Wanted to order at hospital but for some reason patient was under bad condition.
The lady was very rude to customer was not ready to adjust it later she told us she will delivery to any another place in Delhi but she denied later. Very rude way it was. Taking money and not giving proper service this type of business your cheating with customer. Every company has policy but they do needful atleast money in our wallet. I want to take a strict action on this. Upon that is mailing us first mail she told us delivery was returned as costumer phone not reachable.and when i spoke to him i told what mail your sending any wrong information. Later at night he had send mail cake was delivered. They didn't gave us anything. Just cheating with customer and earning business

This is a fraud group. Please do not place any online orders with this forum. I placed an order for a birthday cake + gifts worth Rs. 3,000 and they simply didn't deliver anything. They do not respond on the customer care number either. Their online website and chat servers are all a setup to lure customers and make fraudulent money. I strongly advise not to order anything from Winni..
Worst company n worst service. I ordered for 1 kg heart shape red velvet cake and what they delivered was a stupid vanilla cake that too in square shape from a local bakery which costs not more than 400. Why shall i pay1200 bucks for this cake. Really they dont deserve even a star. When i called the customer care number they dont have any answer, Simple one line answer we will check n call you.
I ordered a pineapple cake alongwith a dairy milk silk chocolate. The cake was okay but the worst part is the chocolate was not delivered! I paid for the chocolate and yet it was not delivered. I have complained to their customer service so many times but all they say is they are trying to resolve the issue! Never using them again.
I ordered a black current cake + bouquet for midnight delivery. At 11:00PM I called up the customer care to check if the delivery is happening or not. So that I could have arranged for an alternative if there were any problems. The customer service executive said that it was out for delivery and there are no issues. 10 minutes before midnight, I get a pre-default text stating the cake was damaged and delivery will get delayed by 3 hours. It was finally delivered next day after noon. This is after they took Rs. 250 extra for midnight delivery.
It doesn't end here. These people have no regard for your choice of cakes also. After hours of searching I finally selected a beautiful looking black current cake and the delivered a simple chocolate cake without having the courtesy to inform me! What a pathetic service.

I ordered a 500gm Chocolate Fudge Cake 2 days before my wifes birthday in Chennai and scheduled an appointment for the delivery between 1 5 pm. They never delivered the cake within that time. At 6.00 P. M, I had to call their customer service to enquire and they were totally clueless about it.
They arranged a rush Job and totally botched my order. Completely different from what I ordered. If they had told me that it was missed, I could have arranged something at that time. Instead they made me wait for a phone call till late and we didnt have a cake at the end.
The size of the cake delivered was less than 5 inches in diameter and that was 799 (which I am sure you can get in supermarket for 200-300).
Dont Believe the hype from the reviews in their website. Should have been aware when the reviews in their website were ALL positive. Thats what led me to it.
So much for a surprise birthday. Now we both are disappointed Beware
Excellent service. Had entered the date of delivery incorrectly. The staff went above and beyond to help us send the cake on the correct day of delivery, a day later. Great service. Quality of cake was also good.
After seeing so many negative reviews I was forced to place order with them due to this is only know brand serving there. But my experience was okay not that bad, there are room for improvement for garnishing. I am satisfied and will use them again
