I ordered shoes from Wish early February. It is now mid April and I still dont have my order. Whenever you try to contact them they have an "auto response" saying if i contact them by April 15th if I hadn't received my order they will send a refund. I contacted them that day. Their response now says contact them in May to receive a refund if i have not received my order. I don't believe i will ever receive my order or my refund. DONOT ORDER OFF OF THIS APP! You will just lose your money and waste your time trying to get it back!
Ordered trainers they sent a size 4 a 5 was ordered there telling me the right size was sent! It's rubbish and they want me to pay the postage back. The quality is terrible

Can I give this company negative stars? They have no customer service and they have no accountability they don't make refunds in a timely manner and I hope they aren't operating much longer. I started out with a small order 20 bucks and it made it ok, it was late but no big deal. Then I reordered and the wheels came off the cart. They sent the package to the wrong house in the same city. The addresses weren't even close. I would understand if i lived on 324 main and it went to 234 main street but my address is like 90 Elm Street and they sent it to 8624 MAiN STREET in the same city. Now how the hell did that happen? They have no call center so i can't call and say "hey you people sent my package to the wrong address" but no phone number. I did send an email and i received one that said in 2 weeks... try again. MAybe it will appear out of thin air. I know why they're called WISH because I WISH I had used Amazon. I went to that address where they did send it and it was in a super scary very poor neighborhood and everyone was looking me over then as i get near the door a dog comes from under the house and tries to bite me I run get in my car and flee with my life. This is not what I had envisioned for my life when I used WISH and now I Wish I hadn't. UPDATE 2 Weeks later the mail bot tells me I should give it more time. What a rip off.

I ordered 3 items, they took the money straight away and cancelled 2 of the items today with refunds. Advised the remaining item will take 6 weeks to ship. Would never have ordered if I'd known. Don't use!

I strongly advise you DO NOT use wish if you want to keep your Money safe! Last sunday 12-04-2020 I received an email from paypal saying that i had authorized a payment for Wish. Of course I didn“t but someone did! Someone who entered my account. Wish customer service is MISERABLE! They send poorly translated automatic responses and ignore any explanation on the subject. Appaarently this situation also happened to more people, as I was able to verify on the complaint portal here in Portugal.

The deals are occassionally good, but I have bought more defective products from them than anyone else, though the return/refund process is somewhat easy. Even with express shipping, orders are late; regular orders take weeks. Often deals can be found for less on other sites. Not a go to.

I stupidly didn't do my research on this company and got scammed big time. I ordered a water distillation machine and on the day it was to arrive I sat in the living room all day watching/waiting for my package. Checked on the website and the UPS site and it said delivered. No one ever came to my door with a package. The Wish company said that since there was an 'electronic' proof of delivery that was good enough for them. I tried to dispute it through Paypal and they sided with Wish. I am now having to do battle with UPS to try and get my money back. I hate dishonest people almost as much as I hate liars. This company will not protect its customers and takes the seller's word at face value with no real proof of delivery. If you order with them consider it a donation, because you will never see the merchandise that you order. I really "WISH' that I had done my research and gone with a more trustworthy/reputable store.

They are good at taking your money. But you can forget about any refunds. At first I received my refund then I made the mistake of not checking.
So today April 13 the I was checking my account. I have NOT received a refund since January! When I tryed to check on it I was told that their system refunded it. That's bull my money never was refunded to my account. It shows it being as purchase but NO credit back on my account. That's 36 terms purchase and NO refunds. I'm disabled so my money is very limited but like anyone there's things I want. DON'T trust wish. The only reason they got a 1 star there wasn't a lower to chose from.

Out of all the items I ordered from Wish - 2 were fake - advertised as one thing and rubbish when they arrived - spec was nothing like what was advertised, the rest have never arrived and I am still out of pocket even though they have refunded. DO NOT USE

Worst company. They charge a lot for courier. Delivery time in minimum 2 months. The item reached in Canada and also cleared the customs still after it takes one and a half month for wish to deliver a item that is already in Canada.
You can only ask questions that are already pre selected by wish.com.
They dont give you a option to ask your personal question through app. They are bascially a scam company. Do not order with them until they are only and only option for you. No support ph no to contact them. Fraud company. Stay away from them.

Some items show up on their scheduled delivery date, but that is very rare. Extremely long wait times for products. Sometimes, things just never show up. When asking for multiple legitimate refunds because of the wait times, your account will be blocked from getting your money back until you dispute it but submitting a form explaining why you feel you should be refunded. If you wait too long to request a refund, you won't be eligible for one. Recently, they have extended their shipping times, so now you have to wait months for your items, rather than finding better, more reliable suppliers who can meet the delivery dates. Also, they tend to extend your expected delivery date without notifying you, or giving you the option to cancel your order, instead they will offer a partial refund and make you continue to wait. It's really just a nuisance ordering anything from them. I would look for a more reliable site to buy your stuff

By the time I received my cheap X27 Plus 5.8 Android for my kids, at a cost of $69.30, and realised it didn't work, it was too late to lodge a complaint. I found the phone would not hold a charge - and indeed, overheated dangerously using the charging mechanism provided. In addition, PayPal has to this date, refused my claim after I followed their instructions, returned the phone to ContextLogic at the address provided to me by PayPal. PayPal say that although I provided a tracking no, this is not acceptable since the phone could not be returned since ContextLogic "not known at this address". PayPal now say I needed to, contrary to all their site info, provide a pic of Australia Post stamping the envelope, next to the tracking no receipt - which cannot be done during "no Contact" posting in the Covid crisis. It now appears that ContextLogic actually is the OWNER of Wish.com. Who smells a rat and why is PayPal supporting Wish.com?

There was an unauthorized order on my account, which I canceled and received a refund to my debit card. The next day there was another larger unauthorized purchase for $244 for electronics. I went onto Wish.com to cancel it and someone had already canceled it. I removed my debit card info from my account and changed the password. Wish.com later claimed the cancel request requested Wish Cash, instead of a refund. Wish.com refused to send me a refund. Their automated responses leave me no further ability to speak with them.

Purchased items using expedited shipping and have not received them and no response on the items or shipping refund due to shipment is not here this is on more then one order
Worst experience ever. I did not receive the correct item after more than a month waiting. When contacting the support, they did not acknowledge their mistake. I provided all the proof and the history of the order clearly shows them changing the picture of the product a few weeks after the purchase. This is unbelievably deceiving. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
