card on that date. Not only have I lost money from this site on fake delivered merchandise but they tried to get even more.

Honestly I would give them a zero or even negative stars if that were an option. I placed an order on March 8,2020, and still have not received it. After ordering the item my estimated shipping window was April 5 - April 29. Still ridiculous, but I thought maybe COVID-19 was impacting their shipments. With that being said after not receiving my package my April 29th I sent an email to customer service. I received a very basic message back stating that I was still in the shipping window (which I wasn't) and that I should be receiving it by May 6th. Yesterday, on May 7th I still had not received my package and sent another email. Once again I received an email back stating that I was still in the shipping window. After that I got pretty heated because 1. I believe I am talking to a bot and their customer service is made up and 2. I am far from the shipping window. It should not take 2 months to receive a package. I asked for a refund, and they will not give me one. WISH IS A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I placed an order more than a month ago and did not receive any updates from them. When I tried to check the order status, I could not see any orders placed. When I messaged customer service (*******), they responded saying that my payment was not processed as my identity has to be verified after I send a photo ID. This is never a practice with any online purchase and I do not see why Wish requires photo verification. I checked my credit card statement and I was charged for my order. I messaged customer support once again, attaching a screenshot of my credit card billing and lo and behold, I have not heard from them. This is all too shady and I have been charged 120 dollars for nothing.

We ordered a wood puzzle kit. They shipped the wrong one. Arrived weeks late. When I protested, the insisted I keep sending more and more photos. I had to send three shipments. 15 photos later, the denied all responsibility. I sent a screen save showing the misleading confirmation. They ignored it. Finally, they offered a refund, provided I ship the item back, which would more than the value of the item. Rather than do the right thing on a $23 purchase, they cheated a trusting customer. THE LESSON: DO NOT BUY FROM WAVES!

I realize that it takes longer for everything now a days, but wish is crappy all around. Things that I ordered are going to take 2 or 3 months to get to me and they're coming from china and I wouldn't have ordered the items if I knew that at the start. Don't buy from them.
I've ordered from some other places and they truthfully tell you that they don't have the items in stock give you good info on turnaround time and get it too you as quick as possible.

This company are a huge scam, please do not shop here, you risk having your bank account emptied. I purchased one item at the start of May only. A few after that, a number of items had been purchased under my account to be shipped to me which I had NOT authorised. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
