Many wines to choose from. Have ordered several times (first through Groupon) and quick delivery (except during early covid but, understandable!) Have found some nice wines and becasue price is reasonable we have experimented on several to taste. I will continue to buy from them when I see what I like.

Originally heartwood and oak, was a fantastic company! I ordered from them all the time. Once wine insiders took over the whole company has gone down hill. Wine is not as good and prices get higher all the time. We have moved on to other companies.

After placing order, I received an itemized invoice, which showed an entirely different price for one bottle. When I complained, I was told "Oh... for some reason, it lumped all prices together"... when I complained more about deceptive marketing, the next level replied to me that is the way they always do things! What a joke! Happy there are so many different decent, honest wine companies to work with!

I placed my order on April 30th and was excited to receive a shipping notification right away. Today is May 15th, still no wine and the package hasn't moved since the 2nd. Customer service either ignores me or refers me back to the tracking. WORT. EXPERIENCE. EVER! Run!

I ordered more than a week ago, I saw right away in the order confirmation that they was a mistake supposed to be a mix but appeared all red. I emailed and called the same day with no answer. Emailed again 48hours after, and tried to call again, no answer. Today I received the wine, all red and as I was ordering my first i was supposed to get 2 gift bottles and a corkscrew (apparently false advertising as nothing but the 12 bottles of red).
I'm very disappointed by the way they are treating their customers.

I'm in Pennsylvania and in the last six weeks have ordered from them twice. Immediately after ordering I received an email telling me that shipment would be delayed because of increased volume (no surprise because our governor shut down all the liquor stores) and that it would ship by the 5th business day. Both times, it shipped exactly when Wine Insiders said it would. I also received multiple coupons and ways to save on cost. PA is probably going to be in this state of shutdown for awhile due to our governor so the coupons will help keep the cost reasonable. I will say that there was was a delay in receiving it because once it ships, it's up to FedEx to actually get the package delivered. The first time I ordered it took about 2 weeks and the second time took 10 days. But this had nothing to do with Wine Insiders; they were very transparent. The next time I order it will be when I get down to three bottles to give enough time. I recommend ordering earlier in the week; the first time I ordered was on a Thursday the week before Easter. The late ordering combined with a holiday contributed to the delay.
I've been extremely satisfied with them and absolutely recommend them especially if you're in a state that has restricted its sale of alcohol. I will say that their selection isn't quite what I would normally get but it's perfectly good wine and I'm happy to have them available. Their predictable timelines make it really easy to know when to order.

Originally ordered wine on 4/24. This was after the company revoked my original order calling it a 'glitch'. I agree with other reviewers that this felt very much like a bait and switch gimmick to get addition customers. I've emailed the company asking for some sort of ETA on my reorder but to this date I've not received any information. They have promised tracking numbers on at least two occasions but never delivered on these promises. The company has been responsive to emails but not really given any tangible resolutions. Fairly disappointing experience.

The wines came in the right time and I didn't try them yet. But Coustumer service is horrible. They supposed to send me 2set of 2 glasses, after I contact them and I got 2 plastic decanters. I contacted them again before I wrote the review to see what's going on and nobody reaches me anymore. After a order of 12 bottles this is all what I'm getting, for sure never again. Unhappy.

It appears that we were out of stock on the Govino brand wine tumblers so they substituted them with another Govino branded item, the decanter. Both items are made of the same shatterproof material. I have ordered using Groupon as well as directly from the company. Both ways, I have been very happy. I am looking for bargains and discounts on mail order wine. Affordability is important to me. Almost all the wines have been quite tasty and drinkable. Maybe one or two were mediocre, but that happens to me at a wine store too. I have not been disappointed, in fact, I keep ordering. If you use Groupon, there will be a 30.00 shipping charge upon ordering. The deals are so good that it still works out to be very reasonable. Do the math and read the fine print. The selections are very cheap on Groupon which is how I discovered the company in the first place. I am happy to say that I have not encountered any damage or rudeness or problems like some of the other reviewers have which is why I chose to write a review. As for delays in shipping I can only say that we are in the middle of a global pandemic which has altered the timing on all shipping, even Amazon.
