I ordered close to 300.00 in two wigs. One was as i expected, very happy with it except no instructions on care was included. The curly wig i received was not what was expected. The hair was so bad that the curls looked like plastic and would break. I emailed cs explain to them the problem {5} times, trying to get authorization to return it for a refund, Did not happen. They asked me to carry it to a beautician to have them to style it. I can't donate it b/c it is to bad looking so I'm stuck with a lemon with a $30.00 refund. I will never order from them again. Poor customer service b/c customer satisfaction is not a priority.

I bought 2 wigs from WIGSIS which I thought was a legit company. When I received the wigs they were nothing like I ordered, had a ugly smell and not human hair. My daughter who is a stylist confirmed that the wigs hair were not human hair. On the so call invoice it had a none working telephone, address which I couldn't understand and no other information. After filing a dispute I am told I can send the wigs back. I went DHL(the company they used to ship) to send the wigs back and it is going to cost me $119 when I paid $254 and shipping and handling was $10. I am pissed because I am still going to be out of money if I send them back. Forgot to mention I was offered several discounts to keep the wigs. This companies website should be taking off line because the wigs are not as pictured. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSIS!

I purchased a grey wig from Wigsis and it stated on the picture that it was human hair so I purchased it. When it arrived I took it to my hair stylist and he told me that it was not human hair. I have purchased human hair for years and human hair can be styled with a flat iron well you can't use a flat iron on the wig it just goes flat. I decided to try another company where I previously ordered my HUMAN HAIR and it doesn't take nearly as long as it took your company. Buyers beware!

I purchased a wig from wigsis - it was horrible! It looked nothing like the picture on their site, it took weeks to get it - why? Because it comes from China! The postmark and return address was China! I inquired about returning it & they gave me alot of hassle They tried to tell me it was made to order - it is not - they advertise the same pictures of wigs on their website as all of the other wig web sites. They are a rip off company! If you are willing to throw your money away - go ahead and do business with the fake company.

I ordered a brunette wig made of 100% human hair. I received an auburn synthetic wig. I did not even try the wig on bc it was the wrong color and smelled like synthetic hair. After nine days of communicating with customer service, the person said I could have a $10 refund. I never wore the wig. It was the wrong color and synthetic hair. I paid $159 for something of poor quality that I cannot wear. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission. I would urge others who have been scammed to do the same.

I purchased a 100% Human Hair wig from Wigsis. It arrived, nearly two weeks later than the expected arrival time, and turns our its completely synthetic. I have had this confirmed by a hair extension and wig specialist and a hair dresser.
I paid £166 for this, and have been offered first a £10 refund, and then a £30 refund.
In one email, they said that although it says on the website it is 100% human hair (remi) they mix it with other fibres, 75% human hair to 25% other. After some pushing with emails, they have then lied again, saying 15% other fibres.
Be aware, a specialist has confirmed there is no human hair in the wig at all.
This company refuse to help! I have offered to return the item, but they say no because they are worried it will get lost in the post! I will be taking this further. If no for the money, for the stress caused, and for the principle that they are illegally miss-selling items. The lack of customer care from them has been upsetting and tiring. They are rude.
Stay well away! The hair melts under a curler or straightening iron.

Wigsis is the worst! Ive recently ordered a wig from this website and it was nothing like the wig I order and twice the size of my head ow and not 100% human hair. When I email them to rectify the the problem they did nothing but fob me off! Im getting the feeling i am going to be stuck with this wig and out of pocket by £200 and the worst thing is it was brought for me as a birthday present off my wonderful auntie to whom I feel absolutely guilt about it now:-( soo upset!

This company is a fraud. I order wig that appear to be human hair and great quality. Once I received my wig the quality is poor, the curls doesn't not look the same at all. I'm going back and fourth with their customer's service representative via email to return this shabby thing. They do not honor they return policy, they are trying to negotiate me keeping the shabby wig of offering me 35.00 I spent 200 for this poorly made wig. Buyer's be aware you have a better chance of going to your local hair store to buy a 30.00 wigs than spend your hard earn money with WIGIS.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. It should be made to stop trading. I purchased what looked like a fantastic wig on the website but was sent a very poor copy. I paid £210 and after many emails and threatening legal action I obtained £105 refund and kept the awful wig which by daughter is now playing with. They are based in China and when they post ur parcel there is no delivery note or return address. Seriously, don't waste your time and money

So emailing wigsis customer service got me offered £15 and I keep both wigs I stupidly ordered. What a joke!
So after a email war and numerous silly offers from them the penny dropped. I paid via PayPal! I opened a dispute via PayPal and they awarded me a full refund if I returned the items.
Yesterday I shipped the useless items to China and hopefully I will receive a refund soon.
I took proof of items in original condition in box ready to be sent back and the package ready to send photos - just to cover my $#*!!
Don't give up, don't let them rip you off!

