They took my money. It showed in their website for a month as pending, then said shipped. I never received it. When I checked back, the items disappeared from my "previous orders" list. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Dont bother with this place. Order on day, they take my credit card information, then next day I am told my order cant be filled. Then they want me to take there company credit. Are you $#*!ting me? You did not fill my first order. What makes you think I would ever order from you again. Then telling me it takes 14 business days to get my money back? It took you 10 seconds to take it and it should take 10 seconds to put it back. There lucky there not used for false advertisement and computer fraud. I will make a complaint to the federal folks to have them investigated for internet fraud. I sick of being lied to from the president of the United states and internet company.

Beyond appalling. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY and most definitely DO NOT leave credit card details on your account. $102 gone on a purchase I DID NOT MAKE. Have emailed several times, contacted via Facebook messenger - IGNORED. This company should be shut down for its fraudulent, thieving activities! And this is a common issue going by the many complaints online. I have had to cancel my credit card so these lowlife scumbags cannot get their hands on any more of my hard earned money! I joined wish and they gave me a free gift. I thought no way is this going to come, however within 2 weeks I received my free gift (a shaving gown). So I thought I betters write a reviewswish.com because they delivered on what they said. I will use them again in the future.

I sure most have heard the saying, on a slow boat from China! Well this seems to be the way they ship your order. I ordered a couple of small items (would fit in an envelop) after submitting the order on March 10th, I was given an arrival date of May 7th. Unfortunately, I will not be gone by that date not returning for 5 months, so don't know what to do. I contacted them to expedite the order or changing the shipping address and was informed they couldn't change anything. So BEWARE, if you are ordering anything from "Wish" and need it in a reasonable amount of time... You NOT going to receive it!

I have payed for many items that did not arrive! After the shipping date was changed more than 5 times the automated service finally allowed me to request a refund! The item price was all thst was refunded! Since wish charges considerably more for shipping than product I received only about 20% of the price I payed! When trying to contact them on this issue there auto response customer dis service put me in a loop that would not let me voice my disapproval of the partial refund! Since I never received the products I should not have to pay for the shipping! They have stolen from me and now fein customer support! DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I am out hundreds of dollars and countless hours of anguish trying to rectify the issue! DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM! Go to Ebay snd save money! You wont have the prices change after putting them in your cart! Try to buy some sneakers on wish. The price snd shipping cost will end upp at least double but usually triple the price shown to sucker you in! Wh as t a scam!

This company does not disclose that items are coming internationally. They also provide a ship date but only AFTER your credit card is processed. Then when the date passes, I look on my account to see what happened and the ship date is pushed out another month. No notification and no way to speak with a customer service person. All done online and they will not cancel an order. Terrible. I will never use this site again.

Someone has hacked my account and changed my name and address to theirs and I am unable to correct some of it. In addition, today I was welcomed back after not having used the app in awhile with a request to confirm my identity by sending along a photo of a recent bank statement showing a recent Wish purchase. This was all on my Android 9 phone.

Computer came without instruction info and guarantee info. They acknowledge it has a 1 year guarantee but no info how to or who to contact. Not a good site to buy because you are stuck after 30 days, all communications are closed. Unfriendly web site.

The prices look great until you enter a colour or size. Then they skyrocket compared to what was advertised. Shipping prices are terrible. I realize that these items are coming from China, but seriously. The shipping is more expensive than the item.

So it was early December 2019. I thought I was in good hands with WISH. I had ordered before and received my orders with in 1 month. I was garentede my orders before Christmas. Long story Short. Here it is March 2020. Never received anything, though I did receive partial refund on some of my orders, I'm still out of pocket for more than 90 dollars. There reason for all my misery is you did not respond for a refund within the 30 day time... Shop at your own risk!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
