No call backs when disconnected ever!
Called 3 times amd was suppose to get a call back and nothing Use the automated service for a call back and still nothing,
I made a dispute a month ago and never received a new card just to call and find out they NEVER push the dispute through but they had the notes for when i called 3 weeks ago i asked the lady so what happen she replied ahe didnt know acter finally doing the whole process again amd grtting to the dispute dept this other lady is going to tell me they didnt aee the dispute amount so thats the reason why lt wasnt push forward and my old card was still active…i told her here is where the return call comes into play your company has never once returned my call on this situation so dispute dept i told the lady so how come everyone else can see the amount and i can see it on the app but dispute dept cant see it i told her repeatedly iam not a satisfied customer and this is unacceptable on every level
1. Transferring cash from my wisely account to another is iffy. Sometimes it's permitted, but most of the time it's denied. Call the wisely and they blame the other company.
2. Important debit card transactions not going through for merchant. Call Wisely and they say the other is entering the wrong zip code. ( heard that 1000 times) well that wasn't true. The merchant tried several times with the correct information and card still declined.
3. Had an unauthorized charge, called Wisely to report it. Gotta jump through hoops - we'll see how that long process ends.
4. Getting my money off this card is often a problem.
5. The customer service reps will hang up on you with NO problem. They are horrible and don't care.
I canceled all of my direct deposits. Now I no longer use Wisely. I would suggest that you cancel Wisely as well. I went back to my bank Navy Federal credit union where everything makes sense.
I noticed some unauthorized charges on my card locked it immediately called customer service they then denied my claim refused to answer any questions over the phone and their reasoning was due to similar activity I had never even been to the store they claim it was being used at the card is b******* the customer service is worse save yourself the trouble if I didn't have to have it through my job I wouldn't
These idiots take your money, Lock it up and decide weather or not to approve your own order, then you call and get an out of country non speaking English person telling me to be nice to them even though this is my money I worked and earned. I'll have my company shut off the contract in one second. Wrong person to mess with. You're going to loose your entire contract with the company I work for point blank.
Wisely worked fine for me for the first month. Then I tried to purchase something off of TikTok shop (mind you I had made an in person purchase at a store an hour earlier that went through fine) and my card was declined. I texted back YES to the automated fraud alert to confirm I was the purchaser and it told me to try again. I tried again 5 times and it still declined, so I tried chatting online with customer service. Out of the 3 different live agents I was connected to not a single one of them responded to any of my messages beyond their initial how can I help you message. When I called them, they deactivated my card even though I told them I knew where the card was (at my apartment), and the only reason I didn't have my full card number at the time of the call was because I was not at my apartment at the time. This is absolute insanity, I HAVE BILLS TO PAY.
What ever you don't use this! Go to a real bank and save yourself the headache! Even though I got paid they won't let me use access my money
She was so rude couldn't pronounce her own name and wouldn't send me to her supervisor. It sounded like she was outside and couldn't speak good English. Wanted me to send birth certificates that sounded like a scam. I ended up getting my son's card activated but with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life so far.
Wisely needs to be shut down. Their system lacks in every aspect. There costumer service is a joke. Most of the time money that they deposit is not accurate.
NEVER GET A PAYCARD HERE, IT TAKES TWO WEEKS TO GET IT IN THE MAIL, AND UNLESS YOU ARE A FOREIGNER GOOD LUCK UNDERSTANDING A SINGLE WORD THEY SAY! ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES, MAJOR RIPOFF!
I was given this stupid card from a temporary agency when I got a job through them. I'm tired of being embarrassed when I try to use it and it's consistently denied. Went out with friends last night and wanted to buy a round, guess what? They ended up having to buy my drinks all night because this awful card never works when you need it to (like when trying to pay for anything). Declined transactions at the grocery store, gas station, etc. "Sorry kids, can't get your Happy Meal because grandma's card isn't working" (when I had plenty of money in my account). I'm consistently getting error messages and can't access my money, what a joke. They should be shut down. I was told I could use this card wherever Visa or MC are accepted. Really? On what planet? Worst customer service and product EVER! Do NOT subject yourself to constant embarrassment when you work hard for your money and can't gain access to your funds. RIDICULOUS!
My card was compromised and fraudulently used but after contacting them and going through their process they decided my card wasn't used fraudulently used. I don't understand how they can determine this didn't happen when it did? Now I'm out my money and a criminal gets to keep whatever they purchased with my funds?
Ridiculous! If my employer didn't use this to pay out my tips I'd burn it!
Pretty worthless when you have to pay to transfer money to another debit card for a fee and keep the card locked at all times, a "feature "🤣

