Brought glue for acrylic nails, my god do not buy. Dangerous stuff. More like lethel super glue. I put a small drop on a piece of cloth it gave off a little bit smoke, and burnt through to leave a hole. Disgusting never using site ever again. I had to throw it in bin. So didt think to keep it. All the stuff they have is Chinese knockoff bull$#*! and you pay over 10$ for shipping and have to wait months to get your product. Now there are some good items if you know what your looking for as long as you don't mind waiting. They are suppose to refund your shipping if you don't get it in there window but lately they just extend it months and give you nothing. I'm very disappointed in there service

First time on Wish and I was trying to order super cheap stuff priced at $2 each! Well, I don't know what happened but I was charged $154 Canadian on my credit card and it looks like I am getting boots for $42 and a sweater for $19 and bathing suit cover up for 23! Plus shipping! WTH! I never agreed to that! NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from Wish and their deceptive selling!

I ordered over priced mask. That after order was placed delivery date was 90 days. The money was taken out of my bank immediately. I called customer service but they had no record of order funny they got there money. Didn't seem to care guess i got scammed.

They use a bot to communicate and if the item has been shipped they won't cancel the order. Don't buy from them. There is no customer service since it is all automated. Nearly a month and not yet received. From their tracker it looks like it went back to the original destination. I WISH I hadn't purchased from them.

Prices advertised double once you try to place an order. Or, they charge your card, hold your money for a day or two, then say SORRY that promotional price is no longer available. Don't waste your time.

Old Saying... You get what you pay for! Right! Products are long in delivery, some haven't come at all. Not always as pictured, difficult to post a review on their website (wonder why!). Some earrings come without backings; backings I ordered separately wouldn't work, (holes too tiny). Many items poor quality. They offer daily specials at ridiculously tempting low prices, but not once, have any of them really been available. (They say, instead, we can return your money or credit your account.) I've finally had it, will never again buy anything from them. Reading other reviews, its worse than I thought. As I said, Buyer Beware!

I ordered one pair of shoes and was shipped and charged for 3. I tried to get in touch with them on their website and it would NOT connect. I emailed them several times. First, I had to send photos, then I had to give a better description, then they told me that it had to be returned through the website that doesn't connect. Oh, and by the way, my time was up and it couldn't be returned. Total scam and hard to work with. Photos of things are good but items are cheap and cheesy! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

I saw on Wish.com that 50 pcs of surgical face masks cost $5, good deal right, especially in the current situation, So naturally I placed an order (Luckily I only place 1 order). I placed my order somewhere in Feb 2020, till now I have yet to receive my item. But guess what, when I go back to check my order, I clicked back the item that I ordered, the posting immediately change 1 pc of surgical mask instead,, Lucky for me, I took a screenshot of MY ORDER and sent it to their Customer support but to date, they only "manage" to investigate and tell me that my order was for 1 pc. HELLO... DID YOU NOT SEE THE SCREENSHOT I SENT?! To make things easier for you, I even circled the original posting so that you no need to search for the information. I ask for refund but NO NEWS as usual
I also ordered a mobile phone supposed to arrived on 27 Apr (ordered in Feb as well), waited for almost 2 months. When the item did not arrived as per scheduled, the customer support can only gave me standard replies asking me to wait till 10 Jun. Even if I want to ask for refund, THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ME!

They delete your order history once it goes past it's delivery date. Customer service might as well be nonexistent.

On website it says 3 days delivery. In confirmation email after ordder it says 8-10 days delivery. In fact it is more than 60 days delivery. Very bad experience. Not recommended unless you can wait for a few months for your articles

I place an order for some 'Spring Fuel clips' for a car; Quantity x 1, Price stated £1.92 and a delivery of charge of £1.20. Didn't think anything more of it and awaited delivery to a collection point. I received the notification to collect and price confirmed; Quantity still 1, Price paid £36.22, Delivery charge £32.94 a total cost of £67.35!
The worst of it is even though I have a copy of the order which confirms everything I have stated here, Wish.com still argue that they 'have the right to change the price at any time' - they actually wrote that down in an email to me! Amazing that and I wonder how that gets around the 'Sale Of Goods Act'. Then they tried a new approach and said I ordered 9, I didn't; the order page says 'Quantity 1'. Even if I did order 9 (which I didn't), that is 9 x £1.92 = £17.20. The delivery cost increase, I am sure they will try and justify that one.
You can't just change the price of items as and when you want otherwise society would breakdown. Imagine all companies saying they can change the price whenever they feel like it. It would make a fantastic business model, advertise a car, sell and take the money and then when they come to collect add £20k onto the order - can't wait, I'll be rich in no time.

Hi I used wish and my item arrived all good 4 months later the card I used got hacked by wish, on the weekend at about midnight 17 wish transactions went through random amounts climbing each time they got $856 dollars from me luckily I got it quick and cancelled my card. Now weird parcels are arriving from wish clothing no tags, no letters random stuff. I think they have stolen my identity. They attempted to hack my account by putting PayPal amounts of $0 a few days before and even tried to take $250 out under a paypal transaction

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
