This company does not exist. I placed an order in December 2024, and it's now March 2025, and my order has not been received. I have tried to research the tracking number, but it does not exist. If you ever notice a $8 draft from your bank account, it is being drafted from Wigsis. I had to go to the bank and stop the draft. During a live chat, I inquired about the company location and the response was USA. I then asked what city/state in the US is the location, and at that point the live chat ended. There was no reply. I advise anyone to read all the negative reviews and not place an order with this fictitious company. They go buy multiple names & Wigsis/Wigsdo. PLEASE TAKE HEED!

This is a company based in China! They will make you go through Pay Pal and if you are dissatisfied- you will NEVER get a REFUND! I only lost $105 while others lost hundreds! They have NO customer service phone contact and send you CHEAP party store wigs! Go to Wig Outlet! Stay AWAY from this company

You sent the wrong wig and for 12 weeks emails went back and forth. Your customer service is non-existent. My husband is a stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient with no wig and much unneeded aggravation. Shame on you.

I ordered a wig and they shipped the wrong wig. I provided documentation and photos and they still tried to charge me to return it as well as to get the correct one sent. Shameful

I placed an order for 6 wigs. Once they arrived, I was shocked and disappointed with the color and the quality of the wigs. I, then tried to return the wigs, the wigs did not come with a return address or a order number. Upon going on the site and looking up my previous order I found that the wigs were still in "placing order" status. I wrote to the company and had explained that I received the wigs and wanted to return them and gave them all the info on the order that I had found on the WIGSIS site. Several days later I received an email stating that the company does not do returns that each wig is custom made. I ordered the synthetic wigs and not the ones that were made with human hair (the wigs I ordered were not custom made). Now I am stuck with 5 poorly made wigs.

COMPLETE FRAUD! I ordered a wig from them $122 and they said they sent the wrong one. The wig I ordered was advertised as a human hair but they sent a synthetic one instead. I asked to exchange it but they only offered a $35 refund and said keep it. I spent $122 and they offered $35 and said keep the one I didn't want! COMPLETE FRAUD!

Not even close to what they show on the screen. And they obviously only share positive reviews to their website. I ordered the long straight Taylor Swift with bangs in the color shown (blonde) and what I received was medium auburn with bangs. Synthetic, NOT 100% human hair like they say. The bangs are so thick they are absolutely awful and unfixable. So they lied and screwed me over. And I'm bald and broke. It took me a long time to save for that wig. I'm now going to repeat this on trustpilot, sitejabber, BBB, and whatever else I can find.

The wig is so red, so awful, and just not fixable. THEY LIED FROM THE FIRST PICTURE TO THE END WHEN THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

The wig I received was NOT the wig pictured at all. Repeated attempts to get a return authorization have got me replies offering discounts off their products! I keep telling them I insist on a refund. They even tried to appeal to me by saying they hire disabled people who need the money. The wig is a horrid looking thing and I'm out $105!

I ordered the wig for my wife who is losing her hair after receiving the wig it looked nothing like what was advertised don't order from them they're rip-off artist they'll take your money and you'll never get it back

Horrible customer service. Placed an order and cancelled it less than 4 minutes later. They won't cancel. I keep getting stupid return emails from them. Guessing AI.
Avoid any purchases from them.

It took me more than a month to get my wig and it wasn't true to color or look. They would not let me return it because this is what they said. I am not happy about this. This is what they said in an email.

To be honest, all our wigs are made by our cooperative factories which are located in China. The returned items should be mailed to China.
If you return the parcel, you had to pay for the shipping charge and the shipping time will be very long. Both of us will waste time and money.
The wig you ordered is one of our best sellers. You can see the quality of the wig is very well. And we believe the wig will not affect normal usage.
If you can kindly keep the wig, we'll return you $25 as compensation.

I was diagnosed with cancer recently- I was told Chemo was a major part of the solution. I panicked and bought a wig from WIG SIS thinking it was a large company and would be fine to use. I did not do my research. I bought a wig that is was represented as real hair. It is not. It is synthetic- the color is not as represented in photo. I'm trying to return now. They said they needed pictures- I sent them. They said they have the correct address to send it back. I haven't heard back from them.

The wigs I ordered look nothing like the picture. They blocked my email, I have been trying to get a refund but they have been giving me the run around. I'm out $200.00. Don't ordered from this fraud company!

Though their website looks good, the actual product is garbage! I ordered a wig from them and, instead of being blond, the color was actually orange! That was bad enough but... they say they refund and, within 30 days, but that is such a false statement! I am still waiting for my refund and it is almost 3 months overdue!

If you are looking for a wig like I was, go to a reputable company that stands by their products!

The pictures of the wigs on the website do not represent the wigs THE COMPANY WILL SEND YOU. The pictures are on the Internet, I checked Google the wig I ordered was from shots a salon had on their website from San Diego Ca of a client that a hairdresser cut and styled her hair! They should be banned from doing business in the USA! False advertising! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY see the photo & what I got!

WARNING! Don't buy from this company. I bought a wig. When I finally got it it the color was so far off. To make matters worst it totally clashed with my skin color. The part looked so phony. So I emailed them and Olivia said send a picture & I would get a full refund. After sending the picture she didn't want to refund me at all. She wanted me to understand HER predicament. How much money they would lose, how they are handmaid. Told her I can't even wear it the color is so bad & it isn't what I ordered. They sent wrong color. They said I had to pay to send back. It was their mistake. It took 14 emails to get her to refund $55 of the $115.40 I spent and she said I could keep the wig. Oh whoopie! I can't even wear it. She lied to me & CAN NOT be trusted. Although she says customers satisfaction is priority she doesn't care at all. Don't buy from this company worst there is. The wig doesn't even look real. A 1 star rating is too good good for this company but you have to give it a star to post review
