I ordered a platinum blond and a short style. It took weeks. I read their return policy and it said if the color was wrong and the wig had not been worn, you can return it. Well, the wig finally arrived and it was bright (I mean bright) yellow and it was long wavy hair with no style. I tried to call but the number rings a couple of times and then hangs up. I emailed and was offered $57 upon the return of my wig. Well the wig was $195 without shipping cost. I have been back and forth with them by email and demanded my $190 be returned. As of today my last email has not been answered. If I had known the wigs were made in China, I would not have ordered it. This is a flaky company. Do not mess with them.

These are the facts: I purchased a wig for $169.00 (on sale)- they sent the wrong wig and the quality was super poor! I have tried endlessly to resolve this issue and received no response. When I got PayPay involved - they responded by offering me a $20.00 refund! I rejected the offer. I really wanted the wig. The reviews I read from others were glowing. I now believe they were written by the company officials This is the worse company ever! You decide if you want to trust this company - but these are the facts! I've never had this happen to me when ordering from other wig companies. Can you believe they would offer me $20.00? That in and of itself should alert us to the fact this company is NOT about doing the right thing. The wig they sent me could not be used as a Halloween costume. Why not sent the correct wig? They specifically said to not send the wig back to the address on the box it came in - wonder why? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!. Thank you for reading this review!

They took my money and never sent my wig. They would not answer my emails until PayPal got involved. Then they lied and lied trying to get me to remove my complaint before I got results. They offered me a portion of what I paid as a refund, I had waited the allotted time and still nothing. Finally they gave me a total refund but that is only because I paid through PayPal if I hadn't I don't know what would have happened. They won't take your emails so don't think you can cancel the order, they won't cancel it. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I can't speak about the quality of wigs this company sells but in my opinion I wouldn't trust any product from this company. I purchased some hair for weaving. On their website they show a beautiful picture but the product I received is so bad I'm in the process of a dispute with them right now. They claim if you are not 100% happy with the product they will refund you or credit you back, well that's not true. I paid over $80.00 for the crappy product I received and they are trying to make a deal with me to pay me $40.00. REALLY! Take my advise buy locally from a beauty supply store and don't get ripped off from this Chinese Company. Plus it took almost 30 days to receive the crap they sent me.

I ordered a wig from Wigsby and my experience was not a good one. I waited several months before finally receiving it. Once I received the wig it was not the one ordered. They did not add return instructions or postage labels.
The wig was absolutely hideous. I contacted them within a very short span of receiving it. They asked if I would be willing to keep the wig and accept a refund of $50. Of course my response was "no." This went on through numerous e-mails. Why would i keep a wig that I would never wear?
They refused to give a full refund and would not pay return shipping.
I was fortunate to continue negotiating to the point that I received a refund of $155. I will never order from this company ever again.

Purchased a wig and it took 6 weeks to get to me. It was not what I ordered so I got in touch to ask for a refund.
They sent me back information to take pictures of the wig, tracking number, and SKU. I did as they asked and they then wanted to send me back pennies on the dollar. I had to call my credit card company to get back my money back,
I recently bought another item from another company and the return policy is exactly like Wigsbuy. Makes me wonder if this is a giant Asian company with many websites selling different products and making big profits off of unwitting customers. In the second case, the product was of poor quality. I wanted to give small companies a chance to survive, but this may keep me at Amazon soley.

Before l made a big purchase l wanted to see what the quality of the wigs would be. I purchased a long and a short. The long came in a different color and it sheds. It also looks like a Halloween wig on the top where they tried to make it look like dark roots. It shines like stupid ugly. The short wig is ok but definitely not the one l ordered. I bought both on sale and they were still $124 in total. This is very disappointing and l won't order from them again.

SUPER SCAM!

I ordered 2 wigs from this site and have regretted it since they arrived...
1. Neither wig is the style or color in the picture online.
2. They don't list return info online so you don't know that the wig while shipped from California, you will be required to return it to China (shipping to there from my location is $176).
3. The phone number on the paperwork that comes with product has a phone number that is busy 100% of the time.
4. Think you can dispute with your bank/credit card company? NOPE! The merchant will reply with China shipping address and your bank will say "suck it up and pay the shipping" and "we still can't guarantee the outcome of the dispute". So in the end it's be risking being out $256 + $176+ to return something I did not order.

Save your time, money and energy and shop at a local wig store where you know exactly what you're getting.

The length is way shorter than in website picture approx 2.7inches/7cm shorter than website picture (attached). Therefore totally different style!
Color is very close to what expected. The open waft cap construction is perfect for upcoming summer (Australian) with a ligh and airy wig.
The quality is good soft silky material and invisible cap through hair makes it a good quality overall. Not going to ask for exchange or refund because the shipping from China was too long (on month).
