Last month I was locked out of online banking due to suspicious log in activity. I sent my license as requested verified myself. This $#*! hole company has had my info since June 16. It is now July 1 and I have no access everyone keeps hanging up on me. I've been told "just keep calling back" this company should be closed they are all $#*!ing disgusting as a hair stylist this has effected my tips in so many ways I'll keep posting bad reviews until my issues are resolved because supervisors won't even tell me when my acct will be unlocked.
This bank is trash and is horrible at business and customer service never use this bank if your company does change it asap they are trash

I recently got paid $50 on a Wisely card from doing a job thru a temp agency. I needed a pair of $30 steel toe boots from Walmart for a vital job on Monday. Walmart wouldn't accept the Wisely card so out of desperation, I tried to transfer from Wisely to my normal bank account… only to be told that it would take up to 3 business days. All of this was on a Friday and I needed the boots early Monday morning. So now I have no cash thanks to the transfer, still no boots and I've had to turn down the work… which the office can't get word of until after I'm supposed to be at work Monday morning. Work here has been scare and I had been waiting for that job for a long time. It was meant to supply the $500 for my rent, which is due in 5 days and it was my only source of hope that everything would be okay. Thank you Wisely and Walmart for a week of stress and for potentially making someone homeless and unemployed.
I am so very unhappy with wisely. I currently have an entire paycheck of $2700 sitting on a debit card that I can't access. I don't understand why you have to have a debit card to be able to pull your money out of this fake bank. And that you can't transfer from bank account to bank account. Because the first debit card they sent me never arrived… I'm beginning to wonder if they ever sent it… And the second one hasn't arrived yet I literally have no access to my money. So let the overdraft start because there's literally nothing I can do to get my money at this point except to hope that the second debit card decides to arrive. They are useless in customer service. They tell you the same thing over and over once I can pull my money out of this debit card… If I'm ever able to m…I will never use wisely again!
Wisely is a bad company to trust with your money. I had a deposit and was told to upgrade my grade to get my money. I upgraded and asked the man on the phone, how long do I get my money and do I have to wait for another card because I can't wait that long. I was told no I can keep using the same card. We got off the phone and I got a email saying new card will be in the mail 7-10 business days. I can't wait that long and the man lied. I called back the next man gave me totally different information from the last guy. I was told my deposit was denied and I have to contact the sender. I asked to speak to a team specialist and he hung up on me. I called back so mad. A lady got on the phone and saved the day. Their workers tell you anything to get you off the phone.
I recently had someone tried to use my account, so I had to shut the card down and order another one. Well now I have no way to get my money, I can't transfer it to another account, I can't send some to cash app in other words I'm sitting here broke no food no gas and no way to get to my money. As soon as I get my new debit card I guarantee you I'm drawing it all out and getting me another account somewhere. This is ridiculous that you have no earthly way to get to your money unless you have a debit card
Never get a wisely ADP cards. They do not honor ach automatic withdrawls, they do not always provided temporary credits if fraud is reported and they close your account without warning or justification. They have terrible customer service because you have to wait for a call back from a manager who is thw only person with authority to problem solve whenever you have an issue. They had the never to call and asked why I received a large deposit other than my payroll. I said none of your businessz. Since when so people have to answer to our banks if and when we receive unexpected funds?
So I just got a email saying that my account was closed due to them not being able to verify my documents which is bull crap because I had sent in clear documents in order to get my card upgraded or have a good name with the wisely member and they still couldn't verify my card so they closed my card down entirely now I have to open an account with another bank and do all this other stuff that I did not want to do because wisely was not able to open back up my account and they say I'm not eligible which I know is bull crap because I'm eligible for every other card out there except for wisely I would not recommend wisely not even to the worst of your enemies cuz wisely is just bad it's awful its God awful I hate wisely for what they did and I'm trying to make money for a trip to Missouri but I can't do that now because they close my card down now I have to get in contact with my payroll company now I have to do all this other extra stuff that I didn't want to do just because they couldn't verify my identity even though the pictures are as clear as day they still couldn't verify my identity and it just makes me really mad that all the customer service can say is "sorry we can't open up your account again cuz you're not eligible" that really makes me mad so I would not recommend wisely if I could give this a negative 10 Stars I would give this a negative 10 Stars I hate this app I hate wisely I hate everything about the company thank you and please for your own safety and good do not use wisely
Made it extremely complicated to dispute a transaction that was made in a city I never traveled to. Then only disputed the small transaction and not the large one when I did, all the paperwork, and returned it in time the requested. Also recently my card was declined in a restaurant, however the transaction came off of my card twice, and I was told by a supervisor at my wisely customer service that I wouldn't be able to get my funds back until four days later, even though my card was declined in the restaurant. Not only was it embarrassing to be told that in a restaurant, but also I'm charged twice only on my end. Once my funds are back on my card I will never use this card again, it's always something with this card!
Worst customer service ever. No solutions! I've waited six hours so far for the money to go from ADP to wisely card! Still hasn't happened. So ADP shows I got paid and yet no money on my card! I need that money today. Called them and some person in India answered and I couldn't understand them and eventually I finally heard her say that my pay would be on the card in three hours. That was three hours ago and still nothing!

I received the card on Tuesday, May 23,2023, from my employer in a sealed envelope, and was told that I couldn't do anything with the card until I receive a call from my employer Addus to activate it once the money was put onto the card. I received the call from Addus on Wednesday, May 24,2023, around about 10:00 am (Chicago) time that money was on the card, and it was ok to activate it. Shortly after, I activated the card and there was a balance of $461.55. After about two (2) hours later I went to pay an outstanding bill from the card only to find that the money was gone. The card never ever left my possession, I put it back into my wallet after I activated it. I went into Addus's office to find out how this could happen when I received the card from them in a sealed envelope and the card never left my possession, nor did I give the card or pin number to anyone.
While in the office my manager called Addus's payroll department and customer service for the Wisely card. The customer service representative for the Wisely card told us "There were two transfers, one for $261.55 and the other for $200.00" and the money was transferred to a bank and bank account that I am not familiar with. I am a 62-year-old woman and have very limited knowledge of how things are done on the website when it comes to fraud or how to bank-to-bank transactions such as this.
Had a hold for $100 when I only spent $52 and never got my hold back. Least I can rate is 1 star but I rate this card LESS THAN 0! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This bank or whatever to call it. Is TERRIBLE. Your questions never get answered, they change the policy by person you're speaking to, they don't let you speak, they place you on hold before even verifying your account, they eat while talking as if you can even hear them (they sit VERY CLOSE & it's VERY loud), they hold deposits per basis, they don't process disputes, they'll lock your card and prohibit transactions if you're more than 50miles from your home. Just get you a real bank account. It's not worth it.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement card I can't get my cash off til my other card comes in the mail and I get paid in 1day I don't recommend no one to use this card service

I had to file a dispute bc for some reason my card kept getting charged for Playstation. Within doing so my card had to be blocked. First the app wouldn't let me update my address.so i had to upload my ID. NO change was made I called again still no changes.I was told they never got the ID uploaded.uploaded it again still no changes.after the fourth time and having to speak with a manager it was finally changed.after that I ordered it to be extradited 24$ was the cost. They charged my card and promised it would be sent 2days later.still no card.when I called back I was told it would take another 3 days which is really normal delivery.and charged 24$ for nothing yet still no card. I was even given a fake tracking number.I advise you to never deal with this co

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
