Would have given a lower score but that wasn't an option. Placed an order in February which hasn't arrived. Emailed customer services several times to say it hasn't arrived. Then received an email telling me i have to pay for the item... AGAIN IT HASN'T ARRIVED! When i informed them of this for about the 5th time they said their records state it was posted through my letter box ( i don't have a letter box!) and that therefore i have to pay for it... this isn't the first time something hasn't shown up or has got lost in the post but usually they are ok with it and either send a replacement or refund the money. I dont see why i should have to pay for something i haven't got!
Anything you see china on it, its fake and cheap and its not going to last for 3 days :( :( :( :( :(.

Checked out Wish recently and found the prices to good to be true. Checked out some reviews and most were bad. Decided against any purchase but because I gave my email I receive emails every day from multiple email addresses they have. I "unsubscribed' but to no avail and cannot stop these emails. My email to their "support" has had no reply.

If you order anything from Wish and wonder why it's so cheap here's why. Everything is sent by regular mail from Asia and comes by ship. I waited three months for things I ordered on Wish. The second reason is quality. 99% of items are poorly made, low quality or fake brand name knock-offs. Anything electronic will break or stop working after several weeks. Same goes for anything ordered from Aliexpress... all late arriving junk.

I occasionally like to shop on Wish for phone cases because of their low prices. I purchased a few from Wish and was happy with most of the cases that I found. A few looked a little cheap, but overall I was happy with my purchase. Wish has a different shipping price for each item so often times when purchasing multiple items, shipping can be high.

I just found this site and I'm a pretty trusting soul. I am home recuperating from spine surgery at BARROWS... My daughter's birthday is in June so since I can't go out (surgery AND Virus) I ordered a dress... Because I then looked over OTHER. Dresses (curiosity) and then because there is NO WAY to just verify your order BEFORE hitting the "PAY" BUTTON... WISH.COM... charged me $79.84 for what was supposed to be a.$3.00 charge! (They had changed the price at checkout to $14.00). I swallowed that and NOW I CAN'T REACH ANYONE... There 1-800 # goes NOWHERE! NO WAY to reach ANYONE! I KNOW NOW that everything comes from CHINA;! I feel VIOLATED... Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.(like with GROUPON, etc) I just want to cancel EVERYTHING...(I Had also ordered 5 pairs of medical gloves for apprx.$7-$10... This is a scam. What they do is, after a while of you being a customer, suddenly something will be "ordered" from your account. They instantly refund it, but it goes to "wish credit" and they will NOT refund your credit card. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge to get my money back, which was a huge pain. The people in this company should be thrown in jail. This is so wrong.

I ordered an item from Wish.com on 20 April, I paid for shipping and was guaranteed a delivery date by 4 May. After five days watching my item move between warehouses in spread throughout China, all updates ceased on 25 April.
I attempted to reach Wish.com through their online customer service where I discovered it to be a one hundred percent automated system of yes/no questions that provided almost the same general, non specific answer no matter what I chose, something to the effect of "You've paid for your item and it has shipped. Because we use a variety of international carriers, it may be difficult or impossible to provide tracking updates. Please continue to wait for your item."
After days of trying to reach a human being, I went looking for an 800 number to call customer service. I had to Google search to find the number, and when i found and called it, "Thank you for calling Wish.com. We no longer provide phone support to our customers. Please use our online customer service link for more assistance."
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it is obvious Wish.com is a scam. Wish.com responded to BBB's complaint with a response that was nearly word for word the same automated information I received using their online customer service and is refusing to refund me as "... our records show your item has shipped." They've added an additional 8 to 12 weeks waiting time before I receive the item they claim "Already has shipped."
From the time I purchased the item, I believe all the information Wish.com provided was fraudulent and intentionally misleading; Wish.com, a mistake I will never make again!

Be aware that the Wish Platform is all about taking your money and nothing else. They block communications between buyers and sellers. Claim that the seller didn't issue a refund and the reality as buyers don't get their money back and sellers also don't get their money.

Do not order from this site. Things look catchy because they are priced that way and the products truly are CHEAP made. In addition, after I ordered the first time, my credit card was hacked and all of a sudden I started getting additional purchases being made. Not trustworthy at all. Also hard to get any contact with this company - no numbers to call - all automated online. Products also take a long time - I have been waiting 2 months!

I ordered an item on 4/16. On 4/21 I received an email stating the item had shipped and would be delivered by 4/27.
There were no updates to this email. Selecting track the package received a 404 site not found error on my mobile device. I received the same for contact support. The delivery date was updated to 5/4 and on 5/4 updated to 5/19. I used a tablet to avoid the 404 error and contacted support. I received an automated text "agent" with limited questions and answers, There is no way to request a cancellation or ask a specific question. Totally unsatisfactory experience. Avoid this retailer.

Haven't receive 50% of items I placed two months ago! Wish.com has no customer service at all! All I've got were bot answers from their fake live chat! Wish.com is like: "I've got your money. All done! Good luck! Lost items? Sorry we are not available." Stay away from Wish.com!

It was the best of times it was the worst of times. Prrices are very low but expect items to arrive 2/3 of the time. And to get the runaround from customer service. For example, WISH.COM will ask you to contact the shipper If an item has not arrived and the shipper will say that the referenced item number was either delivered to a different address or not delivered at all. Wish.com will make no admiaaions and wont reship or refund... So far...

I ordered some cheap masks from January 2020 and had the delivery postponed several times. The last notification for delivery is now July. I dont even have the option to cancel it now. I have not bought anything else and just realised when I happened to check my order history that there were two purchases amounting to almost $300 which I did not authorise and one refund of which I know nothing about. Someone has been using my account to place rubbishy goods on order just to take money from my account. Surely it's Wish themselves or their sellers! I never received my item. I called UPS they revealed that the package was delivered to another person in the same city. I called Wish to let them know they would not refund me, even though the package was not sent to me. They refused to make a simple phone call to confirm that it was delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. The label information even confirmed that it was for them and not me. I had to contact my bank to handle it. Customer service was very poor they kept saying " package says delivered, no refund". SMH What a scam and Wish is an enabler.

Now they are giving me 100 excuses not to refund back my money.

I am requesting refunds on about 4 items. I get computer viruses every time I buy something. And, the attached item purchased March 26, still shows the package tracking date same as the purchase date.
Also, those who get their packages in less than 30 days, must be paid to say that, or live in China or both.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
