I ordered #4 Brown colored wig; they sent me #1 Black. I will be sending it back. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with them. They are not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM THEM; Wigsbuy is under African American Wigs. My mistake... NEVER AGAIN! My wig cost $70.00 and I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!

Sorryly disappointed

I do a good deal of online shopping and pride myself in thoroughly researching products before a purchase. I've been looking for a highlighted short choppy cut wig and found one on WigsBuy. I did NOT do a search for reviews and am so sorry for this mistake. I received a package with a wig sized for a doll's head, color brown made out of what I would call straw cut from a bowl. This company needs to be drummed out of business.

Misrepresented wigs from pictures

The wigs I received after a long wait did not in any way match the advertising pictures. The models are pictures of actual real hair styles not wig. When I contacted support I got ghosted. The website has no return policy or option. Do not use this site to buy a wig. It had no style or color just very awfully made and bad color. I have a receipt and can post pictures later.

Do NOT buy from this company

Ordered wig for my mother who is undergoing chemo. The completely wrong wig was sent to is - had a part placed directly in the middle of the wig. I notified the company who informed me that they could provide me with a 25.00 credit. A 250.00 dollar wig - sent the wrong wig and had the audacity to offer me 25.00. I insisted on a full refund or at least send me the correct wig. Nope - at that point they offered 150.00 if i returned the wig and paid shipping. The customer service department is a joke. Stay away from this company. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE

This is the worst customer service and the worst wig I have ever bought. The front hairs are sewn so they stick straight up and it cannot be styled. The wig style looks nothing like the picture online and it cannot be returned without a surcharge. Very disappointed!

False representation

The phone number is non-functional. I received only half of my order placed in Jan., this is March. I have emailed greater than 6-7 times requesting the return address. The late response is always, 'return the merchandise and we will refund' the money. Yet they refuse to provide the refund address nor a "real" phone number. I spent over $250, receiving only half the order placed in January. I want a full refund.

Money grabbers

My wig arrived in fairly good time but was not wearable. One side was much longer than the other. I paid $80.00 and lost $80.00 which was much less than other buyers. There was no return address on their website and the 2 telephone numbers, one in China, went nowhere. I called my bank and filed a dispute. They did credit my debit card with the $80.00 until they could research the dispute. 3 months later I received a letter from my bank stating that the $80.00 credit would be removed since Wigsbuy provided documentation that the purchase was valid. I know that it was valid but I was not able to get a return address for the return time allowed. I will be researching sellers before making purchases from now on. Look at their reviews.

Refund

I ordered 4 synthetic and 1 human hair wig. Upon receipt I did not like it. I sent it back for an exchange. When it did arrive it was not even remotely close to the one I ordered. I said I needed to return it and at this point I wanted a refund, I sent them the item to the address provided. They confirmed receipt and now refuses to refund money but offering me an exchange. I have emailed them 20 times no response. They are crooks and liars. Do NOT purchase from them, bad quality, bad communication. I should have seen the ratings for this company prior to ordering. Now I'm left with no money snd no wig.

Never got the product I paid for!

Ordered this wig In January, order number *******. (I am posting the order number to prove my earnestness.). Website had said it passed quality inspection. Then no more updates, no wig was sent. I emailed them on four separate occasions, asking for an update. No response. Do not purchase anything from this Business! It is a complete fraud and sham and you will lose money! (I am out $166, that's a lot of money.)

Matted crown

Received my supposed Jane Fonda wig in blonde highlights.
Received manky grey, matted crown wig nothing like the advertised product.
Wig us so shoddy it is unwearable.
Company have not replied to my email to return the product or my money.

Purchased a wig in Jan payed 70.00 came on March., It is nothing like the picture it's some crappy wig. I ordered a blonde wig short. This wig is a gross brown and not even shown anymore on their website. Have made so attempts to contact me no respect stay away

Tried to resolve a scam purchase from WIGSBUY.com by contacting their "Customer Service." All I got was the "run-a-round." They are not there to help, more likely to confuse and frustrate. Why deal with a website that will not resolve your problems when you are paying them with your hard-earned money. Stay away from them and be safe. Find another reputable web site for these products.

Buyer Beware

The quality is poor for the price. And the customer service it terrible. Treat it like "all sales final, no refunds or returns." If you do have to return it, you have to pay out of pocket and mail it to China. Their products do not match the photos in color, appearance and quality.

Paid online for an item, confirmation email on 5th February. Went online 23rd February to check order status - order does not exist, so sent a query to their customer service via their website to enquire why the order doesn't exist on their system, yet payment made almost a month ago. No acknowledgement of the query, no reply. Not even a courtesy note of we are looking int this issue.

I'll leave you to your own conclusions as to what this indicates. I'll keep pestering them, with dwindling expectations, I'll let the community know the outcome, but for now - score is -2/10

Its been a whole month and still no wig but when I email wigs buy they keep stalling and saying the wig on its way and offering me a $10 refund but yet I paid $80.23 heads up if you see this scam from them please don't attempt trying buy a wig or anything you will never receive it, all they will do is go back and forth with you and even send you a link to buy something else be-aware.

I jsut received a bad wig from wigsbuy. I tired to cncel because it took so long and they would not accept cancellation. They want a photo of wig and I don't know how to get phone photo ont my computer email so oh well I should have known. I will send it back RTS and dispute this with the bank. I have never received any wig through the mail I was particularly thrilled with; but Wigsbuy is outright fraudulent. This wig cannot be worn except maybe on Halloween.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSBUY

I ordered a human hair wig from wigsbuy 12-9-2021. Finally received the order 2-5-2022. It is NOTHING like the wig I ordered. Wrong style wrong length, wrong color, has bald spots and has netting hanging down 2 inches below the hair. When I contacted the company for a refund, they said it looks like the wig I ordered and it was nice wig. If I wanted to keep they would discount $25.00. I paid $185.12 they also told me they would refund me $95.00 because it was raw material and labor costs. I replied that I wanted a FULL REFUND and stated that I should receive a full refund because they didn't make the correct wig. And that I shouldn't have to pay for their INCOMPETENCE. Now they will not reply. I sent another email today and will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Bureau of Investigations. It is a serious crime to commit fraud over the internet. This company needs to be shut down immediately. I cannot afford to lose $185.00 or even $95.00. I ordered this wig because thanks to Covid all of my hair has fallen out. Had I know this was a Chinese company I would have never ordered from them. But on the website it had an address of London, England. Such fraudsters. And I am beyond mad! Also I could not use a credit card. It had to be a debit card transaction. Cynthia Walker
