Run this company is a scam. Total rip off. I ordered a wig for my mom she passed away and is buried. No refund no wig.

I purchased two wigs from this website the other day (May 5,2020). I was looking up reviews for reputable online wig stores and this one kept popping up as a very reputable one. When I made the purchase I noticed that the webpage kept glitching and stalling and would not allow me to stay on the same page that showed my order number. The website also never showed me a "order history" form or indicated anything about my purchase. I did not receive an email confirmation about tracking my order, either. When I checked my bank account I saw that the money had already been taken out of my account. I tried messaging the company on their website but I have not received any response. When I tried to put in the order number the website said that the number was invalid.

Today, I tried their customer service number and found that it is not even a real phone number. Their "live chat" feature simply states that their associates are unavailable. It was at this moment that I started to feel like I had been scammed. I started reading more reviews and in addition to the reviews on this website, there are many people like me who have been conned by this company.

I am so disgusted and furious, not only because I have been scammed out of $150 dollars (and now have to replace my card), but also because even during a global pandemic, companies like WigsBuy are taking hard-earned money from individuals that are just trying to purchase something nice for themselves (or as a gift) during such a depressing time.

Please, I can not stress this enough, avoid this company at all costs. There are reputable online wig companies out there, with most of them accredited by the BBB.

They are copying information from wigs.com to make it seem like that's who you're ordering from. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks after placing my order, I contacted wigs.com with a copy of the confirmation e-mail. They said they had no record of my order and that they were aware of the scam being perpetrated by wigsbuy.com. I checked my PayPal statement and saw that they had processed a payment from me about a week and a half ago, and all the information was in Chinese. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this company, and be extra careful when you place an order. I'm a very savvy shopper and I was still fooled.

The website says WIGSBUY offer refunds. But they don't. The wig I ordered bears no resemblance to the color or length pictured online. I didn't even bother to try it on. I boxed it right back up and have been trying in multiple emails to get a return address. I'm willing to pay the postage. But WIGSBUY refuses to provide an address to return it. Originally, I was going to see how the return went before trying again. But this is a disreputable company. Avoid it at all costs. Save your money, time, and frustration.

After reading all the reviews it has been 6 days and my order says processing there is no where that says estimated delivery day and i bought human hair clip ins i pray they are really human hair and length and color i ordered and i hope they look good because from what everyones posting has me nurvious i spent that much can someone please let me know how much longer my orders going to take to process and ship freaking out about it

I ordered a wig on April 1,2020. I didn't receive it until today, April 25,2020. The wig I received looks absolutely nothing like the wig I ordered. No resemblance whatsoever. It also barely has any hair, and the hair there is, is stringy and sparse. It is disgusting. I did not even try it on. I knew immediately I was not going to keep it. There is no way anyone would ever wear this raggedy ugly wig.

I spent an hour trying to find a phone number. They are in CHINA! If I had known that I would have never ordered from Wigsbuy, never. I've tried by phone and email to contact them. They are impossible! I'm not surprised! There is no way I will ever get a refund from them. I just lost $125.00!

Considering it came from CHINA during this horrible Covid, I cannot imagine the germs it is carrying. I sprayed the packaging it came in, and the box, with Lysol... and put it in my garage. I then took a shower and put my clothes in a hot and soapy washing machine. I'm so upset about this!

I'm not young, have a compromised immune system, and have been in isolation for 8 weeks. Now I could have possibly been exposed.

BEWARE, these wigs are FROM CHINA. I would have never ordered from them.

** Go to this site - Trustpilot.com. Type in Wigsbuy. You will see horrible reviews about this scammer company. I wish I had know about Trustpilot before I ordered.

To return a wig, you have to send pics of the wig, the barcode, the box it came in, etc. The company, in their own time, will get back to you and try to talk you into keeping the wig! If you don't want it, they will then tell you they do not have a return label for you and you will have to pay your own shipping back to China. I am stunned that people give this place of business good reviews. I will tell everyone I know, in every place I can, NOT to do business with these people.

It's a puzzle that wigsbuy is getting any decent reviews. I made a purchase 3 months ago, never received it, and never got a refund. I have filed several complaints but nothing has happened. They even denied I placed an order, but the fact that they charged my bank card and never refunded says otherwise. I'm not in the business of giving money away. I actually expected something for it. I didn't get a confirmation email from wigsbuy of my purchase order only a charge.

The wig shown is not the wig you will receive. It took 2 months to receive. I tried to cancel before and no customer service. I filed a complaint through PayPal and received an email I would be getting my wig and if canceled they would give 20%. Still tried canceling just to get some of my money but eventually received a matted ball of nothing. This company is fraudulent and from now on I will read reviews before buying online. Don't fall for the advertisements!
