They use fake pictures and reviews. Poor quality and their phone number is always busy. The lesson I learned, always check the origin of the country on the website and if it's China, Taiwan or Hong Kong, DONT BUY;(

I ordered a wig from this company which stated on their website "Made in the USA," When my order arrived it came from CHINA. It was suppose to be human hair but this wig was like you would fine on your child's baby doll and it had no resemblance to the photo. I have contacted the company numerous times via email to get a return label or at least an address to return the wig but am not receiving the information. I have called the phone number provided, which according to the area code is in California, but the line has been busy for THREE WEEKS!

Have been waiting 6+ months for my purchase. Have sent multiple requests for refund. Got the runaround a couple times and then nothing. Won't ship won't refund. BEWARE.

My bank had to go after this company cause they took my money and still haven't given me a wig four months later--proof on one lying email after the next. Not sure if this means they are a scam. If you buy, make sure your bank has the ability to reverse charges.

Brought wig on line in 1B color send me wig orange, brown looks like a wet poodle! No return labels you know what that mean!

I ordered a wig, only to be advised almost a month later that there are duty fees to be paid because the product is coming in from China. When I contacted their customer service manager I was told either you pay the $33.00 or the item will be destroyed! This is absolutely ridiculous! I now received the wig and disappointed because it's nothing great and Amazon offers better. Buyer beware!

So the wig comes, it looks zero like on the website, and I didn't even bother to try it on; just shook it and realized it is $66 worth of garbage.

To return it, you have to dial *******910, and it immediately goes to busy, and if you have a smart phone it reads "User Busy" cancel or call back. I would guess they never answer. YOU GOT ME~! "Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the lace has NOT been cut." I'm going to contact my credit card and dispute it.

Absolute FRAUDULENT website. Never made my wig. Never shipped. Asked if I wanted to cancel after 2 months and then refused to refund my entire cost. Only paid 100$ of a 350$ wig. Absolutely unbelievable how they treat cancer patients.

Ordered 20th May, is now 7th July and the item is still listed as being prepared. Last time I will shop on this site.

Ridiculous to work with. Spent $350 on a sale for 2 wigs. One is so terrible that it looks like a mess hot glued together by a 6 year old. Part of the seems weren't even attached. The company told me that they could either offer me a 25% discount on another to replace it, or they could give me back $175 for returning both wigs. What a frigging sham. Hopefully my bank corrects this because the Company may not. Wigsbuy is an absolute joke

Be aware not to purchase from WIGSBUY. They are completely dishonest. They take your order and your money and then ship inferior products and will rip you off! I helped out a client and purchased a wig for her and it came in orange not blonde and we returned it. They refuse to give us our full refund. They have no return instructions in their box. They have a bogus phone number on the box that doesn't work. Just beware there are plenty of other companies to buy from that are honest.

I didn't even subscribe to them and I've unsubscribed 10+ times and they still keep emailing me. I hate these scums!

I ordered my wig approximately two months ago and the shipping information was up to 25 business days. I inquired after that since I still had no shipping confirmation. They said it still was not ready and would not be shipped by the time I needed it. I tried to cancel the order at which point they told me I would only get back $37 of the $95 I spent because "it was specially for me" and I had to pay for the time and materials to make it, even though it wasn't made or shipped yet. This also was not a special-order item; this is an item displayed on their website as purchase for anybody without customization. This is a scam company. I still have not received a shipping confirmation after I told them to finish my order since they wouldnt even refund 50% of my money. I wasted $95, doubtful I will ever receive this order.

Completely unprofessional outfit - there are only partial refunds and they are scarce at best. Company sent (3) of the same wigs, none of which I ordered. It is a struggle at best to effectively communicate and their responses are scripted. Outrageous business practices.

DON't ever order from WIGSBUY. After I waited 5 weeks for my order, thinking that my order had not gone through, I ordered again. Two weeks later both orders appeared at the same time. Instead of subtle shades of blonde, large chunks of the wig were screaming bottle blonde. To return the items, information in the packaging said that I must call customer service at the number provided. Every time I called the line was busy. What commercial establishment allows a busy signal? Obviously, Wigsbuy does not intend to permit returns! After the 3rd call, I sent them an email asking for the same return information. Weeks later I still have no response. I called several times more and sent an additional email – still no response.
I looked through my credit card account for Wigsbuy and found nothing with that name, but I recognized the charge amount beside the name, "WWW.YOURCHICS.COM HONGKONG." I wonder why Wigsbuy hides under that name?
So:
1. Product quality significantly below advertised;
2. Product color different from picture
3. Extremely long delivery time;
4. No promised confirmation email with order number, tracking number, etc.
5. return requirements calculated to prevent return; and
6. Customer service useless.
What you see is what you get…NOT.

I ordered a Marie Osmond look wig. I received the worst wig I have ever purchased. I can't believe they have the audacity to send me something so awful... SHAME ON YOU! I saw all the bad reviews but I thought I would give them a chance... bad idea on my part. People... listen to me.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are crooks! You WILL be disappointed!

Ordered a wig and got a completely different color and style. Quality is awful. Tried to email for refund and did not receive response.

BEWARE! It pays to read reviews! Do not buy from this company. I received the wrong color (and poor quality) wig, wanted to return it for refund-NO WAY. To exchange, I would have to pay shipping fee. They did give me $18 back to keep it. It is so ridiculous, I'm going to donate it to the cancer unit, but I'm not sure they'll want it!

I received the wig... it took for every and it is HORRIBLE! I am so NOT pleased. The wig is thin and looks nothing like the picture.
