I bought a transmission back on February 26th and till today I haven't received my transmission so I called them Saturday the 29 of April and told them what was going on and they helped me get all my money back every single penny. They also told me it will take up to 10 business days but I got my money back 4 days later. The customer service were really good to me. Maybe I'm lucky but overall this is a good bank. And I'm a member for almost 3 years. I highly recommend this bank to those who can't have a bank on their local area. My name is tufuiopa Rommel sa. If y'all want more proof I can post pic of when I bought the transmission and when the wisely took back the whole amount.
This online banking is very un professional the do not give proper information.they have no resolution prosses they only Give programmed answer With no concern for the customer And if you have a problem with a service they will tell you what they're going To do Instead of finding a solution to fix the problem All of their guarantees and assurances on their policies as far as customer service and quick help regarding the service is not true this is a horrible service
These guys I called and told them to put a temp hold on my card so I can find it instead they put it on permanent hold can not access my remaining money then they want to charge 30 to rush a new card on their screw up if they don't speak English don't go through any company like this completely screwed me for the week hopefully I can get direct deposit changed before Thursday or I loose my Jeep and can't get to work keep it American don't deal with these guys
Won't work on Cash App, won't work at post office, won't work at ANY ATMS within a 25 Mile radius of me. I need to dispute a transaction and I can't... unbelievable.how are they allowed to be in business? This card is costing me more of my hard earned money!
This thing is a joke. They deactivated my card when I was using the Apple Pay now I have no way of getting my money til they send a new one in 10 days DO NOT use they are a scam
For the most part this card works fine, it's wen u have to dispute or file a claim or have to have a replacement card. They will make u wait to get ur money. The worst part about that is ull probably be fired before they send u ur card or put ur balance back on ur card because it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for everything to clear up. Be prepared to be broke for weeks, that means no food no gas no nothing like I'm sitting here doing. Phone off no food for about a few days now. No work because u don't have gas. I hope this place goes out of business soon because I bet u one thing, the worker that work here don't use this card
After My recent experience and reading tons of reviews from other People about wisely, They did Me a favor by closing My account and I just opened a new Banking account w/ another Bank yesterday Morning. At this point, all I'm waiting for is My expedited Payroll Check to arrive in the Mail from them any moment now. The only reason why I signed up for this Card is because My Employer stopped Paper Checks and told Me I had to sign up for Direct Deposit and that I could sign up for the Pay Card the Company provides. I wasn't 100% thrilled about it, but I didn't have much options at the Time. The Representatives either: don't never know what they're talking about, never give correct information, accents are too strong that you can't understand what they're saying and they don't even try to b helpful to Customers. If You're thinking about getting a wisely pay Card, RUN for the Hills! They are by far the worst Card Company of all Mankind.
Wisely will hold your money hostage if you lose your card they won't issue a virtual card and be rude with you when you ask questions my kids and I slept on the streets because of it!
Wisely bank sucks! Because of my job they only pay through ADP wisely so long story short, they closed my account because of an upgrade that I did not approve. Customer service said they can't do anything and I can't ever make a new account with them. But they made sure to say "thank you for choosing Wisley and have a great day" before hanging up. Ya okay Wisley... SMH in ANGER!
On 4/14/2023 $1003.00 was taken out of my account by ATM TRANSACTION, when I have my card on hand in another city 1hr 30mins away. These ATM withdrawals where done in NEWARK, CA at a CVS & then at a US BANK in a SAFEWAY MARKET 15mins apart one for $400.00-CVS and then US BANK $603.00. I contacted WISELY and was told I have to wait up to 90 days for there investigation and still may not get my money back. They had no regard for me being a single mother and sole provider needing that money for my rent, and said there is nothing they can do, but go through the process. After reading all these reviews I'm just in tears wondering if I'm ever going to get my money at all, I trusted this company since it was a part of ADP its looking like I was wrong to do so. I will defiantly keep you posted on the out come of all this, BUT IF YOU HAVE THIS CARD CANCEL IT NOW AND OPEN YOUR OWN ACCOUNT AT A CREDITABLE BANK.
They can't help with anything, and are very rude don't try to resolve anything just hang up on you or act like they don't know what your talking about. Stay away from this place not worth the headache!
Would not send card out (never sent original) until I requested a manger(after multiple calls) who verified my info and still did not send without documents and told me to call back in two days. I called back and the call center acted like the connection was break up by pause their line on and off ( I've worked at a call center before) very unprofessional and childish.
I do not approve of this bank locking me out of online access bc I login with a new device or bc I got a new card. I will be dropping this bank due to the unprofessionalism behind the inner workings of the security and I hope people pay attention to this bc who knows what else is happening to people due to Security measures.
