This company is the by far the WORST company I have ever done business with, they should be shut down! Their customer service is a total joke! They NEVER answer their phone and trying to to send emails is even worse, I believe this company is based out of China and they lie, cheat and steal your money! Their wigs are inferior products made from either a cat or a dog! I purchased 2 wigs last January, still waiting for my money almost a year later. Stay away! Thery owe me almost $300 dollars for 2 wigs returned in perfect condition, they keep saying it"s on it's way, dealing with these scumbags for 1 year! My advice to everyone, stay away or they will get you as well and no one will help you!

Very inferior product, which took several weeks to arrive, with no correspondence as to when it was coming or how to contact company. Product was awful, much shedding, stiff, misshapen and very cheap looking appearance. Can't return it without prior authorization, and I have tried calling their number up to 18 times. The message always says line is busy!

Very glad I googled reviews for wigsbuy because I was ready to order one. I had emailed customer service with few questions and it took a week to get a reply. Thank you sitejabber for saving me the trouble of dealing with them.

This is a terrible company to deal with; I should have done more research into complaints against Wigbuy. I received the wrong color, style and the quality is very low. When I contacted them regarding the problem they had me send pictures and then responded with an offered to refund only 50%. I learned the hard way that both their product and company is a waste of time and money. Please, for your own sake, steer clear of Wigbuy.

Paid for 2 wigs, total $396.54 on Nov. 7th, 2021. I never received an email acknowledging the purchase. I've tried to contact, to no avail. I believe they are scammers. Do not purchase anything from them.

I placed an order and tried to proceed to pay and they responded order placed successfully and then another paged open and said failed to pay. Tried to pay again and same message was sent. I went to check reviews about this company and immediately called my bank reporting my card lost. Thank God they hadn't charged me... This company is very very shady..

Wigsbuy is online advertising themselves to be the Best Wigs, with Nowhere to read reviews! I've been scammed by this business and it was a nightmare! Their wigs were more expensive than ones I've tried before. I was thinking if they cost more most likely they are better. That Was Not The Case! The wig took forever to come in. It was coming from China of course! When I finally Did get it, it looked nothing like the picture! It had No part whatsoever! It was Impossible to put on, it just hung in Your Face! Customer service was awful too! I bought it through PayPal, so PayPal was involved in trying to solve the dispute. Contact the merchant first. They never replied to any of my emails! They used a different name on my PayPal receipt and I never got a receipt from Wigsbuys at all! I ended up having to send this wig back to China, the addresses in China are Crazy! It took Forever and they never let me know if they received it or not! I got a partial refund. This place needs to be taken down! If I could have left 0 stars I would have! Please put this place out of business! It is 100 percent a Scam! It looked like something you would get from a gag shop for Halloween! I made the mistake of buying before reading the reviews, Now they Have No Reviews To Read At All! I had to Google this business to leave this review which most people won't do that, allowing them to sale more of these crappy wigs!

Just received a my wig back from the post office after returning it to Wigsbuy a year and a half ago when I was first diagnosed with lung cancer because it was't the quality I expected it to be. I was told I would receive half of what I paid back but that never happened. Don't waste your money on this company like I did. Just wanted to warn everybody who might be in my situation.

Please do not buy from this site. They will rip you off. I had the opportunity to take a $75 loss and wish I had. The quality of these wigs are terrible. Their customer support takes forever to get back to you and their return policy is atrocious. Please, please, avoid this site.

The wig I ordered from Wigsbuy first of all came later than what I requested. I am a cancer patient and I was hoping to her the wig in good time, before my hair falls completely out. Anyway, it finally came and looked ridiculous. Look like something someone threw together with doll hair. The color was correct but the short natural wig looks silly. I was afraid to put it on but did really quick and I looked like Jerome from Martin, or the preacher guy on Coming to America…& I'm a woman! Just foolish! How is this company getting away with this. I wish I would've searched reviews before spending $79. Customer service is a joke…first offering me "10$" then discount on another wig. After several emails back and forth, the latest reply was they'll give me "60$" but I pay for $45 shipping! There's no way! I wouldn't buy from here again if my life depended on it. I'd rather be bald. I will be filing complaints any and everywhere I can! This is a fraudulent non reputable scamming company. I included the image of what I received and what I wanted from the site.

Don't buy from this company. There some red orange color that was just stuck in the front of the wig. I have been trying to return it but you get a fraction of the price you paid. On top of that you have to pay for the postage to return a bad wig. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two wigs, one I got after about a month and it looked nothing like the wig I ordered. I let customers service know right away. They said I could return the wig but they would charge me shipping and processing so I basically would get nothing back. I told them I'd like to cancel my other wig since it never shipped out and I figured it won't look anything like what they advertised. They said I could cancel but would only get 30% of my money back per the cancelation policy. I wasn't going to let them keep 70% of what I paid and get nothing! The wig still has yet to ship! It's way over the stated processing and shipping time frame. This company is falsely advertising and then keeping your money. I've attached the photos I sent them letting them see how different the wig was from what they sent out.

Ordered wig July 9, It is now August 27 and still no wig. I called PayPal for a refund and they in touch with Wigsbuy right awqy and stated if iI had not receieved by Sept. 4 Paypal would refund the money back to my account. WigsBuy immediately sent email stating it had been shipped Aug 20th and to please cancel my dispute with Paypal. NO! I will cancel it when I receive my order! NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I cannot believe what poor customer service with a poor way to do a return the phone number does not exist I want to return a wig that is terrible and have no way of doing that the wig was $300 do not purchase from this company!

For months now, I have been chasing a refund for the wrongs wigs they sent me. They were fake not genuine human hair I ordered. The colour and style were wrong too. I sent the parcel by registered mail with tracking info. They have confirmed it arrived in China, but have not refunded me yet. They are dodgy an thieves. They keep saying they are waiting for the parcel to arrive. It's so frustrating and disappointing. I am having financial hardship and the refund would help me with my medical expenses. I wear a beanie most of the time or a bandena, do this helps a bit. No one should be buying from Wigsbuy! They should be kicked of the online shopping platform and banned forever. They are a an absolute disgrace!
