I would like to give 0 star if there is an option!
First, the item was not in the color it should be, even though i had confirmed the color code with the customer before placed the order; Second, the shape of the wig looks really ugly and un-real, not like their advertised pictures at all! Third, i tried to contact the customer to initiate a return because they did not post a returning address on their website, and people will have to contact them first to get the address. The problem is after they knew that i wanted to return, they never responded to my emails/messages any more! Then i searched online for this website and found a lot of people having the same problems. But why such a scam website/company is still running in the US? Anyway, do not buy anything from this website, otherwise, you will pay almost $200 for a wig that is $10-30's worth.

The last order was not delivered due to the fact that the package was sent by DHL, which does not serve in our country. Instead of a refund, an additional payment was requested for a new product.
Do not expect the wig to look like the photo in the picture, because the pictures are mostly models with their own hair. Chinese craftsmen are only able to make curls, and make a wig cap according to the client's size.
The hair material allows you to change your hairstyle with steam.
Conclusion. If you have a non-standard head size, you can order a wig from them, but the quality of the wigs is more suitable for cosplay. Is it worth the money? Apparently not, but nothing else was found.

The wig is okay but the custom charges and taxes to get it here were over the top. 1/2 of the price of the wig. I am NEVER ordering anything overseas again that doesn't have a warehouse or address in my country. NEVER. And sending it back? Forget it. Money down the drain.

This is a huge scam! I've seen doll's hair that looked more realistic! DO NOT PURCHASE unless you're looking for Halloween hair!

Wigsbuy sent me the wrong wig. There was no information about returning the item. I tried calling their California number and onlhy got a busy signal. I spent $57 to mail the wrong wig back to China and tracked it to the customs office in Suzhou City, China. Wigsbuy claims that the wig was discarded and that they would refund me $120 of the $ 147 that I paid and declined to reimburse me for the postage. Do not trust these people.

I saw this site with all of these amazing styles and I was so happy because the one I had been using was getting low on selection.
Well little did I know that this is a total rip off, scam site! This picture of the hairpiece that I ordered looked nothing like the rag that I received. I ordered a human hair wig and received a non-descript synthetic piece of crap for $389.00 (277.00 US).
Needless to say that I am extremely disappointed. I come from a time when people gave good product because they want your business. These guys are for the one time rip off!

I didn't read the reviews before I made a purchase (and I always do for clothing). I ordered a pretty wig and got a fuzzy, ratted mess out of the box. Disgusting is the only accurate adjective. Customer service via email gave me the runaround asking for pictures, then they couldn't open the picture, etc... I finally cussed them out and told them to take their garbage wig back. Then they offered me a discount to buy another wig. Really? I made a huge stink and sent the garbage excuse for a wig back to them. We'll see if I get my money back. And btw, before it came in the mail, I looked again at it online the next day and it went from 39.99 to 70.99 in less than 24 hours. I asked customer svc and they said it was due to demand. Right. No, it's that they are a sham, money-hungry, crappy-product producing foreign company. Don't let your desire for what your eyes win. You will get ripped off and pissed off.

7 days from receipt of wig.

Ours came 24 days after ordering, sat on front porch for 3 days (didn't know it was there). Then when we want to return it, phone doesn't work, emails are unanswered.

Stay away.

My wig came 2 months after I initially placed the order with no updates. Customer service kept giving me the wrong date for when it should be shipped out. I had to pay an additional 53 dollars to have it delivered and when it finally showed up it was the wrong length, colour, and texture with a horrible part. It looks like a halloween wig and it costs over $500 dollars! Please don't trust this company. Learn from my mistake!

Scam— wrong product take your money send you terrible products. Go on their site and put your reviews they remove all the bad reviews no returns no working phone or email. What is the process of shutting scam business down? They are in based in China according to their phone code but say it is in Poland or CA

These wigs are nothing like the pictures. I almost laughed when I took one out of the box. Suitable for Halloween only. Also, can find return policy on web site. Apparently, there is none. Buyer, beware!

I wish I'd come here BEFORE buying. If you're smarter than me and are reading this before purchasing, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. First of all, it looks nothing like the picture, then it's way too thin a density (looks like the wig that you'd have thrown away a year ago), the style, on top of being different, looks ridiculous, it basically looks like the wigs you've overlooked every time you walked into a wig shop because you don't buy the cheap ridiculous ones. It came 6 weeks later, from China, with a customs amount payable upon delivery that they didn't tell me about. I am soo disappointed. I'm calling my credit card. I read here a lot of people think they cannot get a refund if not from wigsbuy. Yes you can, through the credit card company, if you 1) attempt and fail to get it from the seller, and 2) ask your credit card company within 60 days. Of course they'll refund you if you don't get what you've ordered. And complaining to the credit card company is the only easy to eventually get them out of business.

The wig I received is nothing like the picture. It was smaller and less full than the picture. I immediately looked in to a refund and they made me jump through hoops. Then they came up with nonsense about why they would not take it back. Do not buy a wig from them. It came from China and took forever to get here.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The one picture is what it was suppose to look like. The other picture shows how thin and stringy it actually is.

I ordered an expensive wig from this company. When I received it, it did not look like the picture on the site, and it was too small, and was poor quality. I sent an email the very day I got the wig to try to exchange or get a refund. I have tried several times and have heard nothing from them.
Do NOT order from this business.
