Recently my gf company went through wisely to receiver her last check before she moved on to a different company. We talked to wisely because the check never went through to her account and it told us we needed to contact the company to figure this out. Was rudely hung up on and the issue was never resolved the only answer I got back was that the money had already been sent but when you go and check her bank account there was never any money in it. What I'm confused about is the fact that a company that is well known would go through a process like this and why they wouldn't just send there own check over it makes no sense if there's anything i can do to the company or wisely itself please help!
It's absolutely impossible to get any help with this company, something as simple as getting a card replacement takes weeks. I was charged for expedited shipping and still haven't received my replacement card.
The fact they have me sending in verification to change my phone number is ridiculous the way you can pick which documents to send in just for my card to still be locked two weeks later and the lady on the phone said one of them has to be my social when you can pick the way to verify it's you this card is garbage customer service garbage would not recommend
I called to see why my card wasn't working to make online purchases. I was still able to use the ATM and make store purchases. I called to fix the online situation and the call got disconnected so they locked my card completely. They are the worst bank I have ever seen don't use them.
From August 2022 until now, when ATM cash withdrawal out-of- network in Domestic Area in aaddition to the ATM operating company's fees, I was also charged by METABANK additional ATM transaction domestic fee is 56 time: $3,00 x 56 = $168,00 and 13 times ATM Decline domestic fee: $1,00 x 13 = $13,00.that is terrible. I called many times but no one solved it.
MyWisely is a horrible consumerist scam that uses your own money to profit this terrible company. I shouldn't EVER have to pay fees to get my rightfully earned money! This was forced against me at my job and I've hated it since day ONE.
Tried to take out $240 at ATM, ATM had error and declined the transaction saying my card was deactivated and to contact card issuer. I checked my card and it shows the $240 was taken out, the bank confirmed that I did not get the money. Wisely has not returned my $240. Bank says Wisely has to fix it, Wisely says bank has to fix it. Now I'm out $240 that apparently disappeared into outer space or stolen by wisely. I need my money back and I am getting no help!
I use this card through my company and been using them for over 2 years. They had a glitch on their app where you could use your finger to log in and it completely locked my card. No for some reason they won't documentation and a pay stub to unlock my card. I have greatly obliged and sending my information. But guess what it ain't good enough. By the way the people that are managing your money on this card is not even in you're the United States, they answer the phone in the Philippines. Anyway I have over $1,000 on my card and cannot get it. My card was unlocked for 2 days and then all of a sudden boom it's locked again. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, so now for me to get my money I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer and sue them. Please do not use this company. If you need a card a pay card let me know and I will buy you one as long as you don't use this company wisely. I have been embarrassed humiliated hung up on talk to like a dog, called a liar and everything else in the past 4 days. I'm warning you guys do not use wisely pay card. And I will definitely go to my HD department Monday morning and tell them how I've been treated and hopefully my company will not use wisely anymore. This is the worst card and company by 4 I have dealt with since I've been alive. Do not use!
Takes 2 days to transfer money and if your card is sent replacement takes forever and you can't even use you account electronically like other bank.
My account got hack on 08/31/2023, did the dispute right away, and still waiting for the money to be put back into my account. Already called 5 times, and always get the same answer: "We are working on it, and it can take up to 90 days to resolve". I use this bank just to put some money aside, BIG MISTAKE! I did have the same issues with my regular bank, and the first thing they do is put your money back into the account while the investigation is conducted. But these people at Wisely just don't care.
8/6/2022 460.00 was taken from my account fraudulently. I called Wisely sent in a copy of my police report. I sent a written letter as stated. They did not and will not give you your money back. It seems to be an inside job, looking at the reviews this happens all the time and this is a card that an employer offers. This is really sad and something needs to be done. I don't even give them 1 star that's really too much... absolutely horrible!
My funds was withdrawn from myWisely account at a ATM and I had no knowledge of it. After reading these reviews I believe it was an inside job. Please be aware.