All I can do is echo what everyone else has written. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They probably don't have ANY of the wigs that are actually shown on the site. The wig I actually received was NOT the one I ordered. It looked nothing like the wig I thought I was ordering... the one in the picture! Once you get your awful wig, in order to return it, you have to send an email to the company requesting return instructions. Good Luck with that. They will first offer you $10 and say the wig is custom made. Which is not true!. IT IS A SCAM. You will never get your refund back. If I could give this company a ZERO, I would! Save your money and go to an actual wig store!

Wigsis is a complete scam company - do NOT buy from them. They misrepresent who they are and what they offer. Although their website looks real and even looks like they are U.S.A. based but they are not anywhere in the U.S., but it won't tell you where they are. Well, they are in CHINA. All their policy information and product information has been probably made up or copied from other sites. I wanted to return 2 wigs immediately after I received them (they say you have up to 7 days to notify them for a refund and return. I notified them 1 day after receipt and they told me "no return possible" because the wigs were made just for me! NOWHERE in the ordering process does it mention anything about a customization order. It just provides options and you choose which options you want. This is standard on bonafide wig sites. They claim it was custom and therefore not returnable! Total bull. They are a bad company that will scam you.

The wig I received was not what I ordered' it was hideous I would not put it on a doll let alone my head. I have sent several emails asking for the address on where to return the wig to and each email bounces back as a bad email address, so that speaks volumes, I found another route to email them on there web page under contact us. they responded each time and each time they tried to fob me off. The latest email states for me to take the wig to a hairdressers for restyling and they offered me £10 and said I could keep the wig. When I have investigated the website even more, it looks as if they have copied and pasted a lot of the script and styles from other wig websites. Also when you click on Facebook etc it does nothing. The whole website is a big con to impress you to buy a wig. They then send you not what you have ordered and keep your money, and make it very difficult to obtain a refund or communicate with them.

This company has no regard for customer service what so ever. The Sales Dept offers a large selection of wigs but the despatch department seem to have a totally different and far more limited catalogue of stock. The wig I received had nothing to do with the wig I ordered and appeared to have been selected at random.
The company does not appear to entertain any requests for refunds or replacements and since replacements would probably be selected in the same random way there would be little point anyway.
I was very disappointed and angered by the whole experience

I ordered a wig choosing color "as shown". It clearly showed highlights around front hairline, top and temples graduating into two different shades of gray.
What I received was a all-over taupe-muddy brown. No color variations at all, and no highlights! Contacted WigSis requesting full refund and postage paid return label. Their response: my "WIG WAS MADE FROM THEIR OWN COLOR CHART AND YOU CAN'T RELY ON WEBSITE PICTURES".
ISNT THAT FRAUD?
I paid $199 for this wig. Only REFUND offer from WigSis was $25 followed later by $65 refund and I keep the wig. I cannot use this wig.
WigSis advised return postage would be expensive for ME because I WOULD need to ship it to a factory in China. They WILL NOT pay return postage.
Very poor communication - WigSis replies with only one email a day.
Each starts with "we are sorry for the misunderstanding".
There IS NO misunderstanding, only MISREPRESENTATION! I paid for a specific wig, they sent something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!
The WigSis' website has a return policy that appears much easier than the real process!

Firstly I am kicking myself for not relying on past reviews about ordering from Wigsis.com I hesitantly ordered a wig. I did not receive any emails at all to confirm my order so instantly panicked believing I had been conned. Waiting two months for the wig to finally arrive and oh my god, don't think you can even call it a WIG. I could of left it on the floor and mistaken it for my cat. I also believe it is not even of human hair, no words. Even tried emailing the company, but no respond. So warning anyone even considering ordering, please save your money and the disappointment. Even if you try to dispute they will send you on a wild goose chase.

I purchased what was advertised as a 100% human hair wig,,, it was not human hair. When contacted I received several emails instructing me to have the wig styled or send it back for a $30 refund but shipping may be a problem. When I demanded a 100% refund ($200) they wanted to find a way for the company to not take the hit. I responded I wasn't interested in their bottom line and I wanted full refund, I haven't heard from them. I filed a complaint with the US Consumer Protection Agency so we will see. Beware of wigsis advertising human hair wigs and sending you synthetic wigs.
