I wldnt even give these disgusting vile people a one star they have conned me out of a lot of money for a wig I ordered human hair and I received fake straw hair not fit for anyone only the bin I emailed them and they said could I keep it I replied back no iv send 15 emails n they keep asking me to keep it saying that is was custom made when it was not! They said that it cost to much money send it back and they said it would get lost in the post and they offered ten euro of my next orders yous lousy scumbags yous haven't heard last of me preying on innocent people disgusting

An update on this $#*! company. Also take care they also be may calling themselves the following... Wigsbuy, vivhair.co, nextwigs.co, wigsmart.co, yourwigs.co, naturalimagewigs.co, simplywigs. Coi, galiwigs.co, shopallwigs.co, and voguewigs.co. They are tagging themselves on to legitimate companies, and using their photographs. Their wigs are absolutely appalling. AND totally unwearable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a brown wig as in the color chart and also printed on my invoice. I received an orange color. Their excuse was the lighting shows colors different at times. Try it on you may like it. There was no help even offered, I sent them pictures and they kept telling me they did not see pictures but was unable to exchange or return. Customer service lady was Olivia. I would give the site MINUS 5 STARS
On their site it has wonderful reviews is why I chose them. What a disgrace for a company!

I have just lost all my hair through chemo and I ordered a wig from Wigsis which cost £73.
It looked nothing like the picture and looked terrible on me, I have complained and sent many emails asking for a refund as I am a pensioner and cannot afford to buy another one without a refund. They are refusing to give me a refund only 10% off another wig which I cannot afford. I would never use this company again. BEWARE I wish I had read these awful reviews before I ordered this terrible wig!

Read the reviews I sent several e-mails to them as I was totally dissatisfied with the wig I had waited 4 weeks for. They would not send me a return address despite them saying on their web site that if I contacted customer services I would be given a return address. I sent it back to the address I recieved it from which was a courier service they use called one world express. Wigsis informed me that they did not recieve the wig. So where it has gone is a mystery So I am out of pocket to the value of £80. Grrr

I recently purchased a wig from this company, and as I just read other reviews, the same problem as I have been having. I received a different style and color than I ordered, and I can guarantee it is not a human wig either! Been writing emails back and forth everyday to these people and nothing is resolved. I told them i would even do an exchange but it is like pulling teeth with them... My patience is running out. I really wish I had NEVER ordered from these POS!. And also wish I had seen these reviews before I did! I will file a dispute with my bank against them and hopefully get my money back or atleast some of it as one person suggested. I shouldn't have to throw out my hard earned money out the door. What a rip off!

I completely regretted my buy from this company. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo on the website, which was very misleading. The wig in the photo looked very natural and trendy, while the actual wig which arrived cannot be worn in public!... and they are not prepared to try make up for the disappointment!... Wish I had seen this review site before bought my wig from them.