I had a Wisley paycard from my employer. I had gotten a personal check from my mother in Christmas. Well with their take a picture and deposit it on my account they cashed it but never gave it to me! I called customer service many times then they told me they didn't deposit it. My 78 yr old mother called the bank and they did cash it. But never received it. I used another pay service after that and still never got my money!
So, I got this card set-up for work for Tips and DMR for delivery driving. It started out okay, besides fee's for ANY atm that I went to for a withdrawal. But about a year after I got it, it began to take money out of my acct. There was an administrative credit that put the money on there, and then an Administrative debit that would take it out. I couldn't make sense of it and would call wisely and talk to a representative. They came up with a lot of excuses and said it was just a fluctuation and kinda dismissed the whole thing. I didn't want to accuse them of stealing at all, but that's what it come down to. Wisely is a fraud! Do not get this card! Stay away. I'm working on finding other ways to get paid.
Time line of events:
3-6-23 Legitimate ATM withdrawal of $80.00.
3-8-23 Five text notifications, fraudulent ATM transactions totaling $680.00 from same ATM as above. I am exactly 67 miles away at home. I verify my debit card is in my possession. I immediately get on the phone with Wisely to dispute the charges. As expected, my card is locked. Two hours later I receive an email stating no fraudulent activity detected, final decision case closed. I'm back on the phone with Wisely, disputing their decision. I'm told they will send me forms explaining how they came to their conclusion and how to officially file an appeal.
3-8-23: I file a police report.
3-17-23: I receive paperwork for filing my appeal, giving me 10 days from 3-8-23 to submit my completed forms along with any documentation to support my claim. At least they gave me an email to send it to. *******@adp.com. Oh, they did not include any explanation why they refused to investigate.
3-17-23: Emailed my appeal with supporting information including police report and screen shots.
3-24-23: I receive four text alerts denying attempts for purchases on my locked card. I screen shot these notifications and immediately call Wisely to let them know whoever has my debit card number continues to try and use it. I'm told they won't investigate denied purchases. Not the point I tell them. I tried, unsuccessfully to get my point across that it wouldn't be me attempting to use a card I knew was locked. I inquire as to how goes the investigation. I'm told my case was closed again on the 15th. I ask for a supervisor. Supervisor, if she is one cannot explain why my case was closed two days before my 10 day window of rebuttal. I explain that I have now sent 5 emails with new information regarding my case to *******@adp.com. I have no clue if these emails go anywhere since I've never received a reply. I ask for a phone number for their fraud department. I'm told they will forward my case but she can't give me a phone number.
3-29-23: I print everything I have relating to my case and send it certified mail to the address provided.
I can't wait to see what happens next.
This service is abysmal at best! The fact that they have no way to provide more than a ranked feedback survey is the first sign. I spoke with a horrible, unfriendly rep at 6:31ishPM who clearly didn't want to connect me to the survey so he hung up on me. When I called back and convinced someone to connect me to the survey, unfortunately it only had ranked items survey capabilities providing no way for me to share what happened earlier. In a nutshell, I was grossly inconvenienced. My card declined an auto withdrawal because someone called my card in lost and I was never advised of this contact! Also, no replacement card was sent, nothing. I found out about the lost card at the declination. Just seemed like the process should have included some type of contact to prevent the declinations. The guy I spoke with at 6:31pm ET could care the least about my frustrations and basically hung up on me by putting me on mute for a about a minute only checking to see if I hung up. This would be the end of the story, but I called back to try to complete the survey. I did, but unfortunately, I could not clarify on it, none of this experience had to do with the lady that I spoke with connecting me to the survey at 6:43pm ET. Of course, my frustrations grew more. Awful experience. I'd prefer going to a checking cashing line at a currency exchange with crackheads and carjackers hanging at the door in a seedy neighborhood on Judgement Night over getting monies transferred to a group of disassociated individuals that thinks it's okay to hang up on a person asking for access to the money they've earned.
So my card was hacked and they stole just about 3k from my wisely pay card,I was hot! After disputing all of the charges they told me the investigation would take 90 days I was more hot lol long story short after goin through the process in about 3 weeks time every cent was put back on my card I had my doubts but they fixed it hopes this helps ease your worries if this has happened to you
Tell ya what.I'm going to cut the card up. I have others that don't charge for that nonsense. That's robbery. No one should have to pay for something because they're not using it enough. Y'all must think you're the only card company or something!
Do not try to pay bills! Absolutely will regret it. Worst experience I have ever encountered. On app says bill was paid however the biller has no confirmation of receiving. Bill is now late and now I'm receiving a disconnect notice. Absolutely worst way to pay any bill. I will never use again. Lesson learned!
Answer: Absolutely not. They will lie to you and tell you 3-5 days but twice they've taken 3 weeks to replace my debit card.
Answer: Any place is better than wisely period. Do not waste your time with this company.
Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
Answer: Thought was good choice but now, 0 customer assistance If the people i dealt with for 9 hours today worked for me, theyd be fired
