I'd rate them 0 stars if possible. I had to email them to get an estimated delivery time for my order. I added a $6 charge for expedited delivery. "Expedited" was described as 2-5 days. They said the wig wouldn't be finished for at least 2-3 weeks. After that, they would expedite the shipping.
When I told them to cancel the order, they said it was too late. The wig was being made. These messages were sent 2 weeks before the wig would be ready.
Also, you only get a 30% refund if you cancel after paying for the order and the cancellation is 72 hours after the order is paid. Obviously, You can't order unless you pay. And they charge your credit card as quickly as possible after placing the order. The best part of their scam is that they didn't send me an email that contained the expected delivery date. I got tired of waiting to hear from them, so I sent an email that requested a delivery date. By that time, I was well past the 72 hour window.
PLEASE search online for independent reviews of Wigsbuy before ordering. Everything about this company screams RIP OFF! I'm going to contact the BBB and any government watch dog agencies to try to make it hard for this company to rip off anyone else.
I ordered 2 different wigs I receive 2 of the same wig they offered a discount on the next order. This order is not right. I wanted to return it for a credit. Pay Pal I send it back at my cost of $101. I thought Pay Pal stood behind buyer & seller but dealing with this China base business it all for there benefit so buyer beware. I'm a widow on a fixed income I don't have $65 to give to a business or give away to a friend there suggestion.
I ordered a wig from them, it never arrived and I am out of $250.00. No communication, only after I emailed 10x finally said they would ship but never heard from them or received the product. I am trying to get my money back through Pay Pal
This company is a SCAM. They list wrong phone number, NO such thing as Customer Service. The Wigs they send are nothing like what you order from wrong color, wrong style, poor quality, then when you try to return they will not respond to your emails! They will only reply once you open a dispute with your credit card company then they will offer you $10.00 refund on a $85.00 wig! This is the worst company ever... BEWARE!
I ordered the color brown and what I received was the color blondish orange. I was an awful artificial looking color. I have gone back and forth with them to try to get a refund and so far all they offer me is for me to pay shipping and get half the money back, 75 dollars so I would lose 95 dollars, or get a credit. I asked how they could assure me I would get the correct color next time and they said they could not. I am still disputing the claim to no avail.
I would NEVER order from here again. It took 5 weeks and the wig was not what I ordered. My mom had a tumor removed from the top of her head in February and I ordered a short pixie cut wig that day. The wig came and is completely wrong. See the photos and their offers. Refund me less then 50% of purchase AND I pay for return shipping. Then they give me a VIP link for future orders. They are messing with the wrong girl!
This was one of the worst wigs I've ever seen. It was totally thin and the color was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture of it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, even if I had cancer and someone offered to buy me a wig from this company I would refuse it.
Sent wrong wig, wrong color, I paid them 196.00 refused to offer me anything but 90.00. Emailed them 5 times before I got return address then said they would offer me 90.00. Wig never worn, got it two days ago, in excellent condition.
I purchased 2 wigs from Wigsbuy. They looked NOTHING like the ads. You have to get pre-authorized by customer service before they will (IF) grant you a return. After months of trying to contact them, they finally replied to my emails. Long story short, they would only offer me a partial refund (less than half of what I paid). I am basically out over $200! Scam company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Horrible company. Absolutely do not order from Wigsbuy. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Biggest mistake was getting involved with this company. DON'T DO IT!
I ordered 2 wigs for my mother who has cancer. Both came after many weeks. Tried returning 1 of them as it was shorter than it looked. Emailed and messaged over and over to get the return address and heard nothing! No response! They took my $170 and are not honoring their policy! Horrible customer service! It's a scam!
Have ordered and paid for three Jane Fonda wigs... nothing what I ordered... they are a scam using Jane Fonda wigs... I ordered blonde with red highlights... I received a dark brown with platinum highlights; a long black wig and a blonde with brown roots and nape of neck brown. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... WIGS COMING FROM CHINA WITH NO RETURN ADDRESS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER...

They sent the wrong wig. And refused to admit that they did. Only offered 2/3 $ back. Complicated return method and a TOTAL RIO OFF. So many other places to buy a wig. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS CO.
I made the mistake of buying a wig for my wife. The ads started to come to my email address and never stopped, despite unsubscribing more than 5 times! Their ads have become nothing less than a continuous harassment!
Ordered a wig February 2nd. Paid thru PayPal. A month later the wig still hadn't arrived. Checked website. It said "preparing". I tried to do a live chat several times. It wasn't available. I emailed and got no response. Finally I did a Facebook message. 7 days later I got a response saying I never paid for the wig. I screen shot them a copy of my receipt and never heard from them again until today March 23rd, saying they can offer me a 30 % refund if I no longer want the wig. Luckily, PayPal already refunded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
I placed an order January 30th and waited over a month for my wig to ship. I contacted them and asked for my money back and they said that there policy is that they can't refund the full amount. Thus wig was for hair from Chemo and fighting with them over this. They don't follow the policy when it comes to the shipping of the order why are they following it for a refund. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wig arrived after numerous emails ordered petite got extra large. Not the wig that was ordered not the colour ordered please do not order from this company if you do not want to be caught like I have been
My wig which took 2 months to receive is nothing like what I ordered. The cut and color is all wrong. I don't believe it is human hair. No one would wear this wig! It is trash! I returned it but of course they are not going to refund my money. Customer service is not existent. PayPal was also not helpful in getting a refund.
I ordered a standard size (based or their chart) and the fit was terrible. It also looked like something I could have bought at a costume store for $10. I have tried for 3 days to get a return address and whatever else is needed for the refund they claim you get if not 100% satisfied. As a hairdresser, I know quality and this is not it! I am also going to add a post to Facebook where they advertised. BUYER BEWARE