Did anybody somebody get they money back I just expedite and he send a request in for credit how long do it usually take he said like Thursday or next week I already got my replacement card
These Wisely people can know their ATM didn't dispense cash and will not give you back your money. I feel it is important for anyone banking with them to consider switching cuz they can know your hurting for cash like many people and not even offer to assist u as their customers meeting their deadline of 45 to 90 days. Be careful if you want your check
My card was compromised after not even having in a full week, used it to pay my car insurance and my car note. Then got like 16 charges for $1.07. I called because obviously this was not me and the rep told me they'd send me a card. This was on 9/3/23 now it's 9/12/23 and no card. I called and the rep told me it's 7-10 business days BUT the 9/4/23 fell on a holiday (not that any of them actually live in America) and that I will get my card from the 14 to the 19th. That's 2 weeks business days or not! Now I have my entire paycheck sitting in an account with no access to my money because I need a physical card to even transfer MY MONEY! The rep said "ok no problem I can expedite it, starts typing away, then says "ok yes I can expedite it. That'll be $35. In a very sarcastic disgusting and deceitful manner. I spoke to 4 other reps asks to speak to an American was deceitfully put on hold to transfer me to one to then say they didn't have anyone, suggested to transfer me to a supervisor when the first weasel told me that he want an option. Then I get transferred to a none American supervisor that not only told me I'm not getting my card anytime soon but said that I can pay $35 to get one in 1 business day but will not be here until Thursday or Monday and today is Tuesday! I'm I overreacting?! THEN said I'd have to call to temporarily get my current card that's not active anymore unlocked to get SOME money out but that's I'd have to call and be with a rep while being by an ATM when they ask you for your whole life story before even getting to help you. Then I asked "ok can I ask to speak to an American rep then? And her answer "NO you can not, you will have to request a call back to speak to an American rep." So who the heck was the 3rd rep looking for when she claimed to be looking for my American rep?! So long story, I have starve until next Thursday to get my card or get robbed by an ATM trying to unlock my card temporarily and lose time from work. Fk this company! I'm reporting this the the BBB oh and wait, still have not gotten my funds reversed from when my card was compromised! So fk me I guess?
Your money is not safe with this bank. Do not trust them. I was robbed of 600$ and today received a letter stating and no credit can be issued my card was used in a city I'm not even in how is that even possible and saying the record Analysis indicates there was no fraud is proganda.
I've had to replace my card 10 times using this company. If your employer asks if you want this turn it down. They aren't helpful, lack information that is mostly basic. Rude and discourteous, they are a financial nightmare. I promise you this take the chance and place your money here and you will regret it. Go to the Facebook page and see how any complaints are written there. If you do have this as a banking option just know it's a matter of time before your money is lost or stolen. I definitely recommend having a lawyer look into this company.
I identified fraudulent transactions on my account and requested to lock my card. After I requested having my card lock, their customer service division decided to lock me out of the application and disputed my access into the application for 3 weeks. While I was in the process of moving my residence, I could not order a new card, yet I asked them to temporarily unlock my card so I can buy food, and they would not unlock my card claiming that it was locked as if I didn't know. Then they change their answer to saying, they can only do it once a month, and they've already unlocked it once for me and will not do it again. Wisely has failed to allow me to recover my disputed fraudulent transactions, it's been 3 months now, on top of that they've decided to disallow me the access of my cash balance on my account by telling me they won't unlock my card. I tried transferring through account and routing number only, and that won't work either. These people hold your money hostage and treat you like s***, word to the wise, don't put your money with these $#*!s!
This pay card is the worst. Someone hacked my account. They charged me 32 bucks for expedited shipping to get a new card. I could not access the account at all while I waited. The card should have been delivered in 2 days as per their promise. It took 5. They lied about when they sent it out. Their customer service does nothing and just states it is out of their hands.

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
