I bought the items in late March/early April and am now finding out that I have to wait until late May/early June to get them. Beware of their so-called 1000 W LED grow lights I bought a dozen of them I managed to keep for working by robbing parts from the other eight they refunded on four of them total and when I complained about the rest they arrest him from my Account history so I couldn't complain anymore or ask for a refund as they broke none of them lasted more than a couple of weeks except for two And they only lasted a few months and I had to start putting Parts in them also none of them were 1000 Watt they were 300 watt I grow mine in big potbelly drums one plant to a drum one light and that's the only way they work there really junk

Ordered some essentials for my daughter since she is a traveling nurse. They did not come in on scheduled date and they refuse to cancel, change shipping address or work with me. The products are coming in a month to two month after I ordered it. They even refuse a refund. Now they are be in ng delivered to god only knows who because my daughter is going to another hospital away from the one she was at. Bad customer service.

Placed 2 orders, both transactions were immediately paid via my Visa. Received NO email from either vendor and have not received either item after a month. Called the 800 number "not currently offering phone support". Worst experience ever. Beware of this site, I'll never use it again. Terrible.

Item description was 50 pcs of face mask and I bought 2. After almost 2 months, they sent me 2 single mask instead of 100 pcs. Can you imagine how much those low quality mask cost me? Costumer service also doesn't do anything and mostly is just an automated answers from the system.

Wish is a fun site but you have to be careful. Sometimes it's amazing deals and sometimes TGTBT. It really is hit or miss.
Do not order any item from this website.
It is absolutely scam and no protection for your purchase. If you receive a wrong item you have to pay post for return. It's ridiculous.
You can rather to go on eBay. A better customer protection.
I am not afraid to give order number.

Beware of this SCUM!, I wrote a review some days ago, advising about this site bad practices. I didn't use wish since a year ago, some weeks ago they started to make orders under my account using my Credit Card without my permission, if you read carefully this post or in (reviews dot io), there are many people with this problem. I canceled my Credit Card due to this SCAM site a week ago. Today i logged in to see the account, and they are still trying to charge orders under my cancelled Credit Card. Don't use this site if you don't want to get cheated. King Regards!.

Stay safe, if you ever used it block your card and delete account. I used it in 2018 to buy 3 things aand deleted the app, 10. 4. 2020. Some russian Sergei from Krasnodar is ordering with my card. They save your card number and cvc somehow, maybe even sell it to these third parties. Support is useless, they keep sending automatic answer over and over again, I have contacted them on wish.com and also on email *******@wish.com. Found Lysol Disinfectant Wipes on Wish.com on 4/1I3. Too good to be true! Ordered them immediately as I'm trying to protect my frail 85 yr. Old mom (and her caregiver) against this deadly virus. Shipment was supposed to go out the following week. Was feeling relieved that I could help her. Decided to check order today. Found out the they canceled the order on 4/15 without letting me know! When searching their product inventory again, only saw Asian sanitizing products that I don't trust. I'm not looking for a designer bag "knock-off" - I'm looking for potential survival during these times...

Don't deal with them - I ordered a pair of "top quality headphones" greatly reduced to £22.00! I was charged £10 postage and assured I would have priority delivery. Almost a month later a pair of low quality headphones arrived, they are £21 on EBay with free delivery. It's not worth the hassle of returning them as knowing this company I wouldn't get my money back. Lesson learned don't get caught like I did!

You'll find a fair amount of counterfeit brands and bait and switch type deals where they might show pictures of, say a 512gb memory card, but you get shipped a 512mb card. They offer a refund or'wish credit' my guess is that's a cash generating scheme for the site. Just like those screaming deals for like $. 80 that you never win, but paid for, and you get the same refund offer. Just figure how much cash they can generate with, say, 1M people sending in $. 80 cents? Even if half ask for a true refund they've still generated nearly half a million.

Please do not buy from wish, I had 6 fraudulent charges on my credit card from wish! And the item was ship to weird Russia addresses that do not even exist! How did the seller even manage to ship the item out?! Scammers! One of the order was the best, it was marked delivered to Russia' in a day! From China!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
