Stupid me didn't do a thorough research first. I was led to believe the wig was coming from U.S. I ordered the wig and they took funds out of my account on 1/4/22 with 3 day shipping. On 1/10/22, no wig, so I tried canceling order and they refused. This monstrosity that's supposed to be a wig arrived 1/31/22. It's not even the wig I ordered and it shipped from China, not the United States. Hard lesson learned!

Please don't buy a wig from this company. Initially I did not know they are based in China so the wait for my purchase took a while. Then when I received the wig it was the wrong color and style. When you inquire about returning yours send photos and basically "get permission" to return it. They offer a $15.00 discount or an exchange and tell you that it is "not worthy" to return it. I am now waiting to see if they will provide a return address. I may decide to donate the wig cause I am tired of dealing with them. BEWARE!

I ordered a wig from this company that claimed to be in the US but oh course it is in china. I order human hair the one I got was synthetic, I ordered dark auburn the one I received was orange. I have been trying to get a refund or have them exchange the wig for the one I ordered for months. I get emails saying keep the wig and we will give you $10,&15, or $20. I paid over $100 for thus wig with the option of returning if not satisfied this company says it is expensive to return but I don't want a wig I can't wear, so be wear of wigsbuy buy they are located I. China the policies on there website are untrue find a company that is us based so you can get what you pay for.

I received 2 wigs today, both the wrong color and so thick they look cheap. I am platinum blond. The wigs were Light brown and Dark brunette! Have called Customer Service Phone and always busy. No receipt to find customer order # let alone anything else. Please do not use this outlet! Cheap wigs from China!

The wig arrived weeks late, was poor quality, not as pictured, and they will not refund it. See photos! The wig they sent is not the wig in the picture.

I ordered a wig from wigs buy which it came very later than it supposed to be. Even though I emailed the company about it. I never got any answer from them. Finally after the occasion that It was pass, I got the wig that it was nothing like what I ordered also it was so dirty & oily and it seemed that it's second or third hand wig also it was shedding so badly that the whole floor was full of hair. I can't believe what it shown on the site and what was send to me.

First when I received the confirmation email it was completely in Chinese. I though I had got scammed. I waited about a month and just figured it was a scam. I let my credit card company know it was a scam and within minutes I received an email that was it shipped and in Memphis. The wig then came in a few days after. However the wig was the completely wrong color. I ordered a dark brown and a brownish grey wig came in. It also looked nothing like the picture. It came curly when the picture was straight, and it was much shorter in the picture.
I have cancer and needed a good wig as my hair was falling out, and now I have spent 200 dollars on a wig that I do not like and have to spend even more now on another wig. There are much better places to get wigs from and if you have cancer insurance will sometimes help cover costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I bought a wig for my girlfriend who lost her hair. She picked it out. It was a complete piece of crap and was nothing like the picture. They will not let you return the the thing. After endless emails I finally agreed to keep the wig which I threw in the trash for them to refund me 70 dollars. But it has been three months and I have gotten no refund. I have emailed them 5 times already and they say the money is coming. They money is not coming. They are a complete scam. Do Not! Do Not! Do Not! Do Not, buy a wig from these scam artists!

Wanted to return an unopened wig. Got approval and some obscure address in China. Returned it, but never got refund. All my emails go unanswered. Avoid this place

This is a Chinese company that shows wig pictures from other manufacturers, then sends you either something horrible, or nothing at all. I don't understand why PayPal allows them to collect money through them. If it hadn't been for American Express, which I used on my Paypal account, I would have been out the $300. There is NO customer service. Don't even consider sending them money!

I just found out this site is taking advantage of people. They have no cancel button. No phone number just some email which they do not answer. I told them I want orders cancellrd as I am sick and have haiross and fo not wish to be sent a faulty product. No answer whatsoever. Sad that such companies exist or how they eep at night wither. Stay away from wigsbiy at a costs

DO NOT buy from this seller! I requested a refund at least six times and ZERO response! AWFUL service!

I ordered a wig for almost $200 and when I received it it looked nothing like the photo. I tried calling them many times but the phone never worked. I finally got through with an email but it took them forever to return the email. When they did they told me it was past seven days so they refused to refund me. This is a scam company. Do not order from them. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I would give zero stars if I could have. They are in China also and not in the United States so don't let them for you.

I received the wig, opened it up and saw that it was not worth 198.00, called to return it, they blocked my number and won't answer my emails. BBB is my next step.

Was not at all like pictured! Quality was extremely poor. Doesn't look or feel like real hair, contacted company. Never heard back. Now I am stuck with a $170 wig that I hate!

I been going back and forth over hair that was supposed to be auburn but is orange! And been week of emails for return still not be solved! So I guess I will post here everyday and on other sites till they give me a return for this party city hair that coast 220.00! I want my refund!

The first wig I ordered from the company was nice. I should have quit while I was ahead. I ordered two more wigs of the same color, but different styles. After waiting a month, I received my wigs. They were the wrong color and wrong style. Nothing at all like the pictures on their website. I followed the directions to request a refund, got a pop-up that my dispute had been received, and there have been crickets ever since.

Additionally, the site will say your order is shipped, but when you check the carrier—IF they tell you who it is—the status is pending. For weeks.

Steer clear of this company.

I paid 300$ for my wig on September 10th and still haven't received anything. I contacted them by email about ten times but they tell me that my order will arrive but it's been 4 months! And on the tracking site, my order has been blocked since October 13! Don't order on wigs.com!
