Horrible company with unethical practices. Don't order from them! They say Full Refund if not 100% satisfied and then they don't give you a return authourization or your money back when you are not happy with the product.

I waited two months for the wig and when I got it, I was very disappointed. The color was wrong and the shape was terrible. I paid $228 and they offered to refund me $100 if I wanted to return it, in addition to paying for shipping costs. As an alternative, they offered to pay me $35 to have it restyled at a salon. I took this last offer. I will not be ordering a wig from them again

This place is a fraud the wig looks like a wig not the right length color or anything. Porsha Williams should be ashamed of herself. This product is from China and it looks like a cat do not waste your money

In 02/24 I order from them a wig. As of today 24 of May, I dont have a wig not even refund. Costomer service, not helpful.

This is a total scam. I ordered a wig, due to medical hair loss and waited anxiously months for it to arrive. During this time customer service did not respond to any of attempts to communicate with them. When the wig arrived it was a completely different wig than what I ordered, and unusable. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover how I felt. I spent almost $300 and attempted to initiate a refund 2 days after it was delivered. A pop up window said It was not eligible for return! They have not returned any of my further attempts to communicate with them. $300 down the drain and still no wig. Also, the quality of the wig they did send is horrible. Completely dishonest company.

I purchased three wigs last year from this company. These wigs were absolutely horrible!
They looked like plastic clown wigs, brassy and flammable, and looked Nothing like what they advertised.
It took the company forever to send them which concerned me even more about them being legit. After I left a message and was just about to call it a loss 4-5 weeks later these horrible unattractive theatrical-looking things arrive at my door in a bag. A bag!
Please do not waste your money. You will be very sorry. They really do not deserve even one star but I have to rate this in order to post it to spare an unknowing customer from disappointment.

I ordered a wig 3/30/21. As of today's review (5/5/21) it has been more than 5 weeks and I have not received anything! My emails have gone unanswered. Even a rare online chat was nothing more than apologies and lies. I received a FEDEX tracking number, but the FEDEX shipping status only reports that the label was created. When I told that to the chat person they assured me the wig was on its way and claimed their shipper had just failed to update the status. Please! When/if FEDEX picks up the item THEY are the the ones who update shipping. This has been a mistake. Do not do business with this "company"!

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy recently that looks NOTHING like the picture or description on their website - wasn't even the color I ordered. I emailed them for return approval & provided all the photos they requested. It's been 4 days since last contact & no response or return authorization. Smells like a scam. I am extremely disappointed - I ordered from this same company a couple yrs ago & was very pleased w/my experience. Maybe they're under new mgmt b/c their service sucks now.

Ordered over a month ago, have had multiple problems regarding shipping, finally opened a dispute claim. They are claiming to just process and ship now... um no I want a refund. Do not use this site!

This company is a scam. I'm a cancer patient and they got me for $246! It's been going on two months and they keep telling me a wig is coming--nothing. I asked for a refund: nothing! STAY AWAY!

I have ordered two wigs from this company. The first one I ordered was a nice quality of hair but it wasn't the wig I ordered but because the quality of the wig was good I kept it and took it to my beautician to have it cut into a style. I thought I would give them another chance so I made another purchase. I got my unit today and it was awful. There is what seems to be a part right in the front of the wig. The one I purchased had no part and the quality of the wig is terrible. Unfortunately Its going to be returned. The only good thing I can say is that they are dilivered in a timely manner. So sad I won't be buying another.

I ordered my wig in February and after numerous emails I still do not have my order... the so called tracking information saying it's been delivered is a dam right lie! Wish I'd read these reviews before handing over £200 to these scammers!

This site is a total scam. I spent over 500.00 dollars on human hair wigs and received the worse synthetic wigs. The help number and chat do not work.

How can this be legitimate when order:
1.No tracking Info
2. Package had no information relating to Wigsbuy
3. Shipping status never updated on their website
4. Account showing no orders to dispute
5. Phone number on wig boxes doesn't work
7. Tracking info had no valid detail
8.7 days is impossible to return a product to China with no proof for return address and receipt of products

They sent the wrong size. The cap was to big they sent me an average I ordered a petite. Then the cap was so poorly made. If you move your head a certain way this seam pops out. I spent over 200.00 for this wig. Save your money.

I shop online for decades, this is something I do constantly. Never have I made a purchase anything from a fraudulent company. 3 Wigs for $175 arrived in poorly packaged bag with an unknown address. Poor quality product with wrong colors. No sales slip nor invoice included. Phone number on Wigsbuy boxes doesn't work. Order had no tracking or delivery updates.

Tried to open a dispute on their website, it said no order found. It took me over a month to finally figured out how to reach them. They quickly replied to my email saying I had 7 days to return the products. They sent tracking information after delivery with tracking information from China to Locust Grove. No physical address on tracking info.

I purchase 4 wigs those are the worst wigs i have ever seen people dont waste your money on garbage nothing like what they advertised

I bought a wig that was listed as 'in-stock' for almost $200 at the beginning of of February 2021. I also paid two-day delivery since I needed it very quickly. As soon as I got the email confirmation--which said the wig WASN'T in stock and would ship in up to four weeks--I immediately logged into my new account and attempted to cancel the order for a full refund. Their policy states that a full refund will be issued if an order is canceled within 24 hours. Not only was I completely unable to cancel (the site kept giving 'time out' errors), but these mail fraudsters do not answer site messages, and their 'live chat' is never staffed. Also, no phone number to actually call anyone! Additionally, I have received five mails telling me my order is continually delayed and would I like to cancel? I have replied to every one (even using the the different 'reply-to' address which they bury in the email text) and every time I have received an undeliverable error that my email address is not accepted by their server. Given that I have now spent over a month of my life, sent at least 20 different messages and attempted emails, and not been able to reach an actual human being, cancel my order, get a refund OR gotten the wig, I can only assume that wigsbuy is basically a mail-order fraud front. I will be adding this review to every place I am able so that others do not make the mistake I did.
