I waited 30 days just to receive a wig that was not human hair and cut choppy and uneven wrong color I contact them immediately just to hear we will give you a discount on next purchase like I would purchase again. Several days later they wanted to offer me 10off and then 30off finally 60off I stated I wish to return the wig every time. Finally I open a dispute with paypal to return wig. There are plenty of good companies out there this is not one of them. I believe they write their own reviews DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

Currently waiting for the horrendous wig to be picked up by TNT. Wigsis.co.uk said it had to be Royal Mail as they are the only ones to deliver to that area. MORE LIES. Probably the slowest so puts them off paying me back. Am currently going through PayPal who told me to send it however I wanted so 1-3 day tracked and hopefully will get my refund this week. Thank God for PayPal money back. Can't wait to get shot of the hideous synthetic thing. Have added photos. Colour looks similar in photo but is nowhere near have added what happened with a supposed remy hair wig and the straighteners! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

In order to return an item for a full refund you need to send it back through USPS only. BUT after it leaves the US the tracking information is invalid or unable to be tracked. So, you can't prove you sent it back and the only amount they will refund you is $40.00 and a 15% discount on your next purchase. (like you'd even want to purchase anything from this company after all the hassles you go through) It would have cost me $45.00 to send back the wig from this company with no guarantee that you would get your original purchase price back.
Definitely read EVERYTHING on this site before you decide on buying anything. AND their measurements are NOT the same as in the US no matter what the size chart says.
I am totally disgusted with this company. I consider them fraudulent.

I ordered a wig some 5 weeks ago which I paid £108.00 for. This is needed as I am currently undergoing chemotherapy. I was promised a 2 week delivery and after chasing the company it finally turned up after 4 weeks. When it arrived I can only say I thought it was a joke, the wig I received was nothing like the wig I ordered in quality, colour or style. I have forwarded the company photographs and am still chasing a full refund of which they offered me £15.00! Absolutely disgusting that companies are allowed to get away with this especially when people turn to them for assistance and quality products whilst undergoing treatment for cancer. I am in the process of contacting Trading Standards and Legal Advice. Please do not use this company!

Like so many people here, I spent a fortune (over £200) on two wigs from Wigsis. When they arrived they were terrible - nothing like the style or colour on the pictures and totally unwearable. I had even paid an extra £20 for 100% human hair, which it clearly wasn't. I was very disappointed and upset. So I emailed them and asked for an address so I could send the wigs back for a refund. There was then literally weeks of emails back and forth where they tried every excuse in the book not to give me a refund: 'You look so beautiful in the wigs'; 'If you send them back they will probably get lost in the post'; 'They just need restyling by a hairdresser' etc. They then started bargaining, first offering me a £10 partial refund, then £30, £70 and £100. I was tempted to take the £100 and just end the process but I was so unhappy that they were conning people with substandard wigs that I wouldn't let it go. I wish I had paid by paypal as then I'm sure I'd have got my money back quickly but I spoke to my bank and they said their claims team could investigate. I told Wigsis this and after some more back and forth they finally sent me a return address - in China, even though the website says they are UK based. However, they said that they would only accepted a trackable return method through Royal Mail - obviously knowing Royal Mail doesn't do one (only signed for). So I sent it signed for, taking pictures of the package, and the proof of postage. RM said it would take 5-7 working days to arrive, after 20 days I told Wigsis I was going to launch an investigation through RM (I'd taken out extra insurance) which you can do. And finally they emailed to say they had received the wigs and were issuing a refund. I was still very sceptical after such a bad experience but the money is in my account today - I still can't believe it! So basically if you want a refund DON'T GIVE UP!

I ordered a gray wig from this company which was shown on their site. The wig they sent was a blonde mix. Totally different. I told them I would like to return it, they are telling me no. They sent me the wrong wig and have not even considered an exchange for the right one. Inside the wig you can plainly see where they added a few gray hair to it. I am extremely disappointed. This is not a trustworthy company. I rate them minus fifty percent

Just received my monofilament wig from wigsis and am completely over the moon with it, I would definitely buy from this company again. The colour is so natural, you would not know it was a wig I was wearing.

I purchased a wig from Wigsis and when it arrived it looked nothing like the one advertised. The colour was wrong and the style didn't match the picture.
I contacted the company and they told me to choose another wig and they would give me a reduction on it, but this would mean keeping the one that was nothing like the one ordered.
In the end I went through PayPal and got all my money refunded, I returned the wig today once money had gone in to my bank account.
Although I will not order another wig from this company the lady that corresponded with me at Wigsis was very helpful.
