I purchased what as advertised as a 100% Remy Human Hair wig. When i got it, it first, looked nothing like the picture and it was a 100% synthetic wig and very poor quality at that. They admitted when i complained that it was human hair and synthetic hair mixed and offered a 10% refund. I absolutely refused and demanded a full refund as their Ad was fraudulent and they admitted it was not 100% remy human hair. They then refused to even respond. I have filed a dispute with PayPal hopefully they will do the right thing and refund my money. We will see.

Have been buying items online for years and this is the worst experience I've ever had.
Paid £95 for a wig that was to small and nothing like the picture on their website... very bad quality and styling was a mess.
If you are not happy with your wig don't bother contacting them as they will never give you a return address... I contacted them many times and got no where. All they offered was a discount on my next order... are they having a laugh, there will be no next order.
They even had the nerve to tell me to take it to my hairdressers for a trim.
Needless to say the wig is now in the bin and I'm £95 out of pocket.

Be careful of their scam. They send wigs made in other countries and they are sent to the customer unseen by the distributor. They have made it clear they will not allow me to return it and get a refund. They offered $5 to send them a photo, then $10, then $15. I began by telling them I would send photos to PayPal and file a report. The wig is not like what I ordered and the color is hideous. It says "wig" all the way. Nothing natural about it.

These wigs are not what they show on the website. Do not buy anything from these people because you will never see the product you are ordering. You will get a horrible, poor quality wig that will have to keep it and through it out because they people steal your money. They do not care about your explanations when you ask for s return and offer you $25 dollars for compensation. This is ridiculous! Read the reviews first please. You will save time and money. Do not trust anything that you see in these website.

So I bought a wig for my mum and it looked nothing like the one on the website - firstly it took a month to arrive (longer then stated on their website).
I questioned why the wig looked so different to the one I ordered and they said it's because they had a stylist cut the wig. How misleading is that?! Also OMG the colour of the wig was ORANGE! Who the heck would wear a bright orange wig - this wasn't for a fancy dress party!
So I asked for a full refund and that I was happy to send the wig back and they would not give a refund. Worse company ever! I tried to argue back but they offered £10, I said hell no so they offered £20 and I said hell no and they finally offered a measly £30 refund on a £100 wig. I even asked for half the money back and still no help. I thought this company was based in UK which is why I got the wig from this rubbish site. Never ever ever again will I buy anything from this company - Bunch of con artists - I hope a wig is set on fire in the company and it burns down (but doesn't harm anyone) just ruins all the wigs! Please do not buy from this company.

Ginger fake curly wig sent instead of long blonde wavy wig which was what was pictured. They steal money from vulnerable people I'm going through chemo this was ment to help instead I got ripped off £139. The crap that was sent I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop it's that disgusting. Do not order from these people they should be stopped from trading I've already reported them to trading standards. Don't wait to rate them as they don't deserve any stars but have to give a 1 to submit my review. Scammers

Wigsis is a rip-off. Their website claims to give refunds within 30 days, but they avoid it. They sent me a wig that is no good. Different to the picture on the site. They keep replying to my emails offering £5 off my next wig - as if I'm going to buy one! They told me that the wig is one of their biggest sellers and there are no issues with quality - then they tell me that they can't accept a return because its custom made. Rubbish. The UK website is registered at 53 Barns Court, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH47. The street numbers in Barns Court only go up to 10! A load of liars. Do not trust. Do not buy.

Yodel lost the package (confirmed! In writing which I sent to paypal!)
Over a month disputing the package with Wigsis, of them offering to replace it, I already had bought another and wanted my money back! Currently waiting for a response on a Paypal dispute. Horrible UK company exploiting cheap Chinese labour. Avoid like the plague. Deserve to be shut down!

The wig looks nothing like the picture on website and the colour is different. It is described as human hair but it feels and looks synthetic - exactly like synthetic wigs I've seen on other patients. The company was extremely unhelpful about giving return details - they kept offering a small refund and discount on future purchases but no return address. PayPal will not refund postage so beware, return postage is by tracked mail to China! Zero stars. I hope this review helps others; I wish I had read these reviews and not the ones on their own website before buying

Wig arrived, took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Looked nothing like what it did on the website, poor quality and wrong colour!

Requested refund through their website, and was messed around for weeks, they offered a small refund of £6 for me to keep the wig, even though I did not want to keep it as it didn't suit me at all and was nothing like the one I had thought I ordered.

I was adamant that I wanted to return this item, and then they offered a £12 discount for me to keep it, and would not give me their address to send it back to. This went on for weeks and when they sent me the address, it was in China, which is not where it came from in the first place.

This company is a total scam, and has horrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Like so many others, I regret not having seen this page before ordering from Wigsis. The received wig was very poorly made and after trying on once, we repackaged the wig into it's packaging and contacted the company asking for an RMA and a full refund.

So far, I have been arguing with them by email as they have been offering puny credits on their site. Today, I opened a PayPal claim and I hope that I will receive my money back soon.
