Don't be fooled by the high ratings (most, if not all of them, are more than likely fake reviews). Read the 1 star ratings. For $150 I received a dried out piece of crap they call a wig. Live Chat is fake too (you will never find someone available). This company is pretending to have many happy customers & quality wigs w/raving reviews. You'll get a wig, eventually, but it will likely be junk (mine and many others were). Drab/dull dull color with dried out, brittle, over processed unhealthily looking hair (no real texture or color to it). I tried to review online at their website, wigsbuy.com, won't post it (doesn't work either... it won't post). Just like the chat won't work/chat. I believe their 5 star reviews, at wigsbuy.com, are fake also. Good luck if you decide to roll the dice.

Please report this company! I tried to report them but because I wasn't an actual consumer & never purchased anything from them, I could not report them. Everyone here who has purchased from them and was scammed, please contact the Attorney General of your state, The BBB & The FCC. You can google the contact info for your Attorney General & you can file a complaint via online with The BBB & The FCC. We cannot let this fraudulent company continue to steal & cheat hard-working consumers/retired individuals, etc. We must stop them once & for all!

These people charged my credit card, (an international fee was charged as well), but I did not receive the wig. I did receive a payment confirmation and order number, in which they advised I could track down the progress of my purchase. I checked the status of my order on account created online with them, the 'status' went from preparing shipment to "You have not placed any order, Shop now!" I tried research under the order number, but the system indicates the "order number does not exist". I searched for their phone number only to discover they are in China. I also found a few negative reviews about the quality of their products, and other major issues when comes to refunds, Never again will I deal with them. I will check for reviews before I place an order with any other companys online, had I done with this one I would have not even bothered.

This website is one of the worst experiences I had in regards of communications.
I did a purchase. Got no confirmation, but used paypal, the transaction went thru, I thought it would be only time for them to process, etc. 2 weeks later, no confirmation, nothing. Trying to contact them any communication takes more than 2 days for them to read it (using Facebook messenger). They insisted no payment was done, regardless the amount of evidences.

Thankfully PayPal assumed the case, tried to contact them, no response, and reimbursed me with no further due.

WigsBuy = WigsBYE...

I purchased three wigs and two wig stands for myself in November, 2019. I received my order and one wig stand arrived broken. I notified Wigbuy about the problem, sent pictures to verify the damage and sent follow up emails. I was told that I had to pay for shipping of the replacement stand. I paid via PayPal for the shipping five weeks ago but still no replacement wig stand or contact from Wigbuy. I promised a family member to help her get some wigs but it will not be from Wigbuy. Their customer service stinks and they also give a non working phone number to their customer service contact number. I would not recommend Wigbuy to anyone.

Stay far far away from this place. The wig I ordered very innocently as a new person to wig world. It took over one month to arrive. No phone numbers that actually work to talk about their pot customer service. When the wig finally arrived it was cut like a bowl... yes a bowl no part. It took me 25 min to try and figure the front from the back and to be honest I m still not sure. I'm most frustrated with the inability to contact these people. No way to send back the shabby rug since they do t respond.

The wig is cheap and looks awful, threw it in the garbage, plus had to pay custom fee of $35. Not even 1 star.
