I was on hold for almost 2 hours and no one ever answered to help me. Even the live chat doesn't help. They pawn you off on calling customer service. Do not get this card! I urge you. Get a prepaid card from any other company. It was such the simplest task I needed done. Literally just activating a new card. That's all. Imagine if it was something else of bigger concern. Just imagine how effed you would be.
Wisely are no good bank I have been with them over 10 years and have had thousands of dollars go to my account and someone hacked my account for 250 dollars and they will not give me my money back this happen in Houston TX and I live in Dallas TX sent in the information they asked me to saying I did not make this transaction and still no money in my account you can't talk to a manager no legit phone number to call this happen on June 6th 2022 and still no answer as of July 6th 2022 please don't use this bank to have your money deposited in you will not get it back poor poor customer service have to wait for hours to get someone on the phone only to be hung up on
The customer service lines do not help you in any way shape or form, and just repeat to you the same sentences. I have called and chatted with the wisely customer service lines for over 2 weeks and have received zero help with my card issue!
I go to an in-network ATM to withdraw money only to be declined twice but I have a positive balance 20x the amount I attempted to withdraw. Anyhow I call customer service to see why my card was declined and discover that I was charged 2 dollars for the attempted withdrawals. The customer service representative informed me that I was charged because I was using an incorrect pin code. But I checked my email I was declined due to card inactivity. With this being said you would probably want to verify your account through customer service if you can wait 2 hours of elevator music

I lost my card and was told that I could pay a fee to have a new card overnighted to my new address (that in itself has been a hassle to change). This was on March 24th and it is now April 8th. The customer service has been abhorrent to work with and they are clearly lying. I've been hung up on three times. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BANK WITH THEM.
Had this card for a while, not used much, Never carried in public, only in my SAFE NOT USED. Decided to use it on my birthday only to find it was locked... Hmmm, $800 worth of TikTok charges the day before that I obviously had nothing to do with since the account was locked. Filed a claim that day and 90 days later the investigation was "NO FRAUD" Ha. Out $800 and they want you to prove you didn't do it. 2 hours on the phone\no reslove but to get a check for the remaining balance. If offered this card... RUN, DO NOT GET IT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU IF HACKED>

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