I had a stop payment I needed to engage with three different operators at Wisely and the first two had misled me into believing that Wisely is only a Employee Support Company and that they were not The Bank that issues funds. However after researching on their own web site they clearly claim that they can stop payment by either the app or by calling the number on the back of the card. Neither were true. When I called the third time to inquire why Wisely does not fulfill their promises I was somewhat talked down to and run over by the Lady I spoke with by talk with zero effort to resolve this matter. Their is no way to leave a review since the metric isn't diviseable to the lowest I would rate this Company.
My card has been compromised two times in 6 months to no fault of my own but yet ADP and wisely chooses to punish their customers and hold the money for a month and a half 45 days before you get your money back then charge you $25 for you to get another replacement card in 3 days instead of 7 to 10 business days so how is this fair to their card holders I was biting my own business at home doing yard work get a notification at $300 of my money was spent at a Walgreens that I did not do and instead of them giving me my money they are holding it for 45 days for it investigation then charge me $25 to get a replacement card so I can have access to the money that was not stolen this company is has very poor customer service and this is the way they treat their customers after their money was stolen is to hold their money even longer this is a horrible company and once I get my money back I will never ever use ADP or wisely again
I was scammed twice and called them out on it when I asked to talk with someone who was born and raised in these United States of America I was called a racist $#*! WISELY!
I recommend you guys never to use wisely first.My cards got stolen and one of them was Wisely cart.I called the representative.She was on the phone with me.As the person was sliding my card she stopped one of the transactions But the first transaction she couldn't stop so she put it in the dispute on the February 27th and it is now. April third okay they close my My case on March 8th. I'm waiting for paperwork to send them back. They closed it before they've. I've received the paperwork, so I'll call them on the phone. And they're set to send the paperwork out. I talk to the supervisor the supervisor was supposed to reopen the case., this is April 8th, I've been going to this since then.the case was nevetreopen hey reopened the end. Didn't mind you. I have a officer on the case on arrest with me and everything and they're still saying this was not fraudulent.its just bull shot there feeding me there taking my jard earned money to. Do not ever use wisely ever because they are just much as thieves as the person who stolen my money in the first place if your money was stolen off wisely card you would not get you money back they suck
You cannot trust this service they provide incorrect information and will not help you fix the issues they've caused, they will spin you around to many supervisors and if you ask to speak to a manager they have to request it and there's a 24-48 hour call back time. I hate it these people are horrible, especially on the chat. Don't waste your time.

You want to make sure it's a good.Please do not ever get this card. Wisely is not a bank. It takes 6 months for a dispute(in which even if you were scammed you WILL lose.) Customer service is horrible. You get your pay a day early not 2. I've had wisely steal from me, and they've let scammers steal from me. You will wait a month for your card and you will be told you'll get a digital card but you won't so you'll just be broke for a month. You cannot buy any type of lottery or pay at a car rental. Also, the card cannot be linked to venmo, PayPal, Facebook, or anything else for that matter.
If you value yourself and your money DO NOT get Wisely.
I just learned today that if u even MENTION the word missing or any word inferring such, then they AUTOMATICALLY lock not only your card but your account as well! No in person withdrawals. No direct withdrawal payments on bills you may have set up! Even if u specifically ask to not report it missing. And the waiting period for the new card? 10 F-ing business days! 🤬🏽 immediately decided to end service with this "bank"!
I transferred money from my Wisely account to another bank account. I paid the extra $3 to have it immediate. Here we are 10 days later and the money was taken out of my Wisely account and NEVER deposited into my other bank. I have called everyday and they tell me it will take 1-2 business days. They are flat out lying because it has been 10 days and still no money! They are stealing peoples money! That is against the law! I will never use Wisely again, and I will tell everyone I know how terrible of an experience this has been!
My card has been fraudulently used and claiming that they did their investigation and they say that it was not. Were talking almost $1,000 that they're not going to give me it back it's lawyer time and they making me give a rating or it would be zero
Answer: Absolutely not. They will lie to you and tell you 3-5 days but twice they've taken 3 weeks to replace my debit card.

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
